Laura, our lead dental assistant, has worked with Dr. Rob since the first day the office opened, back in 2016! Laura knows this office and its patients like the back of her hand. She can be found either chairside with Dr. Rob or in the front office tackling the most complicated of insurance claims. Laura married her high school sweetheart and together they have two adorable black Golden-Doodles named Maggie and Lucy. Laura and her husband enjoy maintaining a very active and healthy lifestyle including camping, cooking, weightlifting, running, and adventuring with their pups!
Jeff hasover a decade of experience working as a hygienist.He enjoyshelping patients improve their gum health and promoting home health care. In his free time, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, Hazel. Jeff also enjoys traveling, camping, fishing, and learning to cook new cuisines.
Kendal graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelors of Dental Hygiene from Eastern Washington University. She is a passionate dental hygienist, devoted to educating our patients about the importance of good oral hygiene and providing them with top-notch care. She adores her Golden Retriever, Penny, who is a certified therapy dog. Besides walking Penny, Kendal loves working out and doing yoga. During the summer months, you can find Kendal out on the lake wake boarding and paddle boarding. She is always watching sports and loves cheering on her favorite Seattle sports teams!
Brittney is our office manager and is the first face youll see when you walk in our door! With almost 10 years of experience she is prepared to make sure make sure your visit goes as smoothly and comfortably as possible. When shes not in the office on hold with insurance companies or scheduling patients, Brittney enjoys playing video and card games, camping, cooking, and going to concerts. She also has two cats named Chicken Nugget and Noodle.
Dr. Rob is a local Seattle breed. He attended high school in Federal Way where he met his wife and high school sweetheart. Dr. Rob is a graduate of the University of Washington where he studied Business Management. After UW, Dr. Rob followed his wife to Cleveland, Ohio where she finished her post graduate training and he was taking care of his clients financial needs at JP Morgan Chase Bank during the day and finishing prerequisites for dental school admissions at night. Once admitted to New York Universitys College of Dentistry, Dr. Rob and his wife were off to the Big Apple to begin his lifelong commitment to Oral Health.
From owning a window cleaning business in college to providing financial solutions to my clients at Chase Bank, my journey to becoming a dentist has been anything but typical. But, every experience along the way has made me into becoming a more complete dental provider. Ive learned how to effectively communicate, listen, and be creative in providing solutions to my patients. Dr. Rob
After graduating from New York University, Dr. Rob and his wife made a pit-stop in Houston, Texas where he successfully started up several dental offices and learned the most important part of being a dental provider; how to take great care of patients.
Dr. Rob takes the time to understand his patients needs and concerns; making him the ideal provider for the fearful. His ability to listen and his gentle positive demeanor make for a great Doctor-Patient relationship.
I know how hard it is for people to come to the dentist. Many have had bad experiences in the past that has created an emotional scar so strong that it prevents them from coming in for proper dental care. This is really unfortunate. We hope to help these people and recondition them to not fear us, rather, enjoy coming to their dental visits. It takes a special type of team to help with this and we feel we are that team. Dr. Rob
Dr. Rob takes great interest in continual learning. He spends hundreds of hours staying on top of the latest technologies in dentistry and the latest concepts in practice management. He enjoys reading the latest business books to enhance the patient experience.
Dr. Webley was born and raised in Quincy, WA but moved away to attend Baltimore College of Dentistry, where he also joined the Navy. As he concluded his time with the Navy in 2010, he moved back to Quincy, WA to continue his career in dentistry. He is down-to-earth and strives to treat each patient how he would want to be treated; many of his patients he considers friends. I shop at the same stores as many of them and see them about town, I exercise at the local YMCA, and my kids attend public schools. I want to be able to see my patients in public and be able to have a nice visit! After meeting Dr. Webley, dont hesitate to say hello when you see him out and about in the community!
Outside of the office Dr. Webley can be found spending time with his wife and four children. Together, they enjoy a variety of outdoor activities that include camping, fishing, hunting, and playing sports. He is a huge football fan and cheers on the Seattle Seahawks and Green Bay Packers, while simultaneously participating in a fantasy football league. A fun fact about Dr. Webley: he is fluent in Spanish and loves to practice!

First I was not the easiest of dental patients to deal with due to past experiences with Dentist. Dr. Rob is an extremely talented and caring dentist and the only one I will see. His staff is outstanding, friendly and always a pleasure to deal with.

Terrible experience trying to set up a new client appointment. Tried to make an appointment on Tuesday. "Someone will call you back to schedule." Waited until Friday before writing this. Don't know if you aren't scheduling new clients, or if you just don't get back to people trying to schedule. Either way, bad experience and will look for a different dentist.

Dr. Rob Lee is the best. I have severe anxiety with any dental work and he made me very comfortable and calm. I had a root canal procedure recently and felt no pain or discomfort at all. Great team- friendly, accommodating and genuine!

Everyone at this location was SO incredibly helpful, kind and sweet. From setting up my appointment, helping me set up and figure out my insurance. Kendall was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable! If I wasn't moving states, this would be a place I would take my family. Sad they cannot move their business to Hawaii hehe

Our favorite dental office by far in the Seattle area. So glad we found them! The entire staff are passionate, knowledgable, and feels to really care about you. The value add of the teeth whitening program is the first I've ever seen as well. If there's a wait list to be a new patient, it's worth it.

What can I say? Alderwood Family Dental is simply an AMAZING dental practice. Dr. Rob is THE most gentle and caring dentist I have ever known. I used to have a horrible phobia about dentists...all my life basically. But I fear the dentist no longer. I strongly recommend this place to anyone with teeth, if you used to have teeth, or if you need a few new ones. :-) They are the best.

Doctor Rob and the staff there are amazing. I've had many rough experiences at a Dentist office throughout my life, but this office and staff are absolutely amazing! They educate you on cleaning, maintenance and what work needs to be done. They are welcoming and pleasant. The cleanings are always a smooth and seemless experience. My family and I love this team!

Dr Rob has been my Dentist for the past 4 years and I couldn't be happier. I switched because I was not happy with my prior dentist. I stayed because Dr. Rob has been the best dentist I've been to. Why? He's honest and transparent; he looks ahead at the potential for problems and plans with me how to stop them before they begin. Painless. I don't know what he does, but the numbing injections aren't as miserable as I've experienced in the past. Personable: he is friendly and conversational with me. Innovative tools: I dig his combo bite block/suction thingy. I never gag on water or saliva now. Skill: In and out. Procedure times are precise and quick. My jaw appreciates that. Professional staff: they are friendly and always make me feel relaxed. I don't have one complaint or concern but many smiles.

I have NEVER been one, to rush gladly, to any dentist. In my 59 yrs, I've always dreaded the dentist but I go, because I know, that dental health is what a responsible person, stays on top of. With that said, I have finally found my dentist!! Dr Rob is the kindest, most gentle dentist I have EVER had!! I recently had to get some crowns & I put it off, as long as I could. He did a wonderful job!! I didn't even feel the novocaine go in!! At every 6 month cleaning (Kendall is the BEST), would kindly express to me, that she was very concerned about a couple cracked teeth & I really should get those taken care of. I finally got it done!! What a wonderful experience, I have had, with this practice. From the front desk, to hygienist, to the dentist! They are all so kind!! I'm a new patient to Dr. Rob since September, 2021. I initially came in on an emergency tooth situation. They are so great to get me in as soon as they possibly could. As a person who is terrified of dentists, it took a lot for me to schedule my first appointment! Dr. Rob and his entire team were so kind and caring. Dr. Rob was very gentle and careful in treating me. Laura has been so good about exposing everything she is doing and ensuring I am comfortable. I'm happy to say I now have a full plan and have already been back for more dentistry. I'm a lot less fearful of going and really appreciate their patience, kindness, and understanding of my fear. Highly recommend Alderwood Family Dental.

Always feel like they know me and I've only been a few times. The dental hygienist is very thorough which gives me confidence that they're getting my teeth completely clean. I don't generally write reviews but they deserve every star. Love the free Whitening too.

I cannot boost enough about how detail orientated, professional, and caring the dental team at Alderwood Family Dental are. After years of not seeing a dentist, Dr. Rob created a care plan that helped me towards my dental goals and I am so happy with my progress. From the friendly front desk staff (Brittany and Laura), to the awesome hygienists (Jeff), and to Dr. Rob himself, they make going to my dentist appointments surprinsgly enjoyable! Would highly recommend this office!
