This was the only dentist I could find that would take the state insurance. My 15 year old went to the first appt 6months ago and I didn't go back with him to observe. When he came out he couldn't give me any details so at the second appointment I went with him to observe. The hygienist spent all of 5 minutes on the cleaning, mostly with the polisher and less than minute of scraping. She said his lack of brushing and flossing was apparent, so why not actually spend some time to remove the tartar? Obviously, they get paid by the service, and they figure they have a monopoly so operate on volume. The dentist came to check, announced he needed a filling and braces, and gave me a referral for orthodontia. That was our last visit to this practice. My son deserves better.

After Lower Columbia Oral Health Dentist shut down the office in Longview, I was happy to find an appointment at this place, I explained them my husband is a patient with cancer who is receiving chemotherapy every other week and having appointments with another doctors, and it's so hard to find an appointment, but we found the perfect appointment. Because we live in Castle Rock, we have to drive one hour 30 minutes to get there. When we appeared 30 minutes before the appointment to fill the paperwork out, I was notified that my husband appointment was cancelled because he didn't answer the call to confirm the appointment, when I explained them our hard situation, my husband is completely down on his chemotherapy week, but I am in charge and I gave them my phone number. The lady on the front desk said maybe we can try to get in late afternoon, I said it is ok, but then she said no because there is many people waiting. I just waste my time and my money in gas. No compassion, even the sign in the front desk say God is awesome! And he is! But the people

Poor quality of dental work and transphobic. Refused to use preferred name and misgendered the entire visit.

I have been to a lot of dentist, I've had ppl yell at me and treat me like dirt because I have state insurance, this place didn't! They have worked hard on calling me every day to get me in for a cancellation, she made sure I was numb and sat there until I was and talked me through it! Yes sometimes you have to wait, the office is a little outdated but the dr is on point and got my tooth out and was decent! No yelling or treating me like I'm nothing so that alone is wonderful! Been to worse much worse, I will be back for the rest of my mouth! Thank you!

This place is terrible they did like 6 filling for me and a root canal all the filling are not done properly so now I'm have to get them done all over and my root canal has a hole in it and wasn't filled properly. I have been in pain for 6 days because of it and when they did filling on my front teeth it hurt for 4 months making it hard to eat.

Just had my very 1st appointment with them today after Lower Columbia Oral Health Dentist in Longview WA shut down randomly and unannounced. Everyone was very professional. The Receptionists are nice and the Dental Assistants as well as Dr. Almajan were very professional and accommodating even after I requested an unscheduled tooth extraction that was not what I originally had scheduled my appointment for. I felt comfortable and well cared for. The Procedure areas, reception and restroom are all very well kept, clean and professional.

This dental office is the most unprofessional. I purchased a crown from them and the dentist busted it when installing the crown and was gaslighting me when I was saying I was in pain... than this office has been harassing me ever since calling me non stop for months telling me I have a crown ready even though Ive told them MULTIPLE times I don't want it because I don't ever want to go to this office again and still months have gone by and they are still harassing me. Always calling when I'm sleeping multiple times.

They took me in when no one else would while being pregnant with excruciating tooth pain. She took me in on the spot and pulled the tooth that needed to be pulled. Her pulling that tooth allowed me to enjoy the rest of my pregnancy

Very unprofessional, rude 99% of the time. And let's not mention the quality of dental work. You will walk out with more issues than when you walked in. Do yourself a favor and see anyone else before going here.

Having state insurance, I know my options are fairly limited and I took a shot with this office and honestly, I wish I hadn't. I had a tooth that needed a root canal that I couldn't afford so I opted for an extraction. It was a molar, and I called ahead of time to make sure I wouldn't need a bone graft or to see an oral surgeon because I've needed that in the past. They assured me I wouldn't and there should've be any issues. I also informed the technician that I would need a lot of Novocain because it wears off quickly for me. I've had teeth pulled before and I've never had such an aggressive tooth removal in my life. I also was able to feel things often and the hygienist seemed irritated every time I winced because I was in pain. Part of my root area broke off and I was subject to her digging around in my jaw, unable to remove the piece for about ten minutes. By the time she was done, my whole face was sore and I could also feel as she put in my sutures. I was originally planning to schedule a cleaning here after I heal, but i won't be returning.

I came here because of some issues with my gums and 2 teeth a few months ago. For starters women at the front desk was very snobby and rude then had to wait for hours to go back and see the dentist. When I finally got to the back I again had to sit in the back for 2.5 more hours then got my X-rays. When I finally saw the dentist she had HORRIBLE bed side manner. She then proceeded to tell me I had to have a few teeth removed (I already new because I have a few broken teeth.) but she wanted to take them out AS WELL AS 4 of my front teeth when there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH THEM! When I asked her why she just responded with they just need to mind you she had not shown me my X-rays or tried to explain the reasoning. Just a simple they need to then continuously pushed me getting a referral for a partial. And crowning another tooth that had absolutely nothing wrong with it. Needless to say I left and making a appointment with ANOTHER dentist to get a second opinion I will not becoming back here again. Save you time and money go elsewhere unless you just want your teeth ripped out for no reason at all.

I've been to this clinic 3 times. I had my teeth removed. there were no difficulties after this procedure. The doctor did a good job with my problem tooth. I think that all bad reviews are not fair. this doctor is one for all patients. it is difficult for her to serve everyone quickly and efficiently. she wasn't rude to me. her assistant is also a very kind woman. it's just that everyone is different! someone is very smiling and cheerful and someone is thoughtful and quiet. I will definitely come here again! one thing I don't like-you have to wait a long time for the doctor to be released and help. because she has several other patients besides me. because of this, I gave 4 stars. it would be nice if there were at least 2 doctors!

Go here if you only want your teeth ripped out. I haven't been to a dentist for a few years, I Know my teeth are bad! One causing pain. I contacted this place back in October as they are the only one with an opening that accepts State medical. I had originally asked for a new patient exam and cleaning which I was told would be a few months out unless I was actually in pain to which I replied I am they said they can do X-rays and make a plan. I went in a week later for my X-rays. That appointment was right at opening and it was just one other patient and myself waiting for a few minutes, I went back in a very timely manner. They take the X-rays and the dentist comes in and she says "okay we need to remove 2 teeth as well as your 4 Wisdom teeth and there are a few cavities." One of the teeth was a top molar and the other in my smile(which was very concerning) I asked if there was any way to save that one and she highly recommended against it, after discussing further we came up with a root canal, post and crown needing done. I said that's fine I'll pay out of pocket because it's not covered. We had then scheduled the Molar that needed extracted that appointment was Today. MY EXPERIENCE TODAY WAS HORRIFYING! I called to confirm my appointment I thought and had written down on my paperwork from last time it said 2:30 they informed me it was at 3:30. Whoops no problem. Around 2:45 I get a call asking if I could come in earlier I said not too much earlier I can come In Around 3:10 they said perfect. I go in and I wait for about 10 minutes, they call me to the back. In about 20 minutes The doctor attempted to numb me. Which numbed the roof of my mouth, still feeling where It was needed and I let her know that in the 2 minutes she was next to me she said it just hasn't kicked in left my area and came back in around 4:25 to start getting to me. I then tell her I am no longer numb and the correct area was never numb. she poked around with me flinching then gave me another shot to numb it again in the wrong spot she starts to get to work and I flinch in pain again as she starts prying my tooth and says you shouldn't feel that then gives me a lecture about the pressure I should feel and not pain. To which I replied "I don't Know what to feel, I have never done this before" she says she done this many times and has had it done on her and knows what to expect. Pokes around some more with me feeling every poke try's to give me another shot to numb the area again and it just drips all over the bottom of my mouth and my tongue and she gets mad at me saying if my tongues numb I shouldn't taste it. It tastes like stomach acid after puking too much! Finally 4th time gets it in the right area! She then grabs a tool and starts to pry my tooth out using her full weight to push down. Now I'm talking like as much weight to take a Lug Nut off your car. Nobody ever mentioned the noises that you would hear! Popping and cracking all echoing in your head after a few moments of panicking because the sound is terrifying I started to cry hearing this sound and putting my hand up and saying stop numerous times the best I could and she told me "No, if I stop now I won't finish". Got it out. Asked me if I wanted it I said yes and put it in a bag handed me that and gauze put gauze in my hole and said I could wait 30 minutes or head out and walked away. The wait once in the back with no acknowledgement to all the patients sitting there was ridiculous, the explanation of what to expect was nonexistent, the professionalism was nonexistent. The job though was done, Yes, a bit ruthless but done. Please try and go somewhere else if possible!!!

This place does not take care of a patient as a person. They pulled my tooth. I was given no information beforehand as to what to expect or what it means to make this decision. Also, I've read that its called a tooth extraction SURGERY but there was nothing surgical about it... It was barbaric. Ripping and pulling with no regard toward my well being. They did numb me yes. But I spent the whole 20 mins of it crying and the only thing said to me was "if u keep doing that I'll break it and that will make it much worse." Then they gave me the most worthless after care instructions that only told me what to do for the next 30 mins. Nothing about how to care for it after that, while it heals. Other than don't use straws. I had no idea I was supposed to be washing my mouth out with salt water until it started to get infected and I started googling. Not to mention it didn't stop bleeding profusely for 6 hours and getting ahold of them was next to impossible. *IMPORTANT NOTE* When u call and they say hold. Just hang up and call again later. They will not be coming back to you no longer how long u wait. When I did finally manage to get ahold of them to ask about the bleeding they said and I quote "we are not a medical facility if its still bleeding go to urgent care." And so I did. However, they don't know what to do because they're not DENTISTS! Anyway do yourselves a huge favor go elsewhere. These people work with teeth. NOT PEOPLE.
