I found this place on google. And would definitely give it more than 5 stars if I could. My two year old had her first visit and starting off on scheduling, Kim was so sweet and helped with any questions she could. Donna was our hygienist and she talked through every process and made sure my daughter was comfortable and that this was a positive visit. Dr. Ursitti was also so amazing with how she explained everything! Thank you all!

I don't know where to begin. My Special Needs daughter had not seen a dentist in 3 years because of the bad experiences we had had at other offices. I had gotten a referral for the Algonquin Kids Dentistry from my own dentist and they are AMAZING!!! My daughter was hesitant, but EVERYONE greeted her and I with smiles and happy vibes. She sat right down in the chair, which was already a miracle to me. The hygienist immediately put her at ease with smiles & giggles, even put on a favorite movie for her. The REST IS HISTORY, she was able to examine her teeth, brush them, floss them & almost got an X-ray. The doctor then came over, also gave encouragement & lots of smiles. My daughter participated all smiles. The doctor even got fluoride on her teeth! I almost cried happy tears to see this have gone so amazingly well. At the end of the visit a picture was taken with the staff & my daughter hugged both of them. I will definitely tell everyone what a wonderful experience this was & how very happy I am that this experience has changed her mind on visiting the dentist. Thank you all so much. Linda

All the staff are very friendly. The office is set up great for kids with TVs for them to watch. They are very gentle and do great with kids. My son had to get a tooth pulled and after breaking it and they made the process as easy as possible.

Incredible staff that walks the kids through every single step making it a very great experience especially for my sensory kiddo. I can't thank your office enough for how you have helped give my kids (all 3) a great experience at the dentist!

My almost two year old had a small chip on the front of his tooth. Dr. Natalie made his first visit a breeze! She is so kind and patient. Our little guy enjoyed his time and we can honestly say that we are excited for our next visit!

What could have been a horrible and traumatic experience was an absolute delight. Due to an unfortunate fall my daughter had to have 5 teeth extracted, 3 teeth capped, and a few fillings. My daughter arrived with a smile, had her procedure done, and left with a smile. Even after everything she went through today, she's not scared and absolutely loves her dentist. If I could give them more stars I would. I wish this office was around when I was growing up! They are absolutely wonderful! We love them!

They are very professional, easy to work with and schedule appts with! Donna is AMAZING! Especially with the little ones! My 2yr old had his first appt and she did great with staying on track, distracting him when needed and cleaning/checking his teeth! Thank you!

My son is not a fan of the dentist and going in I knew this was going to be a difficult appointment! He needed X-rays and this was not going to be pretty! He has a small mouth and bad gag reflex! Even though there were a lot of nerves and tears, Dr Natalie and Brittany were AMAZING!!!! Even though it took a little longer than expected because my son couldn't get out of his own head and calm down, they stayed calm and worked their "magic"! We walked out of there with X-rays accomplished and a plan in place for our next visit! Would definitely recommend them HANDS DOWN!!!

My daughter hates the dentist and had a horrible experience at her last dentist, but she felt so comfortable and did so well with all the staff at this facility. They reassured me that everything we were doing was good.

The entire staff was fantastic from check in until setting up our next appointment. All 3 of our kids (20 months, 4 years old and 6 years old) enjoyed their experience in the chair because of how comfortable they were made to feel. Highly recommend Algonquin Kids Dentistry!

My two year old had a great visit with Donna (hygienist) and Dr. Ursitti. They were extremely sweet with my little guy and made sure he wasn't terrified as it was his first time at the dentist.

Made my daughters first appointment with this dentist office. They sent a confirmation email the week before with an address in Arlington heights. Thinking maybe I made a mistake by scheduling in a town I've never been too we still made the trip to Arlington heights. I called to find the office since there are no signs and the address is at a bank building to find out we have an appointment in Algonquin. The confirmation email is from another office of theirs with a different name. The paperwork they sent has no business name or address either. Extremely irritated they haven't called, emailed, texted to confirm further or see why we haven't made it to our appointment yet. Edited to add response: I was offered a much later time for my daughter to be seen which didn't help the situation

Where do I even begin. My daughter who had been seen by her pervious dentist for 3 years, was denied services and treatment plan while she was experiencing pain/sensitivity to a number of teeth. I found Algoqnuin Kids Dentistry, and I'm so glad I did. From scheduling to completing forms to the practice itself, exceeded my expectations. Let me start first with the gentleman upfront. He is beyond kind and friendly. He almost makes you feel as though he has known you forever. The dental assistant took the time to hear our concerns, fears. She never once made my daughter feel uncomfortable or disregarded her feelings and pain. She did a great job explaining step-by-step how she was going to clean her teeth and even put her favorite show on to easy her mind. Dr. Ursitti, I don't even have words. She is selfless, kind, gentile and humble. We absolutely adore her! She is the most amazing dentist. She educated us on the best treatment plan for my daughter, and did some of her treatment that day because she didn't want my daughter to be in pain anymore. She cares so much about her patients and their health she will go to the end to do what's best. It's not about how much she can make off the patients but the overall experience and health. She has just gained 5 new patients for sure. I left the office emotional, but of joy, and satisfaction. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Beyond five stars! Dr. Ursitti is amazing. My little guy had an appointment today and unfortunately he isn't very cooperative so we had to opt for anesthesia. She did an amazing job on his teeth. She is thorough and communicates everything to you prior to even starting. When he awoke from the anesthesia I witnessed the most heart-warming sight I have ever seen. As I made my way to the room Dr. Ursitti was soothing and holding my child. Anyone knows when a child wakes up from being put under it is very tough on them emotionally. As a parent you want your child to be in the best hands possible and she is it. She treated my son as if he were her own and definitely went above and beyond for him. Thank you so much Doctor for making a stressful situation so much easier for us!

Thank you so much to Alex and Dr Ursitti for the care my daughter received today. Bringing in a 2 year old to the dentist was something I was worried about they both put her at ease. Alex made my daughter laugh, smile and even got her to open up! She was great with her! Dr Ursitti was accurate, punctual and so sweet to my daughter and even gave her a special pep talk about saying bye bye to the pacifier. Highly recommend the whole office and team and they made my daughter love her visit today!
