I called to follow up on an appointment I had. They they mysteriously found my number from when this location was owned previously. The original appointment they called me !!!!!during pandemic and had my right number but, when it came to confirm they didn't use the same number ?????? Yeah confused me as well smh then when I called to correct the desk lady she gets so upset that she could not face the truth she hangs up on me. Maybe the doctor didn't want to deal with my children's cavities today I don't know but why not fix your mistake? Not hang up like your the boss mistakes happen learn from them and do your job efficiently front desk lady??????? I never got rude with u front desk lady why are you so mad front desk lady??????? Being a front desk lady your the face of the brand and with that attitude no one will respect you. Hope you don't have kids because when they ask you a question your gonna get mad talk over them and hang up and stop speaking????!?! Front desk lady get your act together mistakes happen it's obvious you are not happy being front desk lady so I'm gonna send u some donuts and flowers over so you can smile and carry yourself appropriately when working in a field where clients rely on your communication skills to get services front desk lady my appointments keeps food in your table front desk lady it's a bigger picture then your attitude pay attention to detail and be efficient front desk lady I'm not mad at you just do better front desk lady. Front desk lady We can schedule appointments online even more reason why you should carry your self better. Front desk lady I do have to remind you it's a job if u don't like it leave front desk lady!!!!!! It's a pandemic we're all fed up front desk lady get over yourself front desk lady. Update: 07/2022 still a horrible place so now front desk /Lisa kicks my children out over two many missed appointments. I have 3 children one got sick then we all got sick. unfortunately all about kids is not about the kids they would like to kick us for doing the right thing and not coming to the office while sick. Now were kicked out. If it was about the kids they would send over a referral to help the kids get treatment somewhere else. Nope!!!!! all I got was 3 letters address to all 3 of my children saying the same thing (what a waste of trees ) that they will no longer be seen. Way to go Lisa continue to run this business in the ground.

We love coming here. There's never a wait, which is awesome because I have an antsy 5 year old. Staff is great, accommodating, and knowledgeable.

I love this dental office for my almost 3 year old son! We have been with them for over a year now. First dentist and the only dentist I will bring my son to see. They are honest and very professional! They are also very knowledgeable.. the staff is great with kids, ESPECIALLY screaming toddlers ;) you know what I mean moms? So give this dentist office a call. They work with your schedule and are open on Saturdays! What's not to love?? Also, the office is VERY clean and sanitary. I wish I can give them 10+ stars! Thank you All About Kids for all you do. -The Pedreira Family EDIT: My son is six years old now and we STILL love All About Kids! They are so great with kids of all ages. I moved further away, and I still make the drive to this office.

The staff, assistants and Dr were so nice and were exceptional with my grandson. Was very pleased with all of them as well as wearing mask, taking our temperature and was also happy to see assistant changing her gloves. Very happy Nana

The dentist is very sweet , it was first time filling for my little kid and I was very nervous but the dentist and the stuff were super nice and made my kid very comfortable, thanks a lot !

The office staff here is absolutely horrific. They speak to the parents like they are better than them and are incredibly hard to communicate with. You are required to give 48 hour notice for cancellations which anyone who has kids knows that is absolutely ridiculous and not always possible as kids don't typically get sick 2 days in advance. I called to speak to HR and they didn't call me back. I asked to speak to the dentist and was told by the office staff that the dentist would not speak to anyone and does not call people back. As others reported here I was also hung up on by the receptionist. I am a social worker in the valley and this is a terrible representation for a business that they would like to see thriving. I can't believe the owner would allow this to continuously happen as it has been reported here several times. When Dr. Julia first opened this place it was a MUCH different experience. My kids have been coming since they were 1. I also requested to speak to the owner and was told no. It's such a shame because the hygienists are wonderful....I have a call in to Department of Public Health about this...it's awful

My kids come at this place ever since it opened. Dentist were good but now everything changed. My child's last dental exam they told us we need to see orthodontist so I told them we will go to my other kids orthodontist they told me they have orthodontist too you can take both orthodontist and consultation is free. So I made appointment here and now they charged me $53. Why did they told me its free consultation? They have no integrity. I paid them for their service but never going there again. They should have never told me its free. I lost time from my work and wasted my time. Will not recommend anyone to go there.

Hello, I have actually never been to this dental office, but I have tried to inquire about an appointment over the phone. The online reviews were horrible, on behalf of the receptionist in derby. I called to see if her behavior was really that bad and if I should expose my 4 kids to that kind of nonsense. All I asked was if the same receptionist was there that got so many bad reviews last year, and the lady laughed at me and hung up in my face. I called back and a LOVELY lady named Kiara picked up and handled the situation exactly how a professional would. she made me want to make an appointment, however, any business that employes someone with as bad of an attitude as I recieved after my first call will absolutely not get my business. Apparently the customer reviews of this receptionist have fallen on deaf ears, and its bad for business. If you love front desk drama at a pediatric office, this place is the place for you!

We all have had different experiences in All About Kids, some good some bad. However I can't relate to bad experiences. Everyone is very pleasant, and has helped my children through many scary moments. They take their time, stop when necessary etc. I have my three children and three grandchildren all going there with no complaints at all. Des'ree the receptionist is phenomenal, she always greets us with a smile. She is always attentive to making my appointments, and calls to remind me if it's time to make another one. She has been nothing but professional at all times. Dr. Amanda who is new to this office took vare of my 9 and 7 year old and if I tell you she was amazing! She has become my new favorite Dr and will highly recommend her to anyone. Kiddos to you Dr. Amanda your passion and dedication shows. I truly have no complaints, and will continue to take my kids and grandkids there.

If you want to deal with totally inept staff and random office closures with no notice, this is the place for you! They have canceled my older son's appointment twice, without notice. Just show up, office is closed. He had Saturday appointments, then they tell me they can't rebook him on a Saturday for 6-7 months. Made a first appointment for my younger son, got a voicemail the day before confirming my appointment, show up that morning for the appointment, and guess what: Office is closed. Again. Call them up, "Oh Sorry we're closed today. We rescheduled you for XX day." Like, WHAT? I never said I could come on X day. I can't. While I was standing in the parking lot on the phone with them, 2 other moms showed up with their kids for their appointments! They were NEVER told the office was closed either. I booked this appointment 2 months ago. They just randomly close the office ALL THE TIME, without notice or a call. And it's clearly not just me, since other parents literally showed up while I was there. If you don't have enough staff to fulfill appointments, you shouldn't BOOK appointments! I missed over an hour of work for no reason other than their complete ineptitude and lack of professional courtesy. It's like they only work when it's convenient for them and you need to do that or you're out of luck. They rescheduled me literally without ASKING me if I could even come. And before the pandemic, I called 2 days prior to an appointment to cancel because both my son and husband were sick with fevers and stomach issues, and they gave me such a hard time! I already called another local pediatric dentist and got appointments for my kids. Don't waste your time. Awful everything.

We took my daughter there twice and had a pleasant experience with the hygienist and dentist. However, it's been 8 months since her last visit and they still haven't correctly billled my insurance. I have medical insurance that covers basic cleanings which I provided at both visits but they have failed to ever bill them. I have gone in person 4 times, called the billing department 3 times and my insurance company recorded a phone call explaining benefits and requesting a bill. We continue to receive bills that show they have not booked my insurance....8 months later. Bottom line: good care, incompetent billing.
