EducationDr. Bassingraduatedfrom Vassar College, cum laude in1979. He earned his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry from the University of Pennsylvania in 1983. In 1988, he was awarded the honorary degree of Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry. This degree was established over 50 years ago. It may be earned by dentists who complete500 hours of post doctoral education and pass a comprehensive one day examination.
Association MembershipsCurrently Dr. Bassin is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, the Ninth District Dental Society, and the Peekskill Yorktown Dental Study Club.
