I grew up in San Diego and have lived here most of my life. I earned my Bachelor of Science Degree in the eld of Physiology from UCSD, then attended the prestigious USC School of Dentistry, where I was trained by some of the worlds most prominent dentists. Upon graduating from USC in 2006, I returned to beautiful San Diego and have been practicing dentistry in North County. After 10 years of practice in San Marcos, I moved my practice to the neighboring city of Vista, in April 2016.
Dentistry is my true passion in life. I have attended countless hours of post-graduate training in the elds of cosmetic, implant, and reconstructive dentistry. I take great pride in my clinical experience and enjoy being able to oer all phases of dentistry from the most basic procedures to complex cases that require comprehensive reconstruction. I also enjoy passing on the knowledge that I gained over the years to students at USC, in my role as part-time clinical faculty.
Relationships are very important to me, and I am proud to say that I still serve my very rst patient. My aim is to serve you for the next 20 years by providing an ethical and caring family atmosphere, and the highest quality of dental care.
I am especially grateful for my sta from Keri, my wonderful assistant of many years; to Barbara, our hygienist who has been with the practice for 40 years; to Sharlenewho will take care of all your scheduling and insurance needswe are all here to make you feel at home.
Keri was born and raised in Southern California. She attended Vista High in 2003, and started her career in dentistry as an assistant. She has been Dr. Amiris assistant for over a decade and loves to help make each patients experience a great one. During her free time, Keri loves cooking, running, and spending time with her family. Keri lives in Oceanside, CA, with her beautiful five-year-old son, Tyler, and her boyfriend Michael.
Barbara received her dental hygiene degree from Cabrillo College in Santa Cruz in 1975. Barbara is the cornerstone of our practice. Having served our patients for 40 years, she is loved and admired by generations of families for her caring personality, as well as her unparalleled experience in the field. Barbaras goal is to educate our patients aboutthe importance of good oral hygiene and its significant impact on general health. Barbara lives in Fallbrook, CA, and enjoys taking walks with her two dogs. Every so often she and her husband escape to Havasu Lake to relax, and enjoy fishing, swimming, and boating.
Rachael started her dental career as an assistant in Del Mar at the age of 18. After 11 years in the industry, she graduated from Concorde College with her dental hygiene license. Her favorite part about being a hygienist is making her patients feel comfortable and at ease while in the dental chair. She was born and raised in North County and graduated from Valley Center high school. Rachael grew up going to the river and desert with her family. She loves camping and traveling with her husband and dog.
Laura has been working in dentistry for 17 years. Prior to dentistry, she worked for an oral and plastic surgeon. She enjoys interacting with patients and making them feel comfortable during their entire dental experience. Laura and her husband have two daughters that are athletes and keep them very busy. As a family she enjoys spending time at the river and being outside in the beautiful Southern California weather.

Dr. Amiri's staff did not bother to check whether the type of filling they used for my spouse would be covered under our dental insurance, therefore giving us an incorrect estimate. When insurance informed the office that the fillings would not be covered (after the service was already rendered), they took zero accountability for their own negligence (we were never offered a choice of filling types) and are holding us financially responsible for their mistake.

I have been a patient for many years at this office. Dr Amiri purchased the practice maybe 5 years ago. I like his personality, friendly attitude, gentle touch, and caring attitude. He has a great staff and a great hyginist. I stayed with the office because of Barbara but remained because Dr Amiri didnt up sale me anything extra. He seems to be ok with just having your cleaning and checking you out that all is ok. If not he can do all sorts of dental procedures, a bridge, implant, crown or a simple filling. Night guard or retainers. I have had it all over the years. He talks to me so you know why and your options. Price may be high without insurance but when i went to HMO dentist, They always were selling extras beyond simple teeth cleaning. My bill would be way higher or they refused to clean my teeth. My four children recent came here to get some work done. All four children came out raving about Dr. Ali. No tears from any of them! My youngest, who is 7 years old, now loves coming to the dentist. He was so gentle that she didn't even feel the shots! All four cannot wait to come back.

Dr Amiri is an amazing dentist. Finding a good dentist is hard. I have been going to Dr Amiri for 10 years or so and he has been solid. He truly cares and is honest. I consider myself very lucky to have found him. Couldn't be happier.

Very competent staff and Dental work was excellent. Very good communication with all aspects of work being done. Dr. Amiri understood my financial situation, and worked to get great results for my budget. Friendly and Fair! My whole family doesn't hate going to the dentist anymore!!!

I've been going here for a several of years now. The facility is very nice and clean, the staff are very polite and accommodating. I've had several cleanings and crown done here, and I've never once had a bad experience. Dr. Amiri is not on my insurance network but he always gave me discount for Major dental work. Thank you

I have been going to Dr. Amiri for years even before he opened his own practice. When I first went my mouth was a mess. I had to have two teeth extracted. Dr. Amiri was knowledgeable about the many options available. He keeps up with the latest news in dentistry. He was very patient explaining everything to me and helping me decide how to proceed. Now my mouth in in much better shape. I feel normal again. Through all these years his entire staff was always extraordinarily polite and competent. I have only had positive interactions. I drive an hour to go to this office because I trust that I will receive conscientious care of the highest quality. I give my highest recommendation to this most excellent dentist.

We love this dental office. My family and I have been going to this office for twenty years under the old owner and still going to it with the new owner, Dr. Amiri. Barbara is one of the hygienists that has been there for over twenty years, my family see's her at every visit, she's great. The office is up to date , clean and very welcoming. I highly recommend this dental office.

I have been going to Dr.Amiri's office for a couple years now, and I absolutely LOVE it. I actually really hate going to the dentist, but every time I go here for a cleaning, it's quick, painless, well organized, and clean! They hygienists are kind and considerate and always remember where we left off 6 months ago. I don't know how they do it! Dr. Amiri is always so welcoming and runs a great business. I'm so glad I found them & don't mind getting my teeth cleaned anymore!!

Dr Amiri was very good at listening and explaining and, having fillings and a crown performed by Dr Amiri, I have had NO pain! I trust Dr Amiri and now have no problems going to the dentist.
