I LOVE this place. I have two kids and my oldest one was frightful of the teeth cleaning device. We had tried another facility before and they weren't kids friendly although they were peds dentistry. When I called all about kids I explained the situation to them and the day of my appointment as well. To my utmost surprise everything went smoothly. The nurses are so friendly and easily connected with my child to the point that he didn't even realized he was getting his teeth cleaned. My two kids love this place now. All the staff are professional and courteous; the facility child friendly and well maintained. This is the best pediatric dentistry in Norwalk; highly recommend!

Literally the best place I could've chosen for my daughter. They are always informative, patient and very kind. Appointments are also not a long wait for scheduling which is awesome!

Our first visit to this practice was nothing short of amazing, due to the very patient, knowledgable and kind Dr. Jefferies. She made sure my son was comfortable and brought calmness and expertise to a double extraction. The first words out of my son's mouth post two extractions was, "can we come here again?"

Excellent cleaning by dental hygienist and she had a great friendly personality to make everyone comfortable. Dentist was friendly and knowledgeable. My son always enjoys going to this office because of the movie selections, kid friendly atmosphere, & gentle teeth cleanings.

Dr. Jeffries was great! She really listened to my child who has anxiety going to the dentist. She really addressed her needs and made her visit a positive experience.

My daughter was referred to this dentist office through our primary dentist and she loves it here. The staff is great to work with and the dentist is extremely supportive, understanding, and knowledgeable. They do such a great job at making the children (and parents) feel comfortable and prepared on what's going to happen. I love that the kids can watch TV while they are being serviced because it's such an easy distraction. My daughter highly dislikes going to the dentist (she had a bad experience when she was 3 and we ultimately changed dentist after that) but now she says she loves her dentist at All About Kids. This is the kind of patience and care we were looking for. 10/10 recommend.

This place is a nightmare when it comes to pay, my daughter had a tooth taken out, they damaged a filling that she had in a tooth next to it,, we when back half an hour later and they were nice and put a temporary one,. Here it goes a month later we went back to fix the temporary filling and without asking us they took the measurement for 2 spacers that she didn't need, we when out to pay the copay and surprise the said we owe $450 because of the spacer.., to begin with it was their fall damaged the filling and now they want us to pay something that we didn't ask .. advise for everyone ask how much you have to pay before your kid goes in.....ahh and they want to do things that your kids don't need be careful...

We took our son there with a appointment for routine cleaning & checkup yesterday 6/16/21, but they rejected to see my son! Their lame-excuse -we're few minutes late! We looked around and my son was the only kid in the waiting area. There're times they made us waiting for long...! Obviously they're lazy and careless! Very disappointed!

My daughters have been patients of this office for years, and they always loved coming here however our routine cleaning and check up in December turned into a 3 hour cleaning without check up, because they forgot we were there and we kept asking when they will be seeing and the front desk girls assume we didn't spoke English and started to make fun of us, to their surprise we in fact speak English plus I am a Dental assistant so I decided to leave the place after letting them know how rude, unprofessional, heartless people they were, came back in April (first appointment they decided to give us after weeks and weeks trying to get someone to call me back) I do love the Doctor and she knows my kids as soon as she sees them which is one of the reasons I decided to book a mew appointment, she did their check up (NO CLEANING) and they had their next cleaning tomorrow, but again they messed up and called me claiming one of my daughters can't get their cleaning because she recently handled one in April (WHICH SHE DIDNT) is so upsetting and I wish and hope they start paying more attention to their patients and how they are treating them. I wish I could give them 0 stars
