Dr. Alison Boone was born and raised in Northeastern North Carolina. She graduated as valedictorian from Perquimans County High School and attended East Carolina University where she graduated summa cum laude with a BS in biochemistry. Dr. Boone then competed her dental training at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating with a DDS in 2004. Upon completion of dental school she moved to Fayetteville, NC providing care to veterans at the VA Hospital and entered private practice as an associate in the community.
Dr. Boone is an active member of her community and sits on the board for both Children and Youth Partnership of Dare County and the local chapter of Smile for a Lifetime. She is the contact dentist for dental issues and concerns for the Northeast region. She has been a volunteer dentist for Missions of Mercy and Give Kids a Smile.
Dr. Boone followed in her fathers footsteps when she started praticing dentistry. Her father Dr. Jack Boone was a dentist for over 30 years, most recently practicing in Hertford, NC. She enjoys the beach, her dogs, and the two loves of her life, her children.
