Alexander & Sons has its roots in The Millenium Society, a shared learning cooperative founded in 1969 by a small group of quality-oriented orthodontists. These men had developed large practices during the early years of orthodontics, and now sought to improve the industry and their collective endeavors by sharing information and management techniques.
Ken has spent more than 40 years improving and perfecting their orthodontic management methods and has passed his learnings down to his sons, Ryan and Steven, who carry on a tradition of integrity, experience, and time-tested knowledge. They have worked with over 1500 practices in nearly every state and overseas, and strive to raise the bar at every opportunity not only for their clients, but for the orthodontic industry as a whole.
Ryan has been with Alexander & Sons for over 10 years, one of which was spent working hands-on in a successful orthodontic practice in Southern California. He has helped dozens of practices nationwide, and is quickly gaining recognition as an honest and effective consultant.

Ryan is a licensed broker in the state of California and received a Bachelor of Science, Major in Biology, from Biola University in La Mirada California.He is married to Erin and has 4 adorable children. When hes not chasing his kids around,he enjoys a good game of golf,a great glass of scotch, and catching the best waves in Southern California.
