Each dental office is led by a Managing Doctor who insures that standards of care are met or exceeded for each patient who comes to our conveniently located locations. Dr. Raphael R. Putrus owns and operates All About Orthodontics (Braces Made Affordable) offices in Michigan. He sets the tone, manage the protocols, and monitor the quality of service provided by every one of our orthodontists in the state.

The absolute best orthodontics office around! They helped get my fiances teeth back on track at a very affordable cost. They were extremely respectful and helpful with questions we had. They also worked very well with flexible payment options so that we could afford their top notch service. I definitely recommend anyone in search of an orthodontics office to call this place in southgate. Dr. Raphael R. Putrus has made our experience more than excellent!

First and foremost I would be highly skeptical of a handful of reviews with little to no information I suspect a few if the 5 stars are fake. We had picked this orthodontist because they were open on weekends. Shortly after the braces were on they said they were going into summer hours which ment they were closing on weekends because kids are out of school, not at all giving any consideration to working parents. I managed to make it so I can work from home Tuesdays and Thursdays. Then shortly after that they then said they will be closed on Tuesday and Thursday. This office is closed more than it's open and have made it very difficult to get service. I highly suggest you pick a different orthodontist that has a larger staff, there are only 2 people here, and one that has consistent hours of operation. Knowing what I know now I wouldn't dare go here.
