Dr. Regina Lam was born and raised in Hawaii. She did her undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and moved to Seattle over 12 years ago to attend the University of Washington for dental school where she obtained her dental degree. GO DAWGS!
Dr. Lam has wanted to be a dentist since the 2nd grade, being inspired by having a great childhood dentist herself. She loves providing quality, comprehensive care for the whole family and strives to create positive dental experiences with her aloha spirit. Dr. Lam is committed to always further advancing her dental knowledge and keeping up to date with the latest technology and materials so that she can provide her patient with the highest quality of care. She was the youngest dentist to ever to be selected to serve on the Washington State Dental Associations Pacific Northwest Dental Conference committee, where she helped organize and select speakers for the states largest continuing education conference for the entire dental community. Having practiced in Lynnwood for the past 6 years, Dr. Lam has truly enjoyed getting to know all of her patients and serving the communities of Lynnwood, Edmonds, Bothell and Mill Creek as their trusted, local dental provider.
Dr. Whitney Weimerskirch, or Dr. 'W' as some people call her, grew up in Virginia. She completed her undergraduate studies in Biomedical Engineering at Virginia Commonwealth University, and worked as an engineer for several years before deciding to go to dental school, combining her skills as an engineer and her passion for providing care to others.
Dr. Weimerskirch attended the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry on a United States Navy scholarship. After graduation, she completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Naval Medical Readiness and Training Unit Norfolk. Dr. Weimerskirch then served as an active duty General Dentist for 5 years, and had many fun adventures, including completing a root canal in 13 foot seas in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean on deployment!
In her practice, Dr. Weimerskirch focuses on listening to patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and heard.She is a life-long learner, committed to continuing education, and providing her patients with the best possible care for healthier and happier smiles.In her free time, Dr. Weimerskirch enjoys spending time with her family, walking their lovable rescue dog, and reading.
Stacy is here to ensure you always feel welcome and comfortable while visiting our practice. With her 15+ years of dental expertise, she is here to answer any of your questions regarding your treatment plan or dental insurance benefits. Stacy's compassionate and friendly personality truly creates a one of kind experience! When Stacy is not in the office helping patients, she loves cheering on the Seahawks with her 2 dogs.
Melyssa is our newest addition to Alderwood Dentistry, but brings with her 6 years of experience as a dental assistant. She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, but particularly likes making patients feel at ease during surgical procedures. In her free time, Melyssa enjoys spending time with her son and catching up on the latest Netflix shows.
Melanie has been assisting since 2013, after graduating from The Everest program in Everett. Her highlights of Dental Assisting are meeting patients and making them feel completely confident with what they need for treatment. When Melanie is not at the office, she enjoys being with her family and being outdoors with her dog, Kobe.
Danielle brings us 14 years of experience in the dental field and is passionate about her work, her patients, and providing the highest quality of care while making patients feel completely comfortable. She is currently finishing her prerequisites to become a Dental Hygienist. When Danielle isnt providing exceptional care to her patients, she is raising her son, Kaiden. Most days, you will find them outdoors enjoying the beautiful PNW or at the state fair.
Svetlana has been a dental assistant with Alderwood Dentistry since 2014 and brings over 20 years of dental assisting experience! Her high level of clinical skills ensures that patients receive the best quality dental care when they are in the chair. When shes not working really hard keeping her patients comfortable, she enjoys hiking, eating, and traveling.

The clinic and office feels like a cozy home. The front desk is friendly, organized, and efficient. Dr. Vulpoi is gentle, kind, and takes my anxiety away because she is so careful. She describes what is going on through stories and metaphor. The hygienist is easy to chat to which helps keep my mind off of procedures. I never feel guilty after leaving an appointment, just knowing what I need to do next. I trust here and refer people here every chance I get, even my own mom. Video of friendly roses out front

I've been going to Dr. Lam at Alderwood Dentistry for a long time now and she and her staff are all amazing! I'm always able to get an appointment when needed and everyone is so nice and personable. I never feel like I have to question a suggestion by Dr. Lam because she is always really honest about when I need a cavity filled versus when we can just hold off. I highly recommend this office for all of your dental needs!

I have been there twice, first time for exam and then for cleaning with more to get done, I really like the staff there and the way I've been treated, and would highly recommend them to anybody. I am very comfortable there and for the first time in my life feel good about going to the dentist. I have been there 3 more times including today to have work done on my teeth and they are very thorough and go out of their way to make sure I am very comfortable and also numb enough to not go through any discomfort. i would highly recommend that anybody looking for a good dentist office to try them out, you will not be disappointed. they also work with your insurance co. to get you the most that you can get.

I've been going here for a little over 10 years. I've had nothing but good experiences. Stacy and Dr. Lam are awesome. Very personable, accommodating, and down to earth. Staff is super friendly as well. Easy access parking is always a plus. I plan on moving out of lynnwood sometime soon, but even that will not be enough of a reason to go elsewhere. Highly recommend this place!

If I could give them 6-stars I would. I had a lot of dental work that needed done. Cavities, Deep Cleanings, Crown, etc. They were able to take care of everything, painlessly, and really did a good job to make sure I was comfortable. I had to see them several times over a months long period to get all my work done, and they were able to schedule everything to work around my job, and taking care of my daughter. They explain all the charges and break it down for you. Nothing was hidden or unexplained. I even had some questions about deep cleanings and what is the exact purpose. The dental team was able to thoroughly educate me on different parts of the root canal process. They tailor a specific treatment plan to the patient, and prioritize certain items over others. Everyone was personable, nice, and friendly. They are awesome!

Amazing experience. I was in the area on work related travel, and had an unexpected broken tooth. I needed to get in there quickly and they took care of me....they cared about my issues and did everything they could to squeeze me in and get it taken care of. I appreciate their help and time very much! Thank you!

This was my first dentist visit in an embarrassingly long time. I always dreaded going to the dentist, but it turns out I just had previously had dentists who didn't have the same excellent bedside manner as Alderwood Dentistry. Strongly recommend, especially if you have any sort of apprehension toward going to the dentist.

The team at Alderwood Dentistry is extremely courteous and welcoming to all their patients. I have seen Dr.Lam for my general cleanings for several years now, and she is very kind and considerate of her patients' input. Would definitely recommend.

Don't go here! I paid in full at the time of service and they sent me to collections for a bill I already paid. Scam artist with a dental license.
