Dr. Nathan, as he is known by patients and staff, was raised in St. Augustine. He chose to follow his grandfather, Dr. William (Bill) Morse, and his mother, Dr. Marcia Nemecek, into the field becoming a third generation dentist. Receiving an undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of Florida and a Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the Florida College of Dentistry, Dr. Nathan also received training in advanced implant placement and IV sedation at Georgia Health Sciences University.
Mandie came to our practice with a background in teaching and a strong interest in dentistry. She was fully trained at chairside by Dr. Nathan and has been his lead assistant since 2010. Mom of 2, a college student and a high schooler, she is always on the go. Mandie enjoys cross training, boating, fishing, and especially time spent with family and friends.
Raised in St. Augustine and a graduate of Pedro Menedez High, Melissa began her dental career as a receptionist. Eager to learn about dental procedures, she was soon training chairside to become a dental assistant. Melissa loves being mom to her young son and dog Lulu, skateboarding and all things beachy.

Awesome, went into Dr Nemecek with a throat cancer diagnosis he and his staff let me know I would need tooth extraction before cancer treatment. The tooth was removed within 90 seconds without pain and he proceeded to let me how Important my dental care Wil be for the rest of my life after cancer therapy. I was never a big guy to go to the dentist but between he and his wonderful staff I have a change of heart. Thank you team All About Smiles

I'm so glad I found Dr. Nathan! It's tiresome moving to a new town and trying to find a good dentist with a good hygienist and nice support staff. I totally trust him and no anxiety with my appointments. I actually enjoy going there. I highly recommend All About Smiles.

Dr. Nemecek was amazing!! I have always been terrified of the dentist, my wife too. But after my wife's recommendation to see Dr Nathan, I am all setup for a comprehensive treatment plan. Oh, and he pulled a molar and I didn't even know. No pain then, no pain now. Another amazing bonus to their office, the staff is outstanding. The ladies up front were so kind, considerate, and compassionate. I'll never see another dentist!!

Rude, insensitive, full of himself. I will NEVER go back to this guy. If you don't mind stuck up, highly rude doctors with no bed side manner, this is the place for you.

This practice was able to accommodate my need for extractions (orthodontist ordered) very quickly. My oral surgeon had cancelled my extraction appointments 4x and my orthodontist reaches out to All About Smiles and they helped me out tremendously! Tori is super helpful in the front office and the Dr and back of house staff were supportive and friendly. Highly recommend this practice!

Let me preface this by saying I totally understand that everyone has varying views on masking. But I feel compelled to share my experience at All About Smiles Dentist yesterday. After an extremely jarring experience getting my teeth cleaned, during which the hygienist tried to force me into serval things I did not want to do, the dentist came into the room to do the exam. He came in with a surgical mask around his neck, his entire face completely exposed. I asked him if he had an N95 mask to wear while preforming the oral exam on me. He scoffed and said, "No. We don't even have those here. I'm vaccinated, what are you worried about?" I said, "I'm worried about someone completely unmasked putting their hands in my mouth in the middle of a global pandemic. You're not even wearing a mask at all right now." To which he rolled his eyes and responded, "So? Do you go outside? What's the difference?" I said, "The difference is I don't go this close to unmasked people outside and I certainly don't let them put their hands in my mouth." To which he said fine if you're so uncomfortable just don't to the exam. I got up and began to leave. As I did, the hygienist doubled back and asked me "Is YOUR mask an N95? No? I didn't think so." And I said "I'm not the medical professional! I can't wear a mask when someone is examining my mouth. What was the point of even asking me that? To try and make me feel bad?" And she just shrugged her shoulders. I have never been treated so rudely and so poorly by any doctor or practice in my entire life. I understand that people have different views on masking small children, or outdoor gatherings etc. but this was a medical professional- a dentist- who not only dismissed my valid fears, flouted the CDC guidelines, and then did their best to make me feel like an idiot for expecting the bare minimum. This practice does not care about science, safety, or perhaps more importantly, their patients.

Friendly amazing staff!! I appreciated the straight forward care. Many times I feel like I'm being upsold on product or shamed for not flossing enough, but not this time. Definitely will keep them as my dental team

Can't thank your office enough. I was in excruciating pain and when no one could offer a quick extraction, you all went the extra mile and did the procedure the day I called. I owe Nathan big time and appreciate it greatly you all taking care of me.

I've had a lot of correction work done in addition to regular cleanings at All About Smiles and every appointment was wonderful. As someone who struggles with dental work, and unfortunately has had terrible previous experiences, the All About Smiles team was very understanding of that and took every measure possible to ensure I felt comfortable. Love them!
