Upon completion of dental school, Alex practiced as a successful General Dentist in private practice for six years. His interest in root canals promoted him to pursue a specialty degree in Endodontics (root canal specialty).
Followingsix years ofprivate practice, Dr.Ghazal attended The University of Florida Department of Endodonticswhere he graduated in 2002. Dr.Ghazal completed a research project on the 'Cleaning Efficacy of two Endodontic Systems' and was fortunate enough to present his findings at the FNDC.Alex 's training at the University of Florida Department of Endodontics was exceptional using state of the art equipment, techniques and being microscope trained.
Alex is the proud father of three boys. On his days out of the office, he enjoys spending quality time with his kids. He also enjoys playing tennis, racquetball, riding his motorcycle and traveling to discover new experiences, new foods and cultures. Alex had also the pleasure to travel and volunteer as a dentist with his son Liam to serve underprivileged areas.
Sue wasborn and raised in Ohio, Shehas been working in the dental profession since 1994. She moved to The Villages in 2006 andjoined our dental team in 2011. Sue is very calm and patient and will always welcome you with a nice smile. Thanks to her efficiency, she keeps our office well organized and is always willing to help.
In her spare time,she enjoys spending time with her family. She is an avid reader, loves to travel and discover new places. When she is looking for a little bit of tranquility, you will find her with a great read.
Tara is originally from Pennsylvania before moving to Florida in 2004 with her family. She graduated from Pittsburgh Technical Institute - BOYD in 2002 with a degree in Travel and Tourism. She worked for CVS pharmacy and the US Airways Express before falling in love with dentistry in2005. Tara has now been working with us since 2007. Tara is very efficient and professional in her work. She is respectful and very well-liked by our patients.
In her activities outside of work, Tara enjoys baking, crafting and rock painting. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. Tara is a huge Pittsburgh sports fan and especially enjoys football. Go Steelers!!
Angie graduated from the CFCC Ocala Dental Assisting Program in 2004.She was born and raised in Illinois before her family moved to Florida in 1989. She has been working at our office since 2011. Angie is hard working and has excellent work ethics. Both patients and staff appreciate her kind and friendly approach.
Emilywas born and raised in Lake County, Florida. SheJoined ouroffice right after completingher ExpandedDental Assisting Certificate in 2018. She is loyal, a teamplayerandhasgreat work ethics.She brings a great energy to the office.She is caring and has an excellent bedside manner with all our patients. Patients enjoy her calm and kind personality.
When not at work sheenjoys painting, watching her favoriteshowsand most of all sleeping. She also is a great teacher at herpart-time job as an instructor for Dental Assisting students. Above all,Emilyloves spending time with herfriends andfamily.
Autumnwas born and raised in Ocala. She pursued her interest in Dentistry by completing her Dental AssistingCertificate in 2019, afterwhich she joined ourteam. She is a fast learner and a great fit in our office.Patients love her personalityand caringdemeanor.She is dedicatedtoprovide the best care to our patients.

Dr. Bachour performed a successful root canal for me this past week. It was my first root canal, so I was a bit nervous. During the procedure, Dr. Bachour took her time and explained the actions she was taking in simple terms to understand. I would highly recommend her.

I was worked in for an evaluation because of tooth pain after a temporary crown was put on at my Primary Dentist office. Dr Ghazal actually did the root canal on the same day because I was in so much pain. He had a full schedule and I am so grateful that Dr Ghazal and his staff took care of me! Everyone was so friendly. I came into work the next day and told my coworker "if only all offices could run like this one it would be amazing!"

I've always had bad dental anxiety due to bad experiences with dentists I went in for a root canal scared out of my mind. Dr ghazal talked me through it and ensured me he would do his best not to hurt me. And to my surprise I felt NO PAIN whatsoever. I never felt the needle when he numbed it and I didn't feel any pressure from the tools used. This was by far THE BEST dental experience I've ever had and he did an amazing job I will forever recommend him to everyone! Him and his team were absolutely amazing!!

I went with Dr. Alex Ghazal today for a root canal and he was awesome. They squeezed me in last minute because I was suffering and I was out of there in about an hour and a half. I felt pressure but it was pretty much painless. This was my first root canal so I was very nervous about the pain. He was great. Professional and had a sense of humor too. Lol Staff were all extremely friendly and professional. Plus they actually pick up the phones!! It's amazing.

Came in with throbbing pain and unsure which tooth it was. Based on my history and a conversation with my general dentist, it was determined that it was the tooth I had just had crowned. It was a very deep filling and right up against the nerve. Dr. Ghazal explained everything that he was doing and it went faster than I had expected and no pain at all during the procedure. When the numbing wore off, I felt like I had a new tooth! No more pain! Highly recommended and if I ever need another one I know who to call!

Dr Ghazal is compassionate and left me with the impression he genuinely cares about his patients. Although he works quickly, I never felt rushed, the shorter the procedure the better! I really like Dr. Ghazal and, although I hope to never see him again, it's a comfort to know that this level of care is available if needed and close to home. I'm fairly particular and sensitive about many things, but there is nothing I would change about his practice. His office, the cleanliness, his staff, his friendly and caring demeanor, expertise, professionalism, attention to detail, confidence, work ethic ... I could go on and on ... but this man and his staff are all top notch. I read many other 5 star reviews of his practice and agree with every one of them. I had a root canal and placement of a post to make a refitting of a bridge possible. I'm amazed and thankful that I've had no pain following the procedure.

I had the best dental experience with Dr. Ghazal. Not only was he kind and gentle and solved my tooth ache, but he fit me in his super busy schedule on his last working day of the year! Dr G. made me feel comfortable and went above and beyond to manage my concerns. I truly recommend Dr. Ghazal for your root canal needs; he really cares about his patients. I learned many years ago from my Paradonist Dr. Randal Valentine, from Erie, Pennsylvania. That you must find Doctors who want to save your.teeth, and your physical health is directly effected by your dental health. Dr. Ghazal meets and exceeds all of those requirements. His skills are exceptional and what I like most, in all my health care is he treats me as a person not just another patient or number. He kept me informed throughout the whole procedure and made sure I was comfortable and at the end of my root canal I was confident in his skills and at the end of the day I didn't even require an aspirin.

I live in Orlando and I drove 1 hour and 30 mins to just be in DR. Ghazal's office. I heard great reviews and I was not mislead, I am so happy I made the decision to pick this office for my care. I had a root canal done at this office and I was extremely nervous, and of course because of Covid-19 I was on high alert. However, right at the door I was greeted with a warm welcome, a temp screening and a friendly staff. When I finally met Dr. Ghazal he charmed me with his humor, and willingness to help me understand every step of the procedure; while answering every question along the way. I was truly relaxed, confident and overall satisfy with this experience. I can truly say Dr. Ghazal and his team changed my negative outlook on dentistry.
