Dr vasserman's office is the best! Everyone from dr vasserman, the hygienist Lauren and the receptionist Corrie treats you with the utmost care and respect. Overall great dental experience. I no longer dread coming to the dentist!

I had a wonderful time at Dr Vasserman cabinet. From the minute I stepped in Corrie at the front desk new who I am and acknowledge me with enthusiasm. I really love the fact that all the staff seems not only took a look at my paperwork but precisely knew why I came and request a dental appointment. Then I really like the conservative approach of Dr Vasserman and sincerely walk me into his diagnosis and process. I am in my early 30s and I had my first cavities I was not really proud of myself ... but Dr Alex made it happen. I walk out of his office PAINLESS and confident. If you are looking for a PROFESSIONAL DENTIST you are at the right place ! Book him up !

Dr. Vasserman's team is top-notch, and he is enthusiastic about the field of dentistry. I am impressed by how smoothly his practice runs, and his staff are knowledgeable and courteous professionals. Dr Vasserman 3D printed a Maryland bridge for me in 2 hours with no notice. I was impressed with his skill and attitude to find a solution no matter what. I wasn't a patient before but I am now and looking forward to having him as my dentist. Many thanks to him and his team for getting my smile back in a pinch.

This dentist tried to push expensive treatments on me that I didn't need and would have resulted in permanent damage to my teeth. This review is a warning. I went to Alex for a simple filling and he began to convince me to get crowns on two teeth. Crowns meant drilling off around 1-2mm of tooth enamel. Though my insurance fully covered this, I found him too pushy and went for a second opinion. Turned out my tooth was fine and a small filling was sufficient for 1 tooth and nothing was required for the other tooth! I am thankful for my instinct to leave. If a dentist tries to scare you into agreeing to any treatment, get a second opinion.

Hands down the most complete and thorough dental experience I have ever had!! Dr. Vasserman and staff are friendly efficient and compassionate. Beyond happy with my Invisalign treatment and by far the best cleanings this side of the Hudson. Happy to recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist!

I have never posted a public review before now, but I am inclined to do so after my incredible visit with Dr. Vasserman today. From the moment I made my appointment last week with the receptionist, Corrie, every detail of my experience was first-class. The staff are friendly, professional and extremely competent. It's truly rare to find a place with such tremendous customer service. I can't imagine a better dental practice and I look forward to my next visit.

My dentist retired and a friend recommended Dr. Vasserman. I had an amazing patient experience as the office was so welcoming, Dr. Vasserman was extremely professional and was very thorough in his examination. Was very impressed with his state of the art equipment and his knowledge of the latest dental techniques.

I can smile again. I've been Dr Vasserman patient for a couple years now and it's for a reason. He makes it's easy and painless. First, let me talk about the office. It's in a great location on the Upper East Side. It's very welcoming and well designed. No tacky dentist posters everywhere. There are TVs in the room to help you relax and any type of music you'd like to hear is available. They are extremely sanitary there as well. Secondly, his staff! Everyone that's on his staff is friendly and wonderful. I especially have the greatest admiration for Corrie. She is what you hope all customer service people would be like. Helpful. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Accurate. I love her. And of course, Dr. Vasserman. He takes the time to make your smile look like your own smile. He works with modern and up to date equipment. I especially love that he isn't looking at the clock and rushing the process. He really wants to get it right. I felt very at ease when he was replacing my crowns. At one point during the drilling process, I fell asleep and then again during another procedure. That's how at comfy I was in the dentist chair. I am extremely happy with the work Dr. Vasserman did on my smile. I feel very comfortable and confident with my new crowns. Previously I was self conscious about smiling and now I feel like I can with pride. I feel prettier. I highly recommend Dr. Vasserman to anyone who wants to upgrade their smile. It's really life changing.

Dr. Vasserman's practice is great. I used to be afraid of going to the dentist, so I put off going for several years, until a friend recommended Dr. Vasserman. From the second I spoke with Corrie about scheduling my appointment I felt more at ease, and now after seeing Dr. Vasserman for several years, I actually look forward to going to the dentist! Everyone in the practice is so nice and they are very transparent, which makes me feel empowered about the choices we make regarding my oral health. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Vasserman to anyone looking for a dentist in NYC.

Dr Vasserman is hands down the BEST dentist I have been to! I have had a mouthful of dental work done, so I have been to many dentists in my time. I have been coming here for my cleanings and have always loved the practice. Today I finally had my first procedure done at this practice. I had no pain and was very comfortable. Dr. Vasserman is very knowledgeable, takes the time to explain things, is very attentive and professional. The staff is incredible too - Corrie is always lovely and super helpful!

Dr. Vasserman is truly the BEST. Couldn't recommend him more. His attention to detail and bedside manor are amazing. His office is beautiful and his staff are so great. Dr. V worked with me for months to perfect my smile and didn't stop until it was truly perfect. He even special ordered bonding from Switzerland to get me the perfect color because he truly cared to ensure I was happy. Best dentist ever!! You will not be disappointed!!

Dr. Vasserman did a wonderful job on my Invisalign. He worked with me carefully throughout the process to make sure I was happy with the final result and was patient as I requested minor tweaks. Some dentists can feel scammy but you can tell that Dr. Vasserman only wants what's best for his patients. Corrie, the receptionist, is a DREAM. She is incredibly accommodating and is so helpful as you're working through insurance claims. 100% recommend!!

I went to the office of Dr. Vasserman after being referenced by Wally for a deep dental cleaning, the process took a total of two hours where Lauren did an amazing work cleaning my teeth and making me feel comfortable all the time, I will keep coming here and I 100% recommended them.

Dr. Vasserman is an honest and conservative doctor who can be trusted with his judgement and recommendation. I had more than a few bad experiences with dentist and dental clinics where I felt like the only purpose they had in mind is to make cash. Dr. Vasserman's priority is the health of his clients, their wishes and conducting procedures that are necessary and make sense. His professional and honest approach combined with outstanding quality of his work and the care his entire team provides to the patience is unique. Dr. Vasserman is a great option also for patience without insurance (like myself). He will be upfront with you and recommend the best options -- and won't just recommend a procedure to make money. Thank you Dr. Vasserman for your excellent service, patient care and for being one of the best professionals I have met.
