Born and raised in Albany, NY, our Board Certified Pediatric Dentist, Dr. Nikki Kabra received her Bachelors degree in Psychology from Northwestern University and her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania. She completed her General Practice Residency at Mt. Sinai Medical Center on the Upper East Side in New York City, and subsequently worked as a general practitioner. She returned to Mt. Sinai to specialize in pediatrics where she served as Chief Resident. After treating patients and teaching pediatric dental residents in New York, Dr. Nikki moved with her husband to his hometown in Southern California.
Dr. Nikki is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry (ABPD), an active member of the College of Diplomates (COD-ABPD), the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD), the American Dental Association (ADA), the California Dental Society (CDA) and the Orange County Dental Society (OCDS).
Dr. Nikki truly believes that all children should be excited to go to the dentist. She strives to create an entertaining and inviting environment with her gentle touch. She promotes prevention, keeps her patients laughing and gets to know each and every child. When she is not caring for patients, Dr. Nikki enjoys spending time with family, traveling, dancing and watching movies.
Dr. Sholeh is the sister of our current pediatric dentist, Dr. Shiva Roghani. Dr. Sholeh attended San Diego State University for her pre-dental program followed by UCLA School of Dentistry to receive her dental training. She graduated from UCLA in 1993 and was awarded her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (D.D.S). Upon graduation from UCLA dental school, she moved to Boston to attend the prestigious orthodontic program at Boston University, and graduated in 1996.
She moved to Orange County in 1998 and has been practicing orthodontics in Orange County for the last 16 years. Dr. Sholeh has enjoyed treating thousands of children and adults and enjoyed seeing the results of every single beautiful smile and happy face.
Dr. Sholeh's passion for orthodontics and patient care has been recognized by her instructors, mentors, patients, and peers. She has been the recipient of numerous professional awards of excellence and achievements. Dr. Sholeh is committed to perfection and excellence and her track record is proof of that. She enjoys being able to provide a high level of personalized service, while creating long-lasting personal relationships.

As an RDA, I get to first hand work with the children, cleaning their teeth, taking their digital x-rays and making them comfortable. I am also an orthodontic assistant and right hand to our orthodontist.As our team leader I manage and order supplies, manage the budget and equipment, and oversee and encourage the back office team. I love working with children, interacting with them and teaching them how to take care of their teeth. Most of all, I love seeing them leave with a smile on their face! When Im not in the office I enjoy spending time with my family and friends in Aliso Viejo. I have taken up a recent interest in cooking, love spending my free time in Dana Point and at the beach in Laguna, and I love to shop! In 2013 I was proudly awarded the 'Team Leader of the Year Award'.This yearI am celebrating my 8th anniversary at Aliso Kids Dental!
I love working with my amazingly talented and gifted doctors and staff. They really are my second family! Everyone here has their own unique way of working with children and they truly love what they do. My favorite part of my job is seeing the smiling faces of our patients. Knowing that we helped calm a fearful child and an even more anxious parent is pure job satisfaction! My son, Zachary, and Ilive in Aliso Viejo and are so enamored with this community!We love to spend time with our friends and family, going to the movies at Town Center,and frequenting the local parks and beaches. In 2015 I am celebrating my 12th anniversary as manager of Aliso Kids Dental & Orthodontics!

Love this dental office! Staff is always so pleasant and the office itself is really nice and clean. My youngest loves the balloons, last time they put confetti in it!

Thank you to Dr. Calvin, Ashley, and Cynthia for seeing my daughter on such short notice! My daughter was having some pain and they brought her in same day and took such good care of her. She even left with a balloon. I will definitely be taking all my kids here from now on!!

Sohaila and Dr. Calvin are the best! I've been bringing my son in since he was a year old. They are patient and gentle with him. He's become comfortable with them over the past year and a half that he didn't even cry this time around. My little one walked out with a smile on his face and a balloon :) I definitely recommend this place for your children.

Dr. Calvin has been seeing my girls for the past two years and my experience has been great! The doctor and staff are always so nice and my girls love coming here. We have been coming here for years and the girls feel like everyone is family. I would definitely recommend this place for your little ones!

Would not recommend this orthodontist for Invisalign. They are not as tech forward as others. No digital scanner for initial impressions, no app to monitor progress. Treatment took longer than necessary and I was told some issues with my teeth just couldn't be fixed with Invisalign. Would have appreciated a heads up on this in the early stages of treatment. After my first round, I had to go to another orthodontist for a 2nd treatment which cost additional money and time.

Unethical. They ambush you for $10 per kid on your way out the door to pay for their "masks and gowns" during COVID, that they wear all day long. Way to use a pandemic to gouge your clients...do the math, they probably collect $500+ a day in gouging fees to pay for $10 in masks etc.

Everyone in the office is extremely nice. The ambiance is inviting to children and young adults! Everyone takes their time to answer all the questions that you might have, as well as the questions the children may have. Never do we feel rushed!
