My six-year-old son is not a patient at this office, but his main office was closed so this was the only location that was able to get my son in for an emergency appointment. My son was injured at school and needed to be seen ASAP. I was already in a terrible state of mind because of the circumstances leading up to this appointment. This office was simply amazing, and that's putting it lightly. The reviews I read from "grown" women and men are appalling. Complaining about waiting? My son was an emergency appointment and I walked in, checked in and sat down for two minutes and was called back. Two people were there before me. I wonder if they complained about me going in before them. You do not work there, you do not know the circumstances of anyone's situation, so you should not leave a negative review potentially stopping people from visiting this terrific dental office. From the front desk receptionists (who get most of the complaints) the two women were actually very respectful, nice, and quick to get us checked in. I cannot picture them being mean for no reason. Maybe they get annoyed if you are constantly asking them why you aren't being called... there's two sides to every story people. Do not let these negative reviews stop you from coming to a professional, sanitary and kid-friendly establishment. The waiting room is super cute, as well as the whole facility. My son was amazed at all of the cool stuff everywhere. The gentleman that came to take my sons x-ray was so kind and gentle with my son. He explained the whole process to him (which many places do not, and it leads to fear of the unknown and screaming children). He made jokes with my son and even showed him the x-ray result. My son was involved in the whole process and left happy. The toy at the end was just a bonus! The dentist answered all of my questions, assured me as a worried parent that everything would be fine. Instructed us on what to do at home and made sure my son was comfortable (even though he was just looking in his mouth and touching his tooth). My son and I both left happy! I would definitely come back to this office if need be. Thank you to ALL of the Stamford office staff, you deserve more than five stars!

Overall love this place. I was a patient there myself up until I wasn't old enough to be one anymore. Now my daughter is a patient there and she enjoys it just as much. She's treated kindly, in a timely manner, and overall has a great experience.

I LOVE this place. My kids have been going for a few years now and I'm never leaving. until they age out. Every dentist is always on point and looking out for the best of my children. and the assitants and staff is remarkable. they always call to remind me which is very important to me. And even the call service will do all they can to reschedule and make my day easy. I have never EVER had a problem.

The actual dentist is pleasant. She needs to reconsider her front desk staff. They are rude and have horrible communication skills. They made a mistake, are incredibly rude over the phone, and now trying to charge a fee for an appointment I did not book. Currently looking for a new pediatric dentist.

Dr. Kim is great but, waiting with 2 year old is hard. Reception management doesnt adhere to scheduling but seemingly manipulates the schedule to accommodate their personal preferences. A place with high quality dentists such as Dr. Kim need to be weary of who they are hiring to represent their business.

We were 15min early to my 1year old appointment. He was not seen until an hour later. Everyone who walked in after me was seen right away. I will no be going back to give them any business.

After COVID scheduling with them is a night mare they didn't call you to check your availability to give an appointment they just assigned an appointment and if you are not able to do it they don't care and just canceled. The lady who called me today told me I'm going to be on a waiting list because they are "overbooked " and as well because I have a five year old and because she is little I just can do Monday appointments what's??? My kids are patients since 2015 and I never had problem to schedule morning or afternoon what kind of dictatorship you are? I'm VERY VERY disappointed with you guys if you don't call soon and give and appointment at afternoon for my two kids you definitely are going to lose two patients.

I can honestly say I was very impressed with my first visit today with my 4 year old who was very very nervous all the staff from the person we met walking in the door to the dentist n her assistant were wonderful and so patient with my very scared little girl. Thank you everyone for making this visit a little easier for a very nervous little girl n a very sad mama.
