Dr. Lau is the best (not one of the best) dentist that I have ever have. I have seen her for the last 5 years. She is very skillful and tireless in doing her work. She is knowledgeable and very trust worthy. She is reasonable in fees. A very good listener and explainer of complicated dental issues. Due to my recommendation, many of my friends have switched to Dr. Lau. They all thanked me for my whole hearted recommendation. I will recommend Dr. Lau without any reservation based on my experience and experience my family and friends.

Dr. Lau has been our family's trusted dentist for over ten years. Her skills, attentiveness to detail, and overall care for patients are excellent and reliable. I also appreciate her willingness to accommodate emergencies, even outside of normal business hours. Despite having moved to New York for the past four years, I still regularly schedule my dental visits in MD because the quality and consistency of her care is hard to find elsewhere.

Dr. Lau has been our family's trusted dentist for over ten years. Her skills, attentiveness to detail, and overall care for patients are excellent and reliable. Dr. Lau is my dental doctor for years now. I am very happy and pleased with her work. No pain after any major work done. she knows what she's doing and is fast! She's super friendly and I highly recommend you coming here for any of your dentist needs.

I don't take the time to write reviews unless I'm really impressed and I'm a physician so I admit my standards are high to begin with. First of all, her prices are reasonable and she also speaks Mandarin fluently. More importantly, her patient care is outstanding. Long story short, I'm the caregiver for my mother who has pretty bad anxiety. Dr. Lau showed an extraordinary amount of patience with her and was actually able to convince my mother to undergo a much needed deep cleaning. After the first night, we had some bleeding problems but she saw her the next day, stopped the bleeding and provided reassurance. During the second portion of the deep cleaning, she called my mother the night of just to check in with her and answer any remaining questions. As a healthcare provider I know days are long and this is an extra step above what's necessary. I'm glad I found a dentist that my anxious mother can trust.

I have been the client of Dr. Lau since 1999. Since that time I had 2 children who are being watched by her as well. This is the list of her extraordinary skills: 1. She was able to replace part of the huge filling made back in Soviet Union without taking out the whole feeling. 2. She was saving at least 2 teeth ( no root canal was touched). 3. Dr. Lau cleaned my 10 month baby teeth as my daughter could develop cavity. 4. My kids preferred her to 2 other doctors we had to go when we had problems with insurance. Even now we don't have dental insurance, we trust only her and the rates are very affordable for single mom. 5. She would always explain to you how to floss and she would spend extra time by showing on x-ray what could be wrong. Dr. Alice Lau is amazing! With her service I can have my happy smile with me for many years!
