From the consultation to the actual procedure, everything was easy and pain free, literally. I was hoping to fall asleep during the root canal and I think I may have a for a moment or two, that's how good they are. Would def recommend although I truly hope I never go back.

Dr Wu and her office are absolutely amazing! Completely pain free during my root canal, actually fell asleep during the procedure. Dr Wu called the next day to check on things and make sure everything was okay. Definitely cares for her patients. Highly recommend this office!

GREED rules this practice. This rating is for the billing / front office. This is not a relection of Dr. Wu, who was good. Front office runs poor/false checks of insurance reimbursements and forces you to sign a "you pay for anything your insurance doesn't pay" document that every dental practice makes you sign so you really don't have a choice. You may subsequently get "suprise medical bills" later. Surprise medical billing should be illegal and hopefully our lawmakers will finally get their act together an stop this unfair practice. I had an unreimbursed exam fee that they surprised billed me over a month later. Tried to work with them and they bascially said "pay up". I filed a complaint with the attorney general's office which took my complaint (e.g. it was legitimate). They simply ignored it: 612183 : A notice from the Washington State Attorney General's Office RE: Alderwood Endodontics File #: 612183 You recently filed a consumer complaint with our office regarding Alderwood Endodontics. As of today's date, Alderwood Endodontics has not responded to your complaint.

Had to get a root canal done. Dr. Wu and her assistant were amazing. I have anxiety about going to the dentist but, they made me as comfortable as possible. And it wasn't bad at all . Thank you ladies for doing such a great job!

Ive had one other root canal 2 years prior. Imagine a long grinding bit getting broken off in the shaft of your tooth. Yes broken. Dr Bogart was exceptional. Very detailed, efficient, gentile, professional. A pleasant experience. Any future endo treatments will be done here.

I needed a root canal and Dr. Bogaert + team did a great job. The procedure went quickly and he made sure that I wasn't feeling any pain. Overall great experience and I would recommend them to anyone needing Endodontic care.

I had a root canal performed by Dr. Bogaert. There was no pain at all during the procedure. Dr. checked in with me multiple times during the procedure to make sure I was doing okay. There was no unnecessary chitchat during, which I appreciated (who wants to try to talk during a dental visit?). I was told I could have some pain for 3-5 days after, but even the next day there was no pain. Everyone in the office was very nice and professional.

My experience was great. They were able to see me the same day when I was in need. Dr. Barrineau was pleasant and wonderful at explaining everything. The follow up communication was also appreciated. I'm thankful my dentist referred me to This place.

Needed a root canal on a tooth, they were able to get me in same day for an exam and the following day for the procedure. Dr. Bogaert was amazing, even sent a follow up text the next day to see how I was doing. I hope I don't need another one soon, but if I do, I'm definitely going back to Alderwood Endodontics.

If you must have a root canal and you want want the best experience possible, keeping in mind this isn't ever going to be vacation experience, then consider Alderwood Endodontics. I have given them a 5 for these reasons: 1) There are patient and pleasant staff at the front desk whether in person or on the phone 2) Dr. Begaert is thorough. He wasn't rushed to make a decision about the best solution for the two teeth that I wanted him to evaluate. These were not the usual potential root canals, they have been an on-going challenge over time. I have found it is common for doctors giving the appearance that they are interested in what the patient has to say; this is not true of Dr. Begaert - he listens. Added to this, although he may be an man of few words, he has personality while maintaining a professional demeanor. Being an observer, I couldn't help notice his relation with the assistants. His requests are precise and respectful but he was also willing to share a chuckle here and there. 3) Kyra, the assistant during my procedure, went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I am not the most difficult patient but not the easiest either. I ask questions and have specific requests. The attitude was we can. 4) Directions for after care thorough. This office care enough to put after in print and as well as verbal instructions before you leave. 5) If you choose Dr. Begaert, be sure to comment on his socks.

I can not recommend Dr Bogaert enough. He was kind and respectful of my extreme dental anxiety. The entire staff was actually, from reception, to dental assistants. All were kind, respectful and sympathetic to this being my first dental procedure. Plus, He really is the best. He took time to make sure the procedure was a success, even though it ran over schedule. I was worried about the procedure and the healing process, but honestly both were relatively pain free, as long as you followed the instructions they gave you, both verbally and on paper. Although I hope to never have to see another endodontist, if I did, I would only see Dr Bogaert.

I went here for a root canal, and it was very comforting for me! Especially as a patient with severe needle/dental anxiety, they made me feel very at home and it was over before I knew it. So much relief after one visit.

I thought this place is nice and professional but am very disappointed. I was given an estimate of $405 for a root canal treatment, so I went ahead to schedule for it. One day before the appointment, I received a call from the office to confirm the appointment and the cost. I was shocked when she told me that the cost for the treatment is $1400. From $405 went up to $1400, a huge jump. So I have to cancel my appointment and this causes delay my treatment. Why is this so hard to trust a dentist?

This was far the best experience at a Doctor's office. Everything is top notch. The staff happily greeted me every time. Dr Wu and Zara were very gentle and kind before, during and after the procedure. If you need any kind of endodontic work done, this is where you want to have it done....

I had a severe hypotensive episode which became frightful as I sat down. I talked the staff through the basics - push water, lower head positioning. I didn't ask for oxygen, don't know if it was available. I vaguely remember Dr Wu not letting me go to sleep (unconscious), and getting my daughter's phone number; My son -in-law showed up, they put me in bed, more fluids and kept an eye on me. We discovered that I had taken my night pills by mistake that am, and ate just yogurt...Review would have been 5 stars were it not for the O2 thing. Also are providers given emergency care treatment at any offices? Is there a standard for this? That being said, I will be going back, certainly for a successful visit!

Dr. Wu has completely changed my mindset on root canal treatment. She was very careful during the procedure, and I felt so connected to her from start to finish. She made sure I was comfortable. Perhaps she felt my anxiety being on the chair so she and her assistant, Kyra, talked casually about their favorite Disney movies that made me divert my attention to their stories rather than on the treatment itself:) Alderwood Endodontics uses modern facilities, staff is friendly, and the vibe in the office is positive. Dr. Wu walked me through each step of the procedure and what should I expect afterwards. Thankfully, I did not feel any pain after the root canal treatment. She personally called me to check in, which I appreciated very much. It's not that I would wish to have another root canal treatment but I won't think twice coming back to their office if need be. I highly recommend Alderwood Endodontics! Thank you very much, Dr. Wu!
