As the word spread about the wonderful care he was providing, his practices began to grow and over the next seven years, he opened clinics in Denver, Lakewood and Wheat Ridge. His philosophy is to provide top-quality care to every person who comes through his doors. Every child deserves the right to have the best care. They should be able to develop a relationship with their dental office that allows them to come in and leave happy. All four dental clinics accept all insurances, including Medicaid, CHP+. Having a staff that speaks multiple languages allows for a diversity of cultures so everyone feels at home. The last step Dr. Manshadi took was to expand his hours so families would not miss work or school. Clinic hours are 9 am 7 pm M F and Saturday 9 am 4 pm.
In the past 12 years, Kids Choice Dental and All About Kids Dental have been recognized in the community, both by the public and by fellow professionals. Dr. Manshadi has won multiple awards acknowledging his clinics. He has won the Best of the Best from Colorado Community Media, 5280 Magazine Top Dentist for several years, and Colorado Parent Family Favorites #1 Dental office for multiple years. It is with the assistance of his dedicated staff that all these awards are presented. His staff also recognizes the needs of our community and work diligently to create an environment of care and compassion for every patient that they treat.
It is also the philosophy of the clinics that educating the public in the needs of preventative care will not only make every dental visit better but also promote healthier lives. Kids Choice Dental and All About Kids Dental have prided themselves in providing complimentary dental screenings to many of the schools, daycares, and family resource centers. Every August, they host a Health & Wellness Resource Fair that is free. Food, drinks, fun activities and health screening are provided at no cost. For the past eight years, their community involvement has included working with the Family Forward Resource Center to help better the lives of many families.
We are dedicated to providing the best education in dentistry and oral health. We work hard to give back to the community through education and our services. We provide free dental and vision screenings on a weekly basis to day cares and schools that are in need of these services. This provides awareness to parents that maybe would otherwise go unrecognized in treating the needs of their children. We also extend an invitation to anyone who would simply like to come into our office and receive a free dental screening.
Payment for professional services is due at the time dental treatment is provided. We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards and all major credit cards and Care Credit for those treatment plans that require higher dollars services. For extensive treatment, payment plans can be arranged and our helpful staff is available to answer questions about scheduling or payments. We accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid and CHP+, along with those below and many others!
Kids Choice Dental is one of the largest dental health providers in the Denver Metro area. We proudly provide care for children and young adults. Kids Choice Dental understands the need for providing consistent quality care and thats why we treat each patient like our own family.

The front desk staff are very nice, friendly, and very helpful. One of the front desk staff was nice enough to bring additional eyeglasses for my daughter from the storage room. The specialist is amazing at was she does and works very quickly.I recommend this clinic to anyone.

It took my son their and it was good at first , friendly staff , appeared to be clean but then I noticed every time the dentist would go in my sons mouth his hand would shake. So I would not recommend this place at all.

There service is okay, but the whole scheduling an appointment within the same day due to missing previous appointments isn't my thing, I got there one time and they called me and canceled after I was there. TERRIBLE

I am so thankful for the doctor and assistant that cared for my daughter a couple of weeks ago. The compassion, patience and care went way above any expectation. My young daughter went in for a simple procedure, one that I have had done with other members of my family with no problems, but for some reason when it came time she had a huge phobia of what was going to happen. The doctor and assistant worked calmly and cheerfully with her way longer than the alloted time for the appointment while I was there and when nothing could be done to calm her down, the doctor gave me a number of options to choose from that were reasonable, explaining clearly each option and cost and we were able to make a good decision for her situation. I have been bringing my 3 girls here for a number of years and since they started taking adults, switched to their care myself, but their patience and compassion in this recent circumstance really touched this mom's heart. Thank you!

My daughter suffers from panic attacks so going to the dentist is her worst nightmare, Ms carina was super understanding and patient she made my daughter feel very comftarble and explaining every step to her so she wouldnt feel fear, if you have small children i definitely recommend her, staff was super friendly guided me through every step!! loved them

This place was absolutley filthy! The smell of the long concrete hallway is indescribable! I never saw any staff member wash their hands especially the Doctor who was going from patient to patient! The plastic on exam chairs had clearly not been changed, the floors dirty, and equipment was being used on patient after patient. Please please dont go here just because you have Medicaid does not mean you have to risk infection or covid 19. Oh this place needs turned in immediately and you can bet I will!

I have been bringing both my sons (14 and 9) since they were toddlers. In all these years I have never had aNy problems with any of the staff, doctor's, or dental-assistants. UNTIL today (10/12/19). I wish I knew her name so that I can say who it is specifically and not make anyone else look bad- because every other person who worked there was veRy nice (as they always are). She was 1 of the dental-assistants and was EXTREMELY RUDE to my 9 year old son (who already gets "dentist-anxiety") and gets fearful of going. Well she continued to talk to him in the rudest voice ever about his "lip not being relaxed". First of all, I completely understand dentists and their assistants instructing their patients on what to do as they work on them, but do nOt do so, rUdely! Her tone of voice was as if she could'nt stand my child (or her job)! And my son wasn't even doing aNything to make her speak to him in she sUch a mean voice, but sitting there scared. Of course she was the onLy staff in the room at the time- so she felt she could get away with it! I let it slide twice, but the 3rd time I couldn't anymore, you don't treat my child that way! You wouldn't want someone to treat yours that way so I got up, went over there and very calmly yet assertively (to let her know I see how she's speaking to my son) asked her "what the problem is" as I looked dwn at my son's mouth to see what she was seeing that she felt she had to be so rude to my child over , and so I could also help gently guide and talk to him about how to hold is mouth (which by the way she also was veRy rough and hurt my sons lower front gums, and we have neveR had him complain about being in pain from going to the dentist before today, either. he told me she "was hurting his teeth"). Well, when I went over to see what was going on since she clearly could'nt stop speaking meanly, annnd lo and behold she reacted veRy unprofessionally!! She snapped at me and gave me a dirty look. Started speaking to me with her rude attitude saying "he wOn't keep his lip relaxed" as I explained to her, I understand she needs him to do to that but that she shouldn't speak to children that wAy, and should be kinder with her tone voice (as many children are afraid of the dentist) and she then proceeded to tell me with that major "ugly-attitude" (expression and tone) "I didn't do nothing wrong". So I told her" I'd like a different dental assistant", and still with her attitude said, "fine. youll hAve to wait awhile" as if that gave her satisfaction- but I told her "that would be perfectly fine". Because it was- to have someone kinder treat my child. Word of advice to anyone going into a field with pediatrics- please don't take that career-path if you don't have the gentleness, kindness, and patience it requires to work with CHILDREN.. as you can see from this long post- I was extremely dissapointed with the care of my child today all because of sUch a bad experience with ONE of the staff. Which is unfortunate after 12-13 years of great care from all the others who work there. It's one thing to be rude to me, but to be so rude to my child?! Not okay. I pray she sees this and it makes her open her eyes and not treat any other children who go in there so unkindly and have sUch little patience that it comes out showing as a crude attirude to innocent child. I STILL LEFT 3 STARS FOR THE MANY, MANY YEARS OF GOOD SERVICE WE HAVE HAD BEFORE THIS PAST SATURDAY.

Rick the team have always been great with the kids. They always go the extra mile to make the kids comfortable. Plus they explain to the kids what they are doing before so they are not scared. Excellent service awesome with the kids!! I highly recommend this place.

My experience here was the worst The rude lady was friken mean. If u are planning on coming here don't!!!!!There were some nice ladies but one if them was just Unbelievably rude ah. I'm just saying one of them thought she ran the place or something. My mom literally dragged me here cuz I hate dentist appointments and now the rude lady made me have a worse experience and now I have even more reason to hate dentist appointments. Just unbelievable.And also I just wanna say dat the other reviews are fake cuz a bunch of ppl have told me dat they were treated badly sooooo just don't do it

I absolutely love this Dentist off. They treat my kids so well always greet us with a smile and kind words. Wouldn't take them any where else. We've been coming her for years now.
