We opened the doors to our office in the heart of Crestline Village in 1989 and have been proudly serving people from all across the Birmingham area ever since. Through continuing education, we stay on top of the latest techniques and procedures, and offer our patients a wide variety of options when it comes to their individual dental needs.
Dr. Alexander received a Bachelor of Science degree from Birmingham-Southern College in 1985, and graduated from the University of Alabama Birmingham School of Dentristry in 1989. Hes been offering patients all across Birmingham the best care available ever since.
Hes a member of the Birmingham-Southern College Alumni Association and Canterbury United Methodist Church. He particularly enjoys charitable activities such as coaching youth sports, serving meals at a downtown mens shelter and doing dental mission work.
Nickole has 18 years of experience in the dental front office. Her mother is a dental hygienist and that is how she was introduced to the dental world. As Practice Administrator, she can help facilitate all facets of your dental experience. She will go above and beyond to make sure your time with us is top notch! Nickole and her husband Daniel love to spend time outdoors and watch movies with friends and family.
Jana has been a dental assistant for 10 years. She loves to comfort patients that are anxious and also loves to work with children. Jana resides in Hayden, Al. She is married to Brandon and they have 3 children, Sophia, Aiden, and Lily. In her spare time, Jana loves to travel, shop, and watch Alabama Football.
Jamie is a graduate of Wallace State Dental Hygiene Program and has been working with Dr. Alexander since 2010. She has a passion for helping her patients achieve not only a healthy smile, but also overall health. She and her husband John, have two children. She is a member of a dental hygiene honor society.
Emily is native to the Birmingham area, and although she has has lived in other places, she is proud to call Birmingham her home. She has been in the dental field for ten years and loves having the opportunity to positively impact patients health. Her friendly personality and professional work ethic help to ensure that you are well cared for at Alexander Dentistry. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and watching movies.
Anna has been a part of the dental field for 5 years. While in Dental Hygiene school she worked in orthodontics where she found her love to serve others and focus on a career in the dental field. She graduated from Wallace State Community College with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She is passionate about helping others be the best version of themselves and achieve a beautiful smile. Anna enjoys spending time with her friends and family and her dog Beans.
Megan joined Alexander Dentistry in May 2021 with 4 years of experience as a dental assistant. She recently moved to Bitrmingham and grew up in Montgomery. Megan loves to ensure our patients are getting the best care possible. She also enjoys helping them understand their treatment plan and why it is important. Megan loves to watch sports, travel, and spend time with her husband John and their dog Hank.

I have never had even a slightly bad experience with Dr Alexander or his staff. He has been my dentist since the mid 90's and he is the very best dentist in town! He made my Invisalign braces and I am more than pleased with my new smile! If you are looking for a dentist, don't hesitate to call! He will put you at ease and do a great job for you!

Was sad to find out that Sonia my most favorite hygenist is no longer with the practice. Appointment went well. I had a filling and a cleaning. The shot didnt even hurt. I love Dr Alexander. He is always so sweet as is his stall, from the hygenists to Dr A's assistant to Nicole and Emily up front. I woyld recommend this practice to any of my friends
