Dr. Krupka was born and raised in Pueblo, Colorado. He received his Bachelors degree in Biology from Baylor University and then attended Baylor College of Dentistry, graduating in 1980. He practiced dentistry in Dallas for many years but eventually relocated to Northwest Arkansas because he enjoyed the quality of life here.
Dr. Krupka has been married to his wife Stephanie for eight years, and he has two sons, two stepsons and a schnoodle named Gus. In his spare time, he enjoys classical music, theater and fishing. He has participated in two medical mission trips to South America and has volunteered at Samaritan Clinic and Decision Point Treatment Center.

I've been going to All About Smiles for years. Darlene and Trish at the front desk are awesome, and I never feel like I am in a production line. All staff is super personable and professional. Dr. Krupka is without question a consummate master in Dentistry. And believe me I have had a few dentists and always go back to you the best. Thank you Dr. Krupka and staff for being superior!

The whole team was extremely welcome, Kellie spent more than 40 mins just being extremely careful and the Doctor was super knowledgeable and friendly I'll recommend this place to everyone I know!

They where very nice and got my plan all worked out the dentist was awesome and I am excited for the next steps they are taking to insure that I will get to smile again with out being embarrassed thank you all for being so amazing and nice I highly recommend All About Smiles to everyone!!! They are wonderful!! So I wanted to post also that this is my third time visiting all about smiles and they are just amazing the dentist has been just so wonderful and they ladies that work there have just been a blessing they are always checking to make sure that I am comfortable, and they do a lot to make sure that the patients feel almost at home even though I have been getting alot of dental work done and usually would be much more painful at the other places I have been to my dentist here is just wonderful I don't feel any pain and him and his assistant are always asking me if I'm okay they definitely do not want their patients to be in any pain or discomfort each time!!! I finally found the dentist I want to continue to use!!

I was referred by my aunt and uncle and I am so glad bc everyone here are so nice. Kellie is awesome with the deep cleaning. I am very sensitive to pain and she doesn't hurt me and that's awesome! Thank you all for a great experience!

I have always had good service at All About Smiles in Rogers. I've a few emergency visits (chipped teeth) and they've worked me in very quickly every time I've called. Having dental problems can be stressful, but they are so accommodating and do beautiful work! Thanks guys! 08/2022 Once again--excellent service & care!

Not only do they do quality work but they take the time to explain the procedures. 7/26/22 I had a routine cleaning done. As always Kelly was great. Enjoy going to this office. Always professional.

I am terrified of dental work but my bff recommended ALL ABOUT SMILES when I started experiencing horrible tooth pain. It did take a week to get an emergency appointment but I am so happy I went. Everyone was incredibly kind and there was zero pain. I had a tooth pulled and bone graft.. felt nothing. I'm def going back.

I can't say enough about how happy I am with finding such a great dentist. Dr. Cotham and the entire staff are professional, comforting and kind. I'm so happy with my new veneers and night guard for my TMJ issues. I highly recommend!!!
