Chuck Alfano was born and raised in Rockford, Illinois. He attended Boylan High School, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in Alton, Illinois. The first nine years of the practice was at Camelot Tower. Subsequently, he practiced at 483 N. Mulford Road in Rockford, Illinois for 15 years. In 2010 the present location was opened at 6985 Redansa Drive inRockford, Illinois.

I'm a huge baby about my teeth. Doctor Alfano is the only person I trust to touch my teeth. I also take my daughter to him. Hands down the best dentist in the Rockford area.

This office is just simply amazing. I called last minute one day because my husband was just in so much pain (a Saturday I might add) and Dr Charles fit him in right away and also did everything that needed to be done. My husband said that everything he did he did extremely well! We will be using him as our dentist from here on out! Thank you Dr Charles!
