We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are cash, check, credit card, CareCredit, and GreenSky.
Dr. Shaghayegh Madani has beenwith the practice since its inception in 2014. She studiedBiology at The George Washington University before attending the College of Dentistry at Howard University, the fifth-oldest dental school in the country. She has also completedtraining with Align Tech Institute and is a Silver Invisalign Provider. In addition, she has been named a 'Top Dentist' since 2019.
Dr. Madani is a member of the American Dental Association, VirginiaDental Association, NorthernVirginia Dental Society, American Association of Women Dentists, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. She is fluent in Farsi and conversational in French.

In her free time, Dr. Madani enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, two children, and dog.
Dr. Walter E. Odisho was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (D.D.S.) from Universidad Central de Venezuela in 2009. After working in private practice, he decided to continue his education completing a four-year specialty program at Boston University School of Dental Medicine and received a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Prosthodontics (C.A.G.S) and Master of Science in Dentistry (M.S.D.).This specialty training is rigorous, and truly prepares you in a wide range of complex problems within the oral cavity providing the skills needed to address issues ranging from complete oral rehabilitations to highly meticulous aesthetic treatments.
Dr. Odisho served as Chief Resident and was awarded the David J. Baraban Award presented to the resident who best exemplifies excellences in character and clinical proficiency by the Department of Restorative. Sciences and Biomaterials, Division of Postdoctoral Prosthodontics at Boston University.
During his years in BU he developed a special interest in the area of Implantology and Digital Dentistry completing a one year specialty program in Implant Periodontal Prosthodontics at University of Maryland School of Dentistry where he also had the privilege to teach.
Dr. Odisho adheres to the highest of ethical standards and quality of care for all his patients, making his priority to be attentive to their concerns and goals.He is thankful and excited to be able to change lives and smiles for the Northern Virginia and D.C. community.

I have been coming here for 3 years and I would recommend it to anyone, my siblings come here now too. DR. Madani does all the procedures herself and really spends a lot of time on you, I never feel rushed, and she always accomadates any emergency visits. She really pays attention to all her patients, and everyone in the office is so pleasent and friendly.

Dr. Madani and her team are fabulous. I always get good care and I can trust the team to help me make the best decisions about my dental health and treatment. The office is always clean and inviting, and their patient contact system makes scheduling very easy. I have referred several of my friends and wouldn't hesitate to continue to do so!

Always the best! Amazing experiences so far with Dr. Mandani and her thoughtful, kind, attentive and skilled team. The office is clean, modern and quite hospitable. There is ample freedom parking directly outside, complimentary drinks and coffee, prompt text message updates and scheduling, massage chairs (what?!), and the smiling and friendly staff earn a this a top star review. I had a Wonderful experience at Alexandria Dental art! The receptionist Leslie was so nice and welcoming and the dental Assistant Michelle was great as well..she took good care of me and my teeth ;) Doctor Choe was awesome also! Overall wonderful experience..See you guys in 6 months lol

Hands down best dentist experience I've had in 33 years! Weighted aromatherapy neck pillow, noise canceling headphones, massaging dental chairs, & weighted blankets- I've never experienced such luxury and calming atmosphere at a dentist office. The front desk Nazy was pleasant & patient with me as I was not prepared with my insurance info. Michelle the DA was the most gentle DA that has EVER worked on my teeth! Ever! & I've been going to the dentist twice a year since I was 4. Dr Madani rounded out the experience.

As always, a great experience! Dr M and staff have been working on me for 2 yrs now.. I have many issues with my teeth and they address the issues, let me know exactly what I should expect, and how much financially I am responsible for . Dr M is very conservative in her treatment plans when needed.. does everything possible to save the tooth , while also being upfront about everything.... I appreciate them and all they have done and continue to do for my teeth !
