MY KIND OF DENTAL CARE Push the door and everyone is so friendly from the salutations to see you soon. Everyone seems to enjoy working at Alfa dental.. My dentist and his assistant helped me to get comfortable and explained me everything. The best is THEY GAVE YOU OPTIONS, so you are not trapped. What a breeze to the previous dental office where I have to just open my mouth (suffer nost of the time) and open my wallet. Definitely will return and encourage you to go

I have pretty much been to this dentist ever since I was a child. But there was one incident where one of the doctors, who I don't remember the name to, told me to stop crying. I'm 31 now, so this happened well over 12 years or more. I had very high anxiety and depression as a child and still do. But to tell a child to stop crying is unprofessional and wrong. I don't even know if this man works there anymore. The last time I went back was to see Dr. Lee about a year or two ago. She was very nice. But I will not be returning to this place because of what happened to me as a child.

Dr. Lee is hands down the best dentist I've ever had! She brings a perfect balance between being professional and personable. Dr. Lee has a wealth of knowledge and is very patient - her experience definitely shows. I've had pain in one of my back teeth for a couple of years now, and with one swift treatment, I feel like a million bucks! I have never particularly enjoyed going to see the dentist, but Dr. Lee has a unique ability to make you feel very comfortable while getting treatment done. She is always booked up (which is no surprise), but even when she is slammed, she makes an effort to make you feel like you have her full attention and she's there to prioritize your questions or any concerns you may have. I highly recommend Dr. Lee if you're looking for a nice, compassionate and competent dentist! I have nothing but great things to say about the practice. The administrative staff is efficient and easy to deal with and the office manager makes your visit seamless. I will definitely be back in 6 months for my regular cleaning!

Went to Alfa dental before and Dr Kale was amazing but tough to get in to see. I saw dr Lee and she seemed nice but after she messed up my root canal and I went back she told me it wasn't an infection like the on call dentist told me, but that my bite was off and I didn't tell her, but that I still should take the antibiotics the other dr prescribed. I did not go back to have the crown put on and went to a different dentist instead and they capped out my insurance fixing everything dr Lee messed up. My son had gone to dr Lee as well and had a few small cavities filled and less then 6 months later one popped out and had to once again pay to have dr Lee's work redone. The very last straw was when my son went in for a cleaning and Dr Lee never came to do his check up, just forgot about him and left him in the chair for more then 30 minutes but tried to bill my insurance for the exam. Save your time and your money

Dr. Roper is very thorough and precise and personable. He takes time to answer questions and explain procedures, even at end of day appointments. Irma cleaned my teeth just yesterday, and they've never looked better. She gave them a water and baking soda blast treatment that actually removed stains! She also was very thorough, even checking lymph nodes and jaw for abnormalities. I was very impressed! The office staff and other hygienists and assistants are wonderful as well. I've been the last patient of the day, and was made to feel that my visit was more important than their desire to go home. All in all, I would highly recommend Alfa Dental.

I always put off going to the dentist, but decided to finally go and use Alfa based on my wife's experience. I had to get some serious work done and on the morning of my appointment, an issue came up. I was so impressed that Tracy, the office manager, came in and visited with me and corrected the issue asap. Also Dr. Lee was great to work with and seemed to do excellent work. They all seemed to care and were very professional. Will definitely be seeing them in the future.

Heather and Christine were very rude when I called to make an appointment. I was referred to this business by a friend and was told they were great. I was in need of dental work being done and I'm sure the dentist are great, if I could get passed the 2 scheduling ladies. After dealing with them I'm not sure I even want to spend my money with the company. Really hope they get better front desk employees so that customers get a better experience!

My husband and I have been with Alpha Dental for over 10 years... The front desk employees are so awful when it comes to scheduling and VERY RUDE over the phone!

Dr Roper helped change my life by bringing back my smile I had lost, increasing my confidence and self assurance. This guy changes peoples lives regularly. The office manager Tracy is extremely helpful and caring. Dealing with a dentist office is never an easy task, though it gets busy I'm blessed to have found these folks. They'll even work with you if you don't have insurance.
