Dr. Alfano is a Board-certified oral surgeon by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is also member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Pennsylvania Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and more.
Dr. Pete Alfano completed his undergraduate studies at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA, obtaining a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, then entered dental school at University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated from in 2011. Dr. Alfano completed his residency program for oral and maxillofacial surgery at Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center where he had the pleasure of serving as the Chief Resident.
When he is not with his patients, Dr. Alfanos list of hobbies include skiing, playing the bass guitar, cooking, and biking & hiking in the mountains. His wife, Kimberly, is a dentist who works at Verber Family Dentistry in Camp Hill, PA. The Alfanos have three sons Maximo, Dominic, and Franco.
Jenn is the type who enjoys working with people both internally and externally. She likes being part of a team that works together to find solutions and make a patients day a little brighter. She first got into the dental field over 20 years ago at an oral surgeons office and fell in love with the gift of helping someone feel better about their smile.
Jenn has been married for 28 years to her best friend Keith. She has a daughter who is married and a son whos engaged to be married next year. Jenn and her husband have 2 dogs Bayou & Nola. In Jenns free time she enjoys camping, traveling, and spending time with family. She is looking forward to the birth of her first grandchild in July 2021.

Absolutely horrible. Office staff (Christine) is incredibly rude and unresponsive. My daughter had her wisdom teeth out on 06/21/2022 and I have unfortunate enough to have to deal with Christine multiple times and the claim has still not been submitted to my insurance company over a month later. Meanwhile this provider has a $366 cash payment from me that my insurance will pay but the office refuses to help or submit the claim. I would not recommend this place to anyone no matter what.

Highly recommend this place! The staff was very friendly, thorough and helpful throughout the entire process. From discussing insurance, final cost estimates, what to expect from the procedure and aftercare. They were very honest and direct about every step of the process and I appreciated that so much! I had an abscess tooth that needed removed right away around the holidays and they made time for me. Both the consultation and the procedure took less than 45 mins combined! I hope I don't need to come back (don't want to lose anymore teeth), but if I need to I'll be happy to put my teeth in their care. Prices out of pocket (w/out insurance coverage) for tooth extraction were very reasonable!

6/9/2021 I had to have emergency tooth removal. The staff was AMAZING and Dr. Alfano made my experience painless. They were quick and professional. They were clear about the financial responsibilities, next steps and the healing process. I have struggled with bad teeth since childhood, with bunch of terrible Eastern European Dentists but Verber dentistry and Alfano Oral Surgery made me, and continues to make me feel like that I am not alone with these issues. The staff was amazing! Especially Ieshia! I was very nervous about having my wisdom teeth out and Ieshia explained everything to me then calmed me down by chatting about other things. She was so sweet and kind and I am very grateful! Dr. Alfano, Nurse Christy, and Alexa in recovery were all also very great. It felt like everyone took their time helping me and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Thank you!

Dr. Alfano and the staff were excellent before and after my procedure. Although, there was an issue in billing, but they promptly corrected the error in full.

Dr Alfano is by far the most caring professional oral surgeon I have ever met. He did everything to make me comfortable and stress free during my procedures, and I am very stressed normally about any dental work. His staff is friendly, welcoming and extremely reassuring during the entire experience from making the appointments to answering questions, during each step of your visits there. If only I could give six stars ... Dr. Michael Verber and his friendly team exhibited caring, concern, empathy, and that they are highly skilled at what they do and motivated to do their very best for their patient. Without going on endlessly, I can sum up by saying we were more than impressed and left today with a sense of hope for my wife, Carol, and her somewhat complicated dental needs. Thanks for making us feel welcome at your new clinic and giving us a sense of hope that you will provide the best care available.
