All they care about is selling you!!!! Zero stars!!! Accidentally scheduled with them again this year with even worse behavior then last year! I had to be sure to write on the financial sheet and remind them to not do any procedures not covered by my insurance. Last year they refused to do a basic cleaning on me because they were trying to sell me and under the gum cleaning that would take 4 visits!! I ended up getting a bill for a service that never happened and going to another dentist for a cleaning who had no issues doing what is covered. Anyway this time after all my disclosures from last year the dentist came in to sell me again. I told him no thanks...just the basic cleaning. He told the assistant to do it and then they argued outside my room at full ears length! Completely unprofessional!! I asked to leave when she came back in and told her that was very unprofessional! My son still in getting a cleaning...I'm in the waiting room...she dares to come out to ask me permission to do a separate procedure on my son!! Unreal this office is! All they seem to care about is how much money they get out of you!

Don't come here with your kid. I can't believe this doctor asked my daughter how old she is then tell her oh you look older then he tell her That he don't even know what he is doing with her teeth. We don't need to hear your negative

If I can give zero stars I would. I had an appointment today at 4pm and they call me 2 hours prior and cancel. I had to take off work and they couldn't accommodate any other day for late times. Completely unacceptable practice and disregard for people's schedule. If a doctor needs to leave then they should find coverage and honor appointments. Update: I was quoted an outrageous amount to get teeth fixed. Called my insurance and they provide me with a document that says it was covered. Been leaving voicemail and emails and can't get anyone to respond to provide me with a copy of the treatment plan to compare to my insurance. If covered like it seems, I could have had it all fixed instead of waiting and playing phone tag. Don't have emails or voicemail if you can't respond within a week. Normal is 3 business days.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! So far I have been rescheduled 4 times for a cleaning that was due last year! Each reschedule is many weeks to months away. I receive a reschedule call the DAY BEFORE each appt. telling me the hygenist isnt coming in! Im angry that I have cancelled other important appts because Im seeing them and each time they cancel, I am left missing out on seeing anyone! I was angry with the last cancellation and stated this is not professional and they are unreliable and im so overdue for a cleaning and she did not seem to care and rescheduled me a month later. Been going there for many years and the dentist turnover is disturbing as well. I am going to have to find another practice. This place is going downhill fast!!!!

My experience at this office was great , Dr Mgk was very gentle and nice with his work and did everything I needed. The staff were very nice and helpful. Katie at the front desk was very nice and so was Sarah, the assistant. I would definitely recommend this office.

I hate the dentist and this office made me so comfortable. From the kindest staff I have ever encountered, who made me feel so good when I left there, to the doctor who was so kind and understanding. They explained everything to me and gave me several options while allowing me to make the best choice for myself. I have never felt so good about going to the dentist as I have here.

Terrible experience. I have been the customer with this site for 1 year. When I scheduled the appointment. They keep rescheduling the appointment. I decided to change. Please stay away

I was very pleased with the attention we received today at All About Dental in Oaks. My daughter has anxiety toward dentistry ( and other things). Dr. Sheena Bhatla was wonderful with her. She was kind and explained every step before doing a composite filling. I am confident in recommending her.

They have blown me off and rescheduled my appointment four times. I was supposed to go in December for a cleaning, then it got rescheduled for a month later in January, then twice already this month in February, and now they want to reschedule me for March 30th. I have a crack in my tooth (which I told them about) and they do not care. Every time they tell me that either the doctor and/or hygienist won't be in the day I'm supposed to go. Then maybe don't schedule appointments for those days? They're obviously having staffing problems. I'm fed up and will be looking for a new dentist.

I would give zero stars if I could. I feel bad for the staff, if anyone works there. The way it goes is you make an appointment for a month later, then the day off they call you and cancel, and then you wait a month again to do it again. It's been two months since I called for my appointment and haven't gotten in. Go to any other dentist that takes your insurance

The lack of communication and schedule issues are very frustrating. I have had my appointment pushed three twice now and move back over 3 months. When I showed up today I was told they are an hour behind. The fact that they use a copy and paste reply to every negative review tells you everything you need to know.

They do not care about their customers. I have a literal hole in my tooth and they've blown my appointment off twice. They did not listen when I said I had certain requirements needed in order to have the appointment and lied to me and told me they did offer it when they did not and numbed me up without explaining they were going to ignore me and hurt me when I knew that method would not work

Literally horrible and pointless The dentist was so rude he legitimately made me cry and the call center they have answering is unorganized I chipped my tooth and they just looked at it and told me it was chipped then told me in an aggressive way "no we can't fix it I don't have time leave" you don't have time for an appointment??? Seriously hope this place gets shut down only thing that made me feel better was the assistant because she was kind. Genuinely upset from this visit edit: my name is Johnna just in case they try to say I wasn't there this is just another account. Ugh this place is so bad!

I've been a patient at All About Dental Care for a few years, and it's been a great experience the entire time. I get regular cleanings with Donna, and she is an excellent hygienist. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, and I would recommend them to anyone.

This is the most amazing dental office hands down. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They practice safety precautions for covid and make us feel very safe! I highly recommend this office. They have treated my children ages 8,14 and 19 and have been great with all!

So happy I found oaks dental, the entire staff was beyond kind and helpful and I had a great time getting to know my hygienist Donna! Super competent and trustworthy, and they got me in right away with no wait.

I am not impressed with this dental care. I went here for my husband and so sorry to say that the doctors doesn't treat the patient properly. They don't answer the patients concerns on the dental problem. My husband had a very bad experience here. The website says that they have endodontist,orthodontist but they referred my husband to another endodontist. The doctor wasn't ready to recommend but I had to search for one on my insurance plan. I called up the dental care to clarify about this and the answer she gives me is the doctor herself doesn't do the root canal if it's the upper tooth.. seriously how is it the patient will understand this. Thanks to the frontdesk lady. Looks like she has a better idea. I had to do my homework asking them these questions and believe me they don't help u atall. She simply said tht my husband had to get root canal treatment somewhere else and putting the crown is their job it seems. Unbelievable so please don't go here . You r going to be at loss. I had to pay unnecessarily for the first visit and the worst part is if u choose them as primary dental care, they won't even help u understand the root canal treatment plan. Seriously it's a no no primary dental care .
