Dr. Wilson is a native of Memphis. TN. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Meharry Medical College. After graduation she went on to obtain a certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY. After her residency Dr. Wilson worked as a pediatric dental associate in both Memphis and Atlanta. During that time she was able to gain a vast amount of experience in her field.
Dr. Wilson has a passion for special needs children and plans to implement a program that will help parents, educators, pediatricians, and other care givers provide the assistance needed to achieve excellent oral hygiene. Parents and caregivers can often feel defeated when it comes to care for a special needs child. Dr. Wilson hopes this program with help them accomplish good oral hygiene and have a feeling of success!
Dr. Wilson enjoys quality time with her loving husband, Terrance and two children, Reese and Neiman. Immersing her children in numerous extracurricular activities keeps her super busy. Dr. Wilson enjoys interior decorating, loves to cook, and spends her free time traveling. She is also fascinated with her favorite football team.... GO Saints!!
Dr. Melanie Shaw-Nesbitt grew up in Bartlett, TN. She graduated from East High School, where she participated in varsity softball and soccer. She received her Bachelors of Science in Chemistry from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine.
Dr. Nesbitt's road to dentistry began at Marquette University School of Dentistry, where she graduated with her Doctorate of Dental Science degree. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association, and Christian Dental Society.
Dr. Nesbitt has the utmost concern for patient comfort and care. She strives to reduce anxiety and the discomfort felt during procedures while providing high quality dentistry. Dr. Nesbitt has a passion for serving others and equipping the community with the knowledge and skills for maintaining excellent oral health.
Shari graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2013. Shari has a passion for working with children and that made the decision to join our team earlier this year quite easy! She enjoys traveling to New Orleans to visit her parents . Shari spends her free time working out at the gym, going to the dog park with her pup, Stella and mani/pedi dates with her girlfriends.
Britni graduated from Concorde Career College with an Assosciates of Applied Science Degree in 2013. She and her Husband, Mikey have an adorable son, Maddox who was born in 2015. They share the love with their two dogs Chance and Coco. Britni hopes to further her career with a Masters degree in the future. When she isnt playing outside with her son and taking the dogs to the park she loves to shop, go target shooting and watch her favorite show, Game of Thrones. Britni's favorites include the movie Grease, mexican food, starbucks and anything monogram.
Brianna graduated from Concorde Career College in 2014. She shares her home with her loving fur baby Herman. Brianna is an avid movie collector and Netflix junkie. She enjoys babysitting and loves any gadget from Apple. Brianna hopes to one day complete dental school and own her favorite vehicle, the Jeep Sahara!
Esme graduated from Delta Technical College in 2015. Her bilingual abilities have been a HUGE help in breaking the language barrier with our spanish speaking families. She has three siblings that have blessed her with seven nieces and nephews. Esme is eager to expand her knowledge of dentistry in her new found career . When Esme isn't working she loves to spend time with her family and enjoys traveling,going to the movies and being creative with her arts and crafts skills.

Beware if you are self pay with no insurance. I just got a bill in the mail September 2022 for $109. My kids haven't been to this dentist in 2 years!! 2 years ago I took them and paid the balance they told me to pay back in October 2020 which was over $600! Now 2 YEARS LATER they are sending me a bill. I was paid in full when I left because I had no insurance and had to completely pay.

This review is long overdue...This is the best dentist office in Memphis/Germantown for kids. My children, and my nieces & nephews love this dental office. We have never had any issues and I love that I could get all their appts on the same day, but I never canceled and I'm always on time for their appts; if you tend to cancel or show-up late for appts, they may not allow you to schedule all your children on the same day. My kids actually enjoys going to the dentist. Dr. Courtney is knowledgeable & caring and her staff must be hand picked by her because they are absolutely amazing & very professional.

If I could give ZERO stars I would.....my children both have gone to this dentist since around 9 months old which I have a high schooler and middle schooler now.....I removed my children from this establishment once and for all because the experience I initially received where I spoke with Dr. Wilson one on one regarding my children dental needs changed a long with the staff.....they never answer the phone when you need to cancel an appointment but will charge you a cancelation fee because you left a message because you can't reach anyone, and the office is only open certain days and hours. I will NEVER refer anyone here.

I scheduled an appointment for three of my children. They text me two days later and told me that they weren't able to see them that day do to Covid. I tried to reschedule 4 months later now they are saying they are not able to see them because it has in there computer that I didn't confirm it, so they considered them new patients and can not have them as patients. I told them I have documentation that they canceled me and the lady told me it doesn't matter now and they are not going to accept them. Very bad with communication and not organize.

H-No, If your child needs dental work behind closed doors they won't let you go back. They will lie prior to scheduling the appointment... when I showed up the lady's ego was on ten and she didn't honor their word......"Dis leady" tells me that my son might not act right if I'm back there... then she had the audacity to tell me she had a new born and is the same way about her kids so she can understand if I want to leave....I'm like whet my child has never been left alone 4.5 yr old and the lady still didn't do his teeth right(I'll post a pic) she was supposed to fix a chipped front tooth and after she fixed it, it was brown and she didn't complete the task of the visit cause she was late..Then tells me "when I come back" she will fix it ..I'm like comeback! Never !!!! this conflict was a total inconvenience... pay attention to bad reviews cause I ignored them and got my feelings hurt.. and the receptionist was rude af ion care if she was purple, her attitude was patronizing ... this was one moment in time where world star could have had a viral videoif I behaved as ignorant as their unprofessional and inconsiderate behavior. BABEE I was blazing and wanted to ram-shack the spot but ok whatever I just never returned the hygienist were pleasant

This is a very nice pediatric dentist. Two of my kids first visit went great. My 2yr old son use to cry when he visits the dentist but once I made the switch here he didn't even cry. The staff is very nice and the place itself is nice for kids. I will be switching my older two here and I'll definitely recommend others here.

Absolutely love this place. I dreaded making appointments for my kids before because they would hate going to the dentist. A dental assistant at our old place recommended All About Kids because of her kids and I'm so glad she did. We felt welcomed since the first visit. The receptionist is so amazing and is the sweetest person, always greeting and welcoming you with a smile. Appointments are super easy to make. If you call and they don't answer for some reason, you just shoot them an email and they get back to you so fast. Just an overall comfortable environment with amazing staff. Come here for your kids. You won't be disappointed.

My brothers and I went here as children, so it's only right that I bring my child! Dr. Wilson and Dr. Nesbit are AMAZING at what they do. This clinic is child friendly, the entire staff is friendly and helpful. If you have any questions, they will help you with no problems. If I could rate this practice a 10 star, I would!!!

My children have been attending this clinic since my oldest was about 3, she's 15 now, and now my 6 year old which mean we've had a lot of experience there. Over the past few years the quality of care has diminished! My oldest child feel that they're not doing what's best for them and that they are to rough and uncaring while having their teeth treated. The parents can't speak to the dentist about their child's teeth and gum health you have to speak through an assistant. During treatment the assistant will advise you on what need to be done as far as additional treatment but when it's time to book that appointment it's impossible to make because the staff doesn't care and when you call them out on it they laugh. All about kids is not all about kids. At this point it seems they're just trying to stay afloat during this pandemic.

Place was five stars a while back. Not anymore. They never answer calls and wait is very long now. It takes at least a month and a half to be able to schedule an appointment with them.

Apparrently you have a computer that acts as the brains of the place scheduling appointments that i did not confirm via telephone or email and then choose to cancel the appointment that i did request 6months ago due to me not confirming the same appt multiple times..i confirm once is enough but if i dont reconfirm again due too me being busy at work you cancel the appointment..soooo cancel my kids coming here period.

We love love love All About Kids!!! Moving to Memphis and having to find all new pediatric providers was very challenging but Dr. Nesbitt and the ladies in this office have been amazing. I never have to drag them to the dentist because they just want to go!!!!!!
