Dr. Jeremy Alfred is experienced in a variety of procedures, and he has invested in advanced technology designed to make your dental experience a pleasant one. We have recently updated our office with digital xrays and intraoral cameras to help our patients achieve healthy mouths and beautiful smiles!
Dr. Jeremy Alfred was born in Shreveport, Louisiana, but loves living in east Texas and has always considered himself a Texan. He received his undergraduate degree in physics from Centenary College in Shreveport and his dental degree from Texas A&M University (Baylor) College of Dentistry. Dr Jeremy then spent time in East Texas refining his skills in restorative and surgical dentistry. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry, from fillings and crowns to surgical procedures like extractions and dentures.
He and his wife, Sara, have been married 10 years and have 2 puppies, Charlie and Daisy. His hobbies include racquetball, board games and outdoor activities. He also has a great love of music and was a church pianist for 10 years.
Pam is a Registered Dental Assistant with clinical and front office experience since 1985. The past six years, she has served as Hygiene Coordinator/RDA. Born and raised in Gladewater, she married her high-school sweetheart, Steven, a twenty-year military veteran. They have two grown children and six grandchildren.
In her free time, Pam enjoys concerts, traveling, shopping and spending time with family. A member of the Chamber of Commerce, she is actively involved in community, where she has served on the Gusher Days committee for sixteen years, and frequently volunteers on planning committees with Legacy of Gladewater.
She and her husband, Dennis, have two grown daughters and six grandchildren. They are active in the music ministry of their church, where Rita has taught Sunday School and serves as president of Women's Ministries.
She and her husband Lance are the parents of four children. Sarah loves attending their athletic events and spending time with her family. She enjoys outdoor activities such as riding ATVs and exploring the forest areas around her home. She stays busy supporting her kids in their various activities including service in the youth programs of her church.
Reagan grew up in Overton, Texas, and spent a lot of time in dental offices herself as a child. She attended Vista College Longview, where she studied dental assisting. She then joined the team shortly after graduation in 2019, and has been excited to be a part of a great family!
Reagan enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and welcome, and loves being able to help others achieve a confident and healthy smile alongside Dr. J and a caring, close-knit dental team. In her free time, Reagan enjoys spending time going out with friends, hanging out with her nephew, and going to many concerts.
Hi, I'm Jozee Bigbey-Lee, I have lived in Gladewater since 2008. I graduated in 2016, I was on HoneyBears and in band. I graduated from Premier Dental Academy July 2020 as a dental assistant. My next step is to become a dental hygienist. I have a 4yr old little boy named Wyatt. We spend most of our time playing football or watching Disney movies.

I went here and was pleasantly surprised by this dentist..he helped me with an issue that another dentist failed to help me with.It should have been fixed over a month ago!!I had a horrible cavity in a wisdom tooth and could put my tongue partly up in there...previous dentist didnt see it as impprtant apparently!Im just gonna say dont go to Ashley Laird in Tyler!I highly recommend Alfred dentistry in Gladewater!I have found my dentist and the ladies in the office are amazing and nice also.The hygenist was sweet too..good people!!

Excellent experience! Very relaxing atmosphere. Everyone is super nice. Dr Jeremy explained all my options, answered all my questions, even gave me his cell phone number in case I have any other questions or problems.

Im not a big fan of dentist and I have only one that I have trusted till the day that he retired. Until today I never thought I'd find another dentist like my old one...Dr Jeremy alfred is amazing tho!!! I was miserable coming in to his office but left with a smile on my face and feeling so much better. Thank you to you all for the help and i look forward to coming to see yall if I need anymore work done. Yall are the best!!!

After avoiding the dentist for quite some time due to dental anxiety, I was referred to this gem by a coworker! Everyone at this office has been so welcoming and made our experience great. Dr. Alfred does an excellent job with his work and always goes above and beyond with explaining procedures. Hands down my best experience at a dentist office.

After my dentist passed away, I was without dental care for the past few years. Two weeks ago, I experienced severe pain on a rear molar and visited Dr. Alfred's office on the recommendation of a friend. He and his office staff were outstanding and scheduled me for a root canal. A few days before I was to see him, my girlfriend and I went out of town for the Labor Day weekend. My jaw became infected and I was in tremendous pain the likes of which I had never experienced in 54 years! My jaw and throat swelled to the point where I could not even swallow and the frenulum (connecting tissue at the bottom of the tongue) swelled up like a mushroom and I could not even speak. On Labor Day (Monday), my girlfriend contacted Dr. Alfred's office to see if he could possibly move my procedure up and Dr. Alfred told her to bring me to his office right away...on a holiday...and he would help relieve my suffering. He came straight from the raquetball court and drained the pus from my jaw and put me on anti-biotics and painkillers. I believe he saved my life that day as the infection was rapidly spreading. 3 days later, he performed the root canal and I am almost back to normal. I cannot even begin to thank him for his selfless attitude, customer service, technical proficiency, efficiency, and his affability....he told me everything he was doing and I learned a great deal about the entire root canal process. He is a fine dentist and an even finer human being. I highly recommend him for anyone that needs dental work performed in East Texas.

Dr. Jeremy and his staff were very nice, professional, and accommodating. They value their patients time. With a family of 4, the wait and procedures were still quick and they made us feel very comfortable. Scheduling was easy and they call in advance to remind you of your upcoming appointment. I've always detested the thought of having to visit the dentist. The entire staff, from the dentist to the front desk receptionists, were extremely accommodating and welcoming. I was very nervous during my visit, but being treated as a priority and so kindly eased my nerves. Overall, a trip to the dentist sounds intimidating but this group of people made the experience way more than tolerable. I'm very pleased with the work they've done, and I'll definitely be returning for all of my future dental needs. Definitely recommend!
