They have a great staff and wonderful dentist and I travel all the way from San Antonio to have my teeth taken care of by Dr. Lobaina. I am really terrified of the dentist, but Dr. Lobaina always makes me feel comfortable along with the dental hygienist.

Woke up feeling ill. Called in before 8am and receptionist answered. I told her how bad I felt, headache, nausea, etc and i didn't think it was wise i go in. Her response was not nice. Immediately told me Dr will only excuse one cancellation or next time $25. I said, well if it's going to be a problem I'll go in after i go to urgent care. She went on rudely saying so you want reschedule it won't be until Dec. Omg. I felt horrible already and told her just forget it. Remove me from your records. She said ok. Never once was empathetic or say "hope you feel better" whatever!! This person is cold and her voice is cold and snappy. No business answering calls for such an excellent dentist. Just my opinion

Always a great experience at my dentist office of Alexander Lobaina D.D.S. Staff is always polite and kind . Never experienced any bad service at the office. My wife and I have been going to his office for 7 years. Thank you for a great visit.

Most technically advanced general dentist I have ever been to. Can make and deliver a crown in one visit because it is done in the office. 3D oral health screening done, at no extra charge (to avoid radiation), during routine visits. I have experienced anxiety about dental visits in the past, but I do not fear that before my visits there. Staff respectful. Short wait times. Honest billing practices.

I only want to say thank you to the whole staff @ A. Lobaina. You all are so caring. I'm not kidding when I say that every staff member has gone above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as possible. I mean it . I'm the person who is literally crying the whole session. I'm so scared of the dentist and idk why. But the tears start rolling as soon as I arrive. I can only say thank you a million times. I truly appreciate everything you have done my last 2 visits.

My dental hygienist,Nora, was fantastic. She was friendly, fast, gentle and professional! Dr Lobaina came in and scraped off some hardened plaque without pain as usual. He is an excellent dentist and has taken care of my family since he came into practice. This dental office is wonderful and makes every dental visit pleasant! My gum in the back if my molar very swollen and painful. Finally settling down some after many days. This has never happened to me before with any of the hygiene employees. Sorry thought you would want an honest answer. So next year would like another hygienist. Unfortunately I don't remember this employees name. You can send it to me on my text message so I can write it down please.

I liked Dr Alexander and his staff. They were very nice and knowledgeable. I will enjoy go back in the future.
