We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the couple of years, and we all are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety.
Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice, and you may have seen this during your visits to our office. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it is both safe and comfortable. We want to tell you about the infection control procedures we follow in our practice to keep patients and staff safe.
Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued. We do this to make sure that our infection control procedures are current and adhere to each agencies recommendations.
For your comfort, you may want to bring a sweater,jacket or something to keep you warm, as our office will be kept cooler while Dr. Jones and the staff wear additional PPE (personal protective equipment). Our office blankets will not be available.

Best dental experience ever. If you are anxious or fearful about seeing a dentist Dr. Jones office is the place to go. Very calming atmosphere and Dr. Jones takes the time to listen to your concerns, answer all questions, take her time with you, explain options and procedures, and make sure you are comfortable.

I was referred by a friend of a friend on an emergency basis. I was pleasantly surprised by the care, concern, and patience shown to me by Dr. Alison Jones. I didn't feel rushed although it was a same day appointment! They were flexible with me and very accommodating (I changed time- same day) She was so thorough in her explanations and created a plan of action for me that made sense and I felt comfortable with. Another thing that impressed me a lot was the fact that she said, feel free to get a second opinion if you'd like. I was thinking of doing that anyway but a lot of doctors wouldn't support/mention it themselves. By the end of the appointment my husband and I left wondering if we should switch to her practice. Please see this dentist for a consult if you are on the fence, looking for a good practice would great customer service, or like me knock your teeth out in a freak accident and need emergent care!

I have , I had a lot of anxiety about the dentist. I broke a filing over 2 years ago and would not go get it fixed. Alison Jones was recommended to me, life changer! They were so wonderful! It's more than being a good dentist it's really caring about your patients and what they need. It was a wonderful experience. Seriously I was petrified to go to the dentist. Now I'm excited to go back. Thank you . I really mean that. Thanks for taking care of my heart and my teeth

My experience with Dr. Jones is always positive. They do such a great job caring for their patients. Dr. Jones is gentle and wants to keep your teeth as healthy as possible. If you don't have a dentist, or are looking to change your dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Jones.
