Dr. Lee has been incredibly informative and supportive in the process as we began orthodontics for our 10year old. He has never pushed us into starting a plan that was not necessary and his honesty has been greatly appreciated. His staff, both at the front and at the chairs have been kind and gentle as the process can often be anxiety inducing. We recommend the practice to all we know!

They make the "Braces" process easy and simple. The front desk workers greet you with a smile each time and the staff is always trying to make sure the customers are comfortable and relaxed while getting work done in their mouths.

Great service here and Dr. Lee and his staff are true professionals. He's been treating my kid for a couple of years now and has done some great work. Definitely recommend if you're looking for an ortho in the area!

For a year I have been receiving braces treatment with them, if someone wants to have braces treatment I recommend Alexandria, Braces. The people who work there are friendly and super nice "Recommended

It was such a waste of time with Dr Lee, lost an important tooth due to their incompetence and they made my overbite bigger. Excuse was " mmmm, we can try something else" .... after 18months of wearing braces and no improvements they experiment with bite plate and hurt my mouth a lot !!! That was the end, they are not touching my teeth anymore. I had it enough, got reimbursed with a lot of "sorry, sorry, sorry"

Dr. Lee and his team are wonderful! My son completed his 2nd phase of braces with Dr. Lee and he did an amazing job of creating a beautiful smile! The finished work truly is incredible to see. Dr.Lee is very talented at what he does. He was always very patient with us and our questions and explained things well, making us feel very confident throughout the process. His team was a pleasure to work with...they were accommodating and fun. We highly recommend Alexandria Braces.

I ordered a brace and didn't receive it. I reached out to customer service several times with no response. When they finally responded to my text they told me that they are not responsible for the package being lost or not delivered. I was told the package was returned to them. I asked why didn't they reach out to me about my package, but they charged me for it. They only offered me 50% off to rebuy my brace. I will not be ordering from this company again.

I'm currently in treatment as an adult for braces. I'm very comfortable here, it's very clean and everyone is nice. I appreciate how good customer service is here and Dr. William Lee is very good at what he does and explains his next steps everytime vs me having to always bring it up so I definitely appreciate that.

Dr.Lee is the best, the whole process from start to finish has been great. The prices are responsible as well. During covid I feel the office took all the precautions needed. Can't thank Dr. Lee enough.

From day one, we have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lee and Alexandria Braces. They are proficient, professional and understanding. I would recommend them again and again. Outstanding professionals!
