One of the best experiences I've had at a dental office! Dr. Caitlin, Steven and the hygienist Savannah took great care of me. The front office staff Sandy and Jaymi handled everything efficiently. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for honest dental work!

I'm new at going to the dentist without a parent I was super nervous, however the staff was friendly and fun and made me feel very comfortable. I had all my work done without any problems. If your a young adult looking for a new dentist I would highly recommend this office.

Dr. Caitlin Caraballo is the sweetest most thorough dentist you'll ever meet. She explains to you exactly what is happening with your teeth as it relates to sensitivity or problem areas. She also informs you of a recommended timeline to get certain procedures done to prevent having to get more invasive work. She has a great attitude. The hygienist was out when I went in. I heard another patient say, "Wow you're doing it all." Even though she was slammed, she said, "I don't mind at all." You can't help but smile in her presence.

I love All About Smile Dental group! Dr. Kaitlyn, Steven, Jaimie, Edward & Sandy are all SO nice. Dr. Kaitlyn put in my permanent crown today and its a perfect color & perfect fit!

Should have trusted the other reviewers. Had to bring my elderly mother here for a filling. Arrived on time, only to wait for 25 minutes. Then was told there was a co-pay. Which my mother said she would just need to call the insurance to clarify which took less than 10 minutes. Then they told her it was too late and they couldn't do her procedure and said she'd have to come back another time. For someone who is in pain and needs to get things done, this is inconvenient and unprofessional. Definitely not rescheduling.

I went in four days ago (4/5/22) to establish care and get a cleaning. I just moved to the area. Ill admit I haven't been to the dentist in a little while but I do take good care of my teeth. I did not have any pain going into this appointment what so ever. The only concern I had was a chip in my back tooth that ended up being a a chipped filling. Going into the appointment they were nice, they talked to me, took 18 X-rays of my teeth, and told me what they thought needed done. Two of the things they wanted done wasn't covered by insurance so it would have been like $270 if I remember correctly and I needed the filling fixed. I agreed to fix the filling and do the cleaning. She did my cleaning with some sort of electric drill but it made so many of my teeth so sensitive and it hurt while she was doing it. Then I went in for the filling and the dentist seemed in a hurry. Didn't say much to me. Didn't tell me she was going to take out my old filling and completely out a new one in. I don't care if that's what she has to do just please tell me before what you are planning on doing. She went to give me a numbing shot and while she was doing it she started shaking really bad. But now I'm four days past my appointment day and I have terrible pain in my mouth on both sides, extreme sensitivity and I'm too scared to go back and tell them or even have them try and fix what they did. Not including what I'll possibly have to pay to fix it. I'm so upset because I had NO pain before going to this appointment now I'm relying on tons of ibuprofen daily just to eat and sleep.

Having to have fillings fixed now from fillings done 3 years ago, they have fallen out and chipped. Every time I visited this new dentist she was busy up selling something never even asked how I was doing, no customer service just $$$ signs! Also probable didn't even need the fillings it sounds like from my new dentist!

Terrible experience couldn't find the entrance and then waited in line just to be told I was 3 minutes too late that I'd have to reschedule even though the waiting room was empty. Did I? Absolutely not. No understanding so never wasting my time here again if they can't be at least a little understanding. I'll go spend my $1,000 elsewhere that actually cares about their clients. 0 stars.

Terrible experience and unfriendly staff. I will never gi back. I was advised to have 3 cavities refilled and have nerve damage as a result. I am now paying a specialist to help fix the problem.
