Doctor Korwek is a true professional and my wife and I are so happy to be treated by him. He also has a wonderful and caring staff that makes you feel comfortable as soon as you enter the waiting room. He utilizes state of the art technology in his practice and I Iwould recommend him to both my family and friends.

I've been going to this dentist office for 3 years now I love how sweet they are here. They get started right away with the appointment. I was nervous and my dentist was so nice and talked me through it. The dental assistants are also great!

I am very impressed with the front staff. They are very professional yet very friendly at the same time. I followed Dr. Korwek from his last office to this one. I wouldn't go to any other dentist. I trust him completely.

I was a patient here for about 2 or 3 years, didn't love or hate it. I recently changed dentist because this office doesn't accept my new insurance that I get through work. I called with extreme tooth pain and a suspicious spot on my gum that was causing me pain and was upfront that I had changed dentist due to insurance but asked if they could see me as my new dentist was out of town. They squeezed me in, for which I'm grateful. At the end of the exam Dr. Korwek asked when I would be scheduling my next cleaning, and I told him what I had told the women who booked my appointment. He replied in a very rude tone "unless you're a regular patient I don't have time for your emergencies. I'm not here for just you're emergencies, only for my regular patients." IF that was the case the appointment shouldn't have been set in the first place. The girls at the front and hygienist were kind as always but I will never be coming back here. UPDATE: one of the reason I went to Doctor Korwek is there was this peculiar white/brown spot on my gum in between my teeth that was causing me pain. He examined it and told me it was normal pigmentation of my gums. I know for a FACT, in the lighting in my house it does NOT look normal and it WAS causing me pain, and it WAS NOT something that had always been there. A month later there is now a bump IN THE SAME place on my gum causing me MORE pain than it did before. Not only is Dr Korwek rude, he brushed off and overlooked a concern which has now turned into periodontitis (diagnosed by my NEW dentist). Not only did he make me feel crazy, he is rude, carless, and neglectful to the symptoms his patients say they are having. $100 or so out of pocket down the drain for a dentist who is inattentive. Another couple hundred to get the problem fixed by a true professional. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Again, I have to brag on behalf of Dr. Korwek, and his staff. They are AMAZING! My confidence in oral care has been restored. I cant believe that I am at a dental office once I walk through the door. The atmosphere is light, peaceful and refreshing. The customer service is stellar. Today, I received the best dental cleaning EVER. Sue rocks!!! And again, Dr. Korwek made me feel welcomed, comfortable and individual. He is not in a rush to bounce to and from alternate patients. He gives you 100%. I am so thankful to have been blessed with this dental office. Dr. Korwek, thank you for an amazing experience.

Very nice people from the dest to the Dr, and his helper, New dentist for me as mine retired ,He was recommended and He is concerned if your nervous,Tells everything to you he is doing or what needs to be done ,Friendly Place and highly recommend , I really liked the girlthat cleaned my teeth and did xrays , she was so pleasant , Highly recommend , His place is cozy and warm and the waterfalls in the office is soothing , cannot say how I was at easy with them and how they treat you .

Had to have my last wisdom tooth pulled at a ripe age. Expecting a painful extraction and a few days recovery, I was pleasantly surprised with the procedure. The only pain experienced was a pinch from the novocaine. I The extraction took all of 20 seconds and now on day two, I have no pain or swelling. Thank you for your amazing work Dr. Korwek. In 1990, when I knew I would be relocating back to Watertown, I researched recommended dentists in the area. My list started with Dr. Alexander Korwek, and I scheduled an appointment to have him examine a particular tooth that had been bothering me. A year later, I relocated to Watertown, and Dr. Korwek has been my dentist at each of his locations since. It is because his standard of care has been excellent that I am delighted to be 77 years old and have healthy teeth rather than dentures!
