The staff is always friendly and easy to get along with. I have sensitive teeth and the cleaning can be painful. The hygienist pays attention and is careful in her work. The staff gets along well which makes the environment comfortable and relaxed. They are organized and up front about treatment and costs. I never have to wait to get into my appointment. They are on time and efficient.

All About $miles is All About $$$$$$. Optional, temporary and cosmetic procedures are performed WITHOUT your consent! Listing them in the Treatment Plan is NOT patient consent! It patient RIP OFF.. Dr Golly felt she was entitled to the US Air Force pension that took me 23 years to acquire.. The only person smiling here is Dr Golly on the way to the Bank.

My former dentist was Fabulous for 18 years!!! I Never would have dreamed of a complaint. When she passed away, I had to find a new dentist. I trusted Dr Golly until I was surprised to receive a bulky, painful mouthpiece to wear for a few months. It was in my mouth about 10 seconds. Then into the recycling bin. Dr Golly said I "wanted" it. BS I was surprised to get it. There's a handwritten note in my chart that says "small temp tooth". That's it!! And there's zero record of my consent. This apparatus is a full upper mouthpiece. Who would consent to an optional, elective, temporary, uncomfortable mouthpiece with only cosmetic value costing nearly $1,000???? She said she asked me if I didn't want a pretty smile? Who would say no to that? That's what she called informed consent. This thing had nothing to do with eating or talking. It would be a mess to try to eat with it. No surprise insurance wouldn't cover it. Then I was billed about $800!!!! I exist on a retired veteran's.income This ordeal was literally. All About Smiles. Hers!!! $$$$$$$ Nothing for the patient to smile about.

Dr. Golly and her team have always seen me on short notice when it was my fault I didn't make an appointment earlier and had an emergency. They are the best!! You should feel lucky if they are your dental team!!
