The whole team at the Danbury office is awesome! Ed and Katie are too notch employees and Dr. Shah has made my daughter not fearful of coming to the dentist!

Find another practice. The one in Danbury is full of trash. Except for maybe 2, all the doctors and technicians are rude and obnoxious to the parents - AND the kids. Which is completely UNACCEPTABLE. They will make nasty comments. They rush through the services. They talk down to you, and they act as if they're doing YOU a favor. Overall everything is managed incredibly unprofessionally. I took my 3 kids there for years but after today, I am done. I don't pay thousands of dollars to be treated this way.

This last visit took the cake. I've never seen my 11 yo writhe in so much pain only to receive annoyance from Dr. Shah. I did not realize she was the one to work on my daughter, otherwise I would have certainly rescheduled. Not to way to treat children. You are to be more patient and compassionate. My daughter shudders thinking of the experience. Later that day she was in so much pain and the only thing I could do was give her pain meds and hug her to keep her calm. NO GOOD. Thankfully, the pain subsided as she drifted off to sleep. Shame on you Dr. Shah. Never again! Maybe you should work with adults

They treated my kids great. They talked about taking care of their teeth with them and made sure they were comfortable during all parts of the cleaning.

The staff are amazing and make my kids feel so comfortable! Scheduling can be an issue, the appointment times are not kept and you spend usually 30 mins last your appointment till your seen. It makes it difficult to plan around work schedules.

The appointment was on time. The people in the front desk are very polite. The dentist and her assistant were so generous and kind with my son. Very happy with them.

AAK is FANTASTIC. Dr. Shah is amazing all 3 of my children love her and have no fear of the dentist. The entire team at this office is sweet and amazing. Hands down the greatest dental experience a child could get.

I have been taking my son to this place for 4 years now. The staff is always polite and nice. Today I took my son Dr.Shah saw him for the first time. She walked in rushing said hi without even looking at me and rushed with the procedure. My son was complaining and she said Im not doing anything thats hurting you in a rude way. She was also beyond rude to the hygienist I felt so bad for her because she was super friendly. I saw other reviews of people that had a bad experience with her. The entire time I was there it was so uncomfortable just wanted to grab my son and leave. He was scratching his head and she had the audacity to say "do you have lice or something" horrible way to treat a kid. Called the office after I left and told them what happened. I don't think I want to take my son here anymore. Dr.Shah you need treat people with respect thats your job you are not doing me a favor since you do get paid. It's so unprofessional of you to treat patients and your team the way you did today.

This place is great front desk is awesome. One thing I don't like is the change the doctor all the time. I keep seeing different doctors every time I go there. But so far great service. Recommend it
