Hated the experience. Came here for wisdom teeth extractions. They administered the anesthesia and when I was already shacking from the adrenaline they came with a paper for me to sign for adding some kind of bone instead of my wisdom teeth. It was more then a thousand and my insurance doesn't cover it. I signed it cause they explained as if it's so important and I can't live without it, it's not! Luckily for me I have extreme anxiety and I was shacking like crazy from the anesthesia so they decided not to do it. So, when I called and checked with them the price of the procedure they said under 200$, the procedure was more then 200$ and they tried to upcharge while under extreme conditions. Highly unprofessional. They also didn't do a good job and I have a piece of tooth left but luckily it's not inflammated. Never coming here again. Please don't do that to people anymore.

My family and I have been coming here for a couple years now. And the entire staff is always so awesome! Great knowledgeable dentists, always feel in good hands. The office manager Esha is so amazing! She's so knowledgeable, professional, patient and understanding. Clean office, very welcoming staff. Easy parking in the building. My daughter had all her wisdom teeth taken out today, she was so nervous, but staff helped her feel comfortable. They are always quick and efficient, I can't say enough good things about this team! Would recommend!

Dr. Hansel was very comforting and kind. I had anxiety about having cavities filled. He put my mind at ease by giving me a ball to squeeze. I highly recommend Dr. Hansel and Janae.

I was having an emergency. Made an appointment with Dr. Montilla who assisted right away and even shared alternative solution. Forever grateful for attention to detail doctors like him.

I regret the moment I walked into this office. After a sub-par exam I was told I have 6 cavities. I found this hard to believe and planned on getting a second opinion. When I asked Gracie at the front desk to email me the x-rays I got done there, she insisted I didn't have x-rays taken. Since I am not delusional and I know I got x-rays done, I followed up with about a dozen phone calls over the course of the week until someone else in the office finally agreed to forward them to me (after Gracie continuously tried to convince me they didn't exist). I went for a second opinion and needless to say, I did not have any cavities. Gracie wasted so much of my time forcing me to beg for my x-rays. I also had to get a cleaning done somewhere else after as part of my sub-par visit included a 4 minute cleaning. I am completely dumbfounded by the lack of competence throughout this office and the unprofessionalism I was subjected to. What a colossal waste of time, money, and stress. Seems like all about frowns would be a more suitable name.

I had my dental exam with Doctor Hansel Montilla last week. In addition to be very nice, he inspires confidence and it is obvious that he has extensive knowledge and experience as a dentist. He explained me in detail all the options that I had. I felt that I could trust him and that I was in good hands. And the have the best views !!

Came here for a simple cleaning and ended up booking a few other procedures that I needed to do. A few month into coming to this office I can say I found my go to dentist. Dr Hansel is the best! He always make sure I am comfortable and also he explains every details of the procedure before proceeding. Love the office and his treatment. Definitely will keep coming back.

Sorry, but NO! I do not recommend this office. The dentist was rushed and impersonal. I'd even describe him as annoyed. They did the teeth cleaning and after that just said, unfortunately nobody is there for the dental exam, that I should come back another time. I'd not have kept the appointment if I had known that I was supposed to drive twice from Santa Monica to Encino with an UBER! NO GO! The receptionist was beyond unfriendly. I was relieved when I left the practice. 5* to the lady who did the teeth cleaning. She was super nice and cleaned the teeth perfectly.

I refused and went to another dentist who said my teeth were fine and just needed a basic cleaning. Parking is expensive at $6 an hour with no validation.

My previous dentist retired and sold his practice to Dr. Shedia. Dr. Shedia has a small number of offices in the Los Angeles area. I find the staff knowledgeable and friendly. The office is modern, with a great video system. Best of all, the office is on the 11th floor and has a great view of the San Fernando valley. You are reminded of your appointment by email. There is a box to check to cancel or change your appointment. Parking is expensive in this elevator building. Some metered street parking is available. Everything is wheelchair accessible. There is a free dispenser of cold, infused, fruit water in the lobby of the building.
