Amazing office. Amazing staff. It's a one of a kind pediatric dentist where kids are allowed to be themselves and actually feel comfortable about having their teeth worked on. I've never seen anything like it. If I had access to this as a kid I would have loved the dentist like my kids do. It's not just inside the office either, they take it home with them and are excited to brush their teeth and keep their teeth clean! This place is special.

I had a fantastic experience and first dentist appointment with my 18MO son. The dentist sang to him during his cleaning, he got to play with toys while the dentist looked at his teeth, and everything was completed really quickly. Such a positive first experience!

Dr. Jill and the hygienists that helped us were nothing short of amazing! My 6 year old has been to 3 dentists and this was by far the best experience. They were so patient and kind!

Wow...I have never had a person (Rhonda) talked to me about a refund the way that they did at this office. We were referred to this office from our regular dentist because our 2.5 year old daughter was having difficulty completing her treatment. We made the initial appointment, but when we got there, they were unable to do x-rays, so they were looking at ones that were 2+ months old. When my wife left, they had her put a deposit down for an appointment of $250. She is not a native speaker and was holding a crying 2-year-old and signed and paid. Rhonda kept telling my wife that they have a "language barrier" and that it is difficult to communicate. After we got the proposed bill back, 3 days later, we realized that it was out of our budget, and even included treatment for that had already been done at our regular dentists. We cancelled the treatment with the anesthesiologist, in the same office, but I guess that didn't communicate that with them. When we called about our refund, she said that the paper said it was nonrefundable and that they "held" our appointment for days. I asked how was our appointment "held" if we never made an appointment. She didn't have an answer. I then said that since we never made an appointment and agreed to pay them for services, and I would like a refund. She then said that it says on the paper no refunds. I reminded her that my wife was not a native speaker and was not verbally informed about this. Her reply was "can she read?" I just don't understand how they could take a partial payment, not have a proposed treatment amount at that time, and keep on insisting that they will give no refunds. How is a consumer supposed to make an informed purchase if they "need" to pay a deposit before the price is known, and even based on old x-rays that did not reflect the current status of all the treatments. Disappointed :(

My kids have been with Jill since the location on 10th steeet and migrated with her to the office in Avon, it's been 10+ years. Love her and her staff!

We enjoys waiting to go into the dentist with all of the activities... while getting her teeth cleaned the interaction with the child and hygienist is 10/10.... Today we had Dr Jill who sang a song while she reviewed her teeth and then gave us feedback. Again another great experience
