The staff at All About Kids Dental Care has many years of experience in the field of dentistry. They are members of the Organization for Safety and Asepsis Procedures (OSAP), a resource organization for infection control in the dental office. Furthermore, they attend biannual OSHA seminars to help the office maintain the highest stands of infection control.
Our entire staff is CPR and First Aid certified on a yearly basis. In addition, they attend annual seminars to further their knowledge of pediatric dentistry. Past classes include: Dental Anesthesia-Knowledge and Safety, Dental Polishing, Pharmacology Update, and many more. Finally, each team member keeps current with their appropriate licensure: radiology and hygiene.
The staff at All About Kids Dental Care strives to make their patients comfortable and confident in the dental environment. They enjoy educating patients and parents alike on the importance of healthy oral habits.

My daughter had a filling done last week. She started to complain when her numbing wore off that it felt like she was biting on that tooth and it hurt. I called to ask to have it looked at and the receptionist stated that they could not see her for 2 months. When I questioned why I would have to wait that long she got rude with me and said that they don't have an opening.

Today was my kids first time visit to the dentist. The staff was so friendly and kind. The doctor office was very kid friendly! I was nervous for my children first visit, the dental hygienist was very gentle, she explained everything she was doing as she went with the cleaning, her name was Laura absolutely amazing bed side manner and kid friendly, she took her time! I highly recommend!

By far the best pediatric dental practice in the area! The secretary is the sweetest and always talks to the kids to calm and fears. The hygienist personally connect with the children and parents regarding and work don and work needed. The kids love the dentist and say he is very kind. I hope everyone can have such a positive experience.

Extremely friendly staff from the front to the back. Dr and hygienists we're great with both my kids. Glad I found a office where they make the kids comfortable

I took my 4 year old here for a filling and they wanted to take him back there alone. I told them that it was his first time getting work done and I was worried about how he'd respond. I specifically told them if he was to cry I wanted them to stop. The lady at the front told me she'd check on him and there's no doors so if he was crying I'd hear him. About 5-10 minutes later I hear SCREAMING! I ask was that my son and start to walk back there. They had my baby all the way in the back, they were in the only room with a door an it was CLOSED! Like they intentionally did that so he wouldn't be heard. I opened the door to find two women holding down my son while the doctor is drilling in his mouth! Now, I know that some kids overreact at the dentist, but I've also had my experiences were the medicine they gave me wasn't enough and mouth wasn't fully numb. This was a concern for my child and him being only four, I don't know if the screaming is because he's in pain or because he's scared. Either way I was not willing to put him through that and they traumatized my child with that experience.

I can't say enough good things about this Dental office. Everyone makes a potentially super-scary experience feel safe for every kid. They take their time, explain each process, and are very skilled and efficient while respecting each child's comfort level. Covid precautions are in place, the office is extremely clean, tools and technology are in great shape. We love all the staff here but the front desk staff is exceptional. Went above and beyond to make my little guy feel comfortable. We're so lucky to have this pediatric dentist in Chesterton.

Since moving to Indiana I have been trying to find a good dentist and friend suggested All About Kids and I absolutely love them! I went to one place before and they tried to say my son needed teeth pulled and he had cavities then I went to All About Kids and they said his teeth are perfect! I'm glad I found this place and they don't try and screw parents over! Love love love and will suggest to friends.

My children had a great experience in the office, unfortunately the billing has taken months to resolve and is still ongoing. Beware that this office may show "in-network" with your insurance but some dentists are not approved at the location. I went here after I made sure they were in-network only to be seen by a dentist that is out of network, so a normal visit that should have been covered at 100 percent, is only covered at 60 percent. Also, it is really difficult to speak with someone who can help me. The ladies are very nice in the office, but it seemed no one could actually help resolve my issue. Maybe someone will read this and help me? But we will not be going back, it's not worth the headache and time I have spent on the phone with insurance. **Edit: Stephany in billing was incredibly helpful and followed through to make sure my account was resolved. If you need help with billing, she is the one to talk to. This company is fortunate to have someone like her.

Absolutely love this place! My girls have been coming here since they were 2. The staff is always so nice and are very friendly with the kids. 10/10 recommend bringing your littles here for their teeth cleanings!

Long time patients here. Receptionist is very friendly. She took time to explain to my anxious child about a procedure he needed. Hygienist was also friendly and knowledgeable. She made my child feel very comfortable. Dentist was kind and patient - thoroughly explained his decisions regarding my sons' care. Only didn't give 5 stars because I prefer to go back with my children but I know they are in good hands.

Our entire experience with this clinic on June 9th was very positive! I am so happy to find this provider. I worked as a certified dental assistant for many years, including pediatric dentistry, so I had my feelers up. I wasn't real keen on the practice of taking my child to the back without me, but I understand that parents can be in the way,and can create unnecessary anxiety, so I just reassured my daughter that she would be fine. My daughter went to the back with only a tiny hesitation as I waited with the other parents. I watched as several children be-bopped right on back for their appointments, without a second thought, as others returned all smiles. The staff from the front office to the dentist was awesome and kid friendly. My daughter had a positive experience and enjoyed chatting with the awesome lady in the front office. Again, I'm happy to have found this provider and I certainly recommend them.
