Our son is on the spectrum and they did a wonderful job with him. from the person who cleaned his teeth through the x-rays and all the way to the dentist everyone is very good at what they do. And they take the time to make sure that he was comfortable to me that's important.

From the receptionists to the medical staff, everyone was so kind and inviting! As a bonus, the waiting area was perfectly equipped for my curious toddler who played while we waiting for his big sister to finish her exam.

Scheduling was fantastic! We were able to make an appointment on shorter notice. When we got to our appointment there was no wait at all, the dentist was right on time. Everyone was very friendly and thorough. Highly recommend!

Had an appt at 4. They texted us to come early due to no shows at 330 if we could. I gladly did. Got checked in right away. Front desk was amazing. Teeth cleaning lady was amazing at talking to my 4 year old about cleaning her teeth. Switches from a power brush to a manual toothbrush right away because my daughter was getting anxious. Showed me more about keeping her teeth clean. Then dentist came in and said everything was fine.

Great staff, super kid friendly play area, and the hygienist and doctor were amazing quick and kind. My son is only 16 months and that was his first dental exam! No tears!

Dr. Brandtner traumatized me at 4 years old. I got referred there when I had 7 cavities by my family dentist. I started crying when I got scared by him and then he proceeded to yell at me and walk away and did not come back to my chair until I stopped crying. My mother was not allowed back in the room with me. He held me down after I did not stop crying. Do not recommend, I am 20 and have never forgotten this experience.

i had 3 teeth taken out in november 2018 without any sedation. it sucked and i was screaming. iowa city is much better

We had an appointment for our son and was never called or alerted to the fact they would be closed and our appointment would need to be rescheduled. Showed up to doors locked and a note on the door.

We took our daughter for her first dental visit and had a great experience. From scheduling to the actual appointment was nothing but a great experience! I even had to cancel once because of sickness and they still were understanding!!! I will definitely recommend this office to friends and family !
