I really enjoyed working with ALIGNERCO. I was drawn in by the affordable price. The entire process to get my retainers was seamless. The customer service was wonderful and they responded in a timely manner to my inquiries. I love this service and the outcome so much I recommended them to my brother.

This was such a great experience!! I have always been self conscious about my teeth. Now 15 retainers later I have never smiled so big!!

A Dreadful Experience. Don't let this happen to you! Let me start by saying that I went through the AlignerCo process (21 aligners) and was reasonably happy with the results--I achieved maybe 80% alignment (which is all they "guarantee" anyways). So I've rated Alignerco one star for (only) the effectiveness of their product. However, the process was needlessly frustrating and upsetting, and much more expensive than the initial financial outlay would have suggested (I'll explain their business tactics to extract as much money as they can later in this review). The worst of it is that I paid an additional $360 for final retainers that I have not received in over two months (although some of that time was spent working with Alignerco to provide additional aligners to first tweak my teeth further into place, but that attempt failed because they claimed that every mold I sent in was not good enough). After a subsequent week of reaching out to Alignerco to receive a refund, I have filed a BBB complaint (they have an F rating) and filed a dispute with my credit card company. I am now working on letters to the FTC, the attorney general's office, local news agencies, and consumer fraud bureaus, and, if need be, I will file a claim in the NY small claims court to recover the monies paid. I am also fortunate that both of my brothers-in-law are attorneys and I have reached out to them as well. Alignerco Business Practices: 1. After paying for an initial teeth impression kit, Alignerco claimed that every mold I made was not perfect enough and asked that I pay an additional amount each time for several more impression kits. This went on for three cycles. I refused to pay for the additional kits so AlignerCo sent them for free. I recommend that you not pay for any additional kits. 2. The aligners seemed to have been (purposefully) designed to only achieve 80% alignment, just as their "contract" states. This forces a client to spend an additional amount ($250 in my case, which I refused to pay so they sent them for free) for supplemental aligners. However, they require that the client make new impressions and, not surprisingly, none of them seemed to be perfect enough for them to work with so they request an additional $25 for each additional kit. 3. After initially leaving an honest but obviously scathing online review of Alignerco, they contacted me and asked that I remove that review in return for them providing the additional aligners at no charge. That's when they sent the impression kit (they wanted to charge me $25 but I refused so they sent it for free), but then they once again claimed none were able to be used and requested that I pay $25 for still another impression kit. This one time, in good faith, I paid the $25. They sent a new kit, and, unsurprisingly, they claimed that none of them were good enough. That's when I requested a refund for the already paid-for retainers and skip trying to further realign my teeth 4. Since their "guarantee" is that you'll achieve 80% or so alignment, my first round of 21 aligners left me with my top and bottom teeth hitting each other, thereby forcing me to purchase supplemental aligners or just put up with it, which is what I ultimately chose to do. 5. My bottom front teeth became very loose during the alignment process--one became so loose I had to pay my dentist to install a splint after completing the 21 aligners. Beware that Alignerco, being an online company, doesn't concern themselves with the amount of prior or during-the-alignment-process bone loss by examining X-rays. This is a vital element that is missing from the Alignerco process and had I known its importance beforehand I would have spent the extra money for a dentist-based aligner system like Invisalign. In summary, I would strongly recommend that you consider almost any other company for aligners. UPDATE: Finally got an email from Alignerco's resolution department that told me to resolve this on my own (through my credit card company)!! Incredible!!!!

I've had these aligners for what feels like forever. Everything was fine until I got to step three. Step two fit tight and stayed on my teeth perfectly. Step three and on have all gapped on my teeth. I have to push my teeth together to get them to try to get the retainer to stay on but it just slides back down. It doesn't feel like my teeth are moving at all because the trays don't fit my teeth correctly. I've reached out several times the past few months and have been told that I just need to keep pushing on them to keep them on?? This seems very wrong. It hurts my bottom teeth to keep constant pressure on my top tray. I can't get a refund, I can't get new trays, and now I can't even get a response. Do yourself a favor and don't purchase from this company!

Don't trust the good reviews, they are made in the beginning. Before you pay, their customer service is very good. After you pay, you will know how devil it is. And problem you met will take several weeks to get response, maybe not reply/resolve. The aligners ruined my whole mouth teeth. I only need 4 teeth to be straightened on the approved treatment preview. while the fact is my whole bottom teeth are been moved. Bottom right side teeth are been pulled out while moving. When I wore the aligners on step 4, all my top teeth are leaning to one side. So the whole mouse teeth are worse than before. whole top teeth are leaning to left. whole bottom teeth, right side are higher than left side. I emailed the company, It's been 3 weeks, no reply. Called many times. The customer service always said will reply when they get the response from the experts. It not only waste your time and money. The most important thing is, they ruin all your good teeth. I never imagine a company in US dare do that.

I'm usually a huge skeptic but so far Alignerco has not disappointed me. The process of creating the impressions was not difficult. I'm waiting for my aligners to arrive along with my 2 retainers and teeth whitening kit. Good deal I must say! The 2nd projection of my teeth that was shown was spot on and exactly what I suggested I want my teeth to look. Any questions, changes or concerns I had was easily taken care of. Looking forward to receiving my aligner kit. Update: I'm very impressed of how perfectly these aligners fit my teeth. Tightness but no pain at all. I'm on my 3rd set and my teeth is already looking way better.

Update: It really is admittedly annoying not to have straight teeth after two rounds of trying. It is certainly the cheapest option, but you really aren't guaranteed a straight smile at the end. The digital rendering of the steps won't necessarily match the actual aligners. It may be worth the extra cash to choose an alternative place that will provide that guarantee at no extra cost if the end result isn't quite right. Really, not a bad company. But I have to admit, I'm disappointed. Alignerco is a pretty good option! I would say this would more be a three-and-a-half star review. It's a pretty good option, definitely on the affordable end, for straightening your teeth. I finished my stint with ALMOST straight teeth. There is one in particular that just isn't, which is kind of annoying. I think I needed two, maybe three more rounds and it would have been perfect. I had to do two stints of this actually. The first time didn't leave me with straight teeth, so they had me send in another set of impressions and start over, essentially. They were nice about it, of course, which is always a plus. But even after the second stint of 10 rounds, that one tooth is just inconveniently crooked. I might just go in to my sister's work (she works for my original orthodontist from when I was young) and ask if they can make me a set of aligners that would push that last little bit. I think there is only so much you can do when you don't have someone actually checking in every month to really verify that you're good to go.

I started my treatment about a year ago. I am waiting for my kit to begin my refinement treatment/process. Overall, my experience with Alignerco has been positive. Communication channels are quick and easy. Instructions are simple to follow. Zoom sessions are available and helpful to aid the treatment process.

I am almost done with my aligners and I am So happy with how my teeth are looking! I took pictures of my teeth before I started this process, and to look back on them now it's incredible to see what Alignerco has done for me and how straight my teeth look now! They are always there to answer any questions you may have, I highly recommend them.

This company is a complete fraud. I paid over $1000 over two months ago and still do not have my trays. The costumer service never gets back with you and they will not refund your money. Do not try and save a buck with this company you are just throwing it away. I was actually sent what was supposed to be my first set of trays and they weren't even for my teeth. Worst company I've ever had to deal with.

This is a scam. Plain and simple. Loooong stressful story short, it took them 6 months to make my aligners and when they came they DID NOT FIT! I asked them to remake them and they gaslit me for months then told me that I'd have to pay again to get aligners that fit. This is a scam! Runnnnnnnn

So Unsatisfied Disputed with Credit Card Issuer: My Bank Credit Card Allowed Me to Dispute the charge because I was UNSATISFIED and was disputing the purchase within 60 days of the charge appearing on my Credit Card Statement. Plus filed a complaint with the NY BBB. I would not recommend them to my family or my friends. To be clear, was very UNSATISFIED: won't bore you with the details......

The WORST company. DO NOT buy from them. Just look at their BBB before you are even considering them. After receiving treatment, I realized I was sent incorrect treatment. I sent multiple emails to their company asking for a refund and I have heard NOTHING. Complete scam and avoid them at all costs!!!!!

Do not use Alignerco!!! I promise you will be dissatisfied and disappointed! I finished all steps of my aligner by Feb'22. Following that, I immediately started wearing my retainers... Couple months after, the bottom retainer snapped in half while I was cleaning it. I contacted customer service and I had to pay $100 for replacement. Now it is September, and both of my retainers became damaged again. I was cleaning again with water & toothpaste and now they are both deformed and do not fit on my teeth right. They are asking for another $100 to replace the set of retainers. My partner has retainers from another company which he had for three years and he never had a problem. Why should I pay additional money for a new set of retainers that are obviously not good enough quality. Total rip off. Retainers supposed to last years, not weeks. Not mentioning the fact that the difference in my teeth alignment from before to after is not a significant difference. And of course, if you want Alignerco to fix your teeth because it's not what you want expected, you have to pay another $200!!! Ridiculous! Do not waste your money. I wish I spent the extra money to go with a more reputable brand that I had friends and family use before. At the end, you're going to spend the same with the extra retainer replacements.

$1000, not totally straight after. Their emails are hard to read, I think their respondents are outsourced.

Buyer beware. I wish I would have paid more for another aligner brand. The company doesn't seem well run. First they sent me someone else's aligners. Thankfully I read the name, then asked that I ship them back so they could send them to the right person. The bi-weekly check in with Ele seemed useless, since they green light moving to the next set no matter what, even after I said my teeth weren't moving and the next set didn't seem to fit correctly. After going through my whole set, I still had a few teeth that weren't straight, better but not done, I was very annoyed that the refinement cost $200, and took months to get sent to me. Finished my refinement set and it's a little better but still not what their models show. They also provided absolutely no follow up from Ele or anyone on the refinement process. They just dropped off after I confirmed I received my second set. It seemed to be working but I needed another two or three trays to get the final result, and at this point don't even know what to do. Do I reach out, pay another $200, wait another 3+ months, and try again for the 3 time or just give up. I wish someone would contact me and try and help.
