I have gone to see Dr Williams way back in the year of 2000. His staff is outstanding and Patti his receptionist is outstanding. Dr Williams was my dentist for years. I have since moved out of the area and now living in Arkansas. I called his office today Sept 13th 2022 because I had a question to ask them about one of the crowns that he did for me. Guess what Patti answered the phone and it brought old memories back from when I went there over 22 yrs. ago. I asked Patti about my crown and she still had my chart and she answered all my questions. Doctor Williams and staff are exceptional. I would highly recommend him to anyone. If you are looking for a good dentist, doctor Williams is the one to go to.Just tell Patti you read my review. Make God Bless you all. Mike S.

I made an appointment to establish as a new patient and get a cleaning. I made it for 8am to squeeze it in before my workday got busy. I waited for 45 minutes and walked out. A business that doesn't value my time is a business that I don't value.

I have called this office 3 times to make an appointment. Each time the receptionist tells me she has to verify my insurance and will call me back. I called a different dental office and it took about 2 minutes to verify my insurance. I hope this dentist knows he is losing patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Williams for years. He is meticulous, thorough, competent, and keeps up with the latest techniques. His office does not overbook so everything is on time, this also means that they will get you in quickly if you have a minor emergency (e.g. a crown come off or an infection develops). I will keep going back as long as he's open and I'm living in Pinellas.

I have been a patient of Dr. Williams for years. He is meticulous, thorough, competent, and keeps up with the latest techniques. I recommend this dentist highly. I've been going to hm for a couple years and never had any problems. Straight forward no BS good dentist that isn't trying to rip you off.

I find this office very pleasant, no nonsense and extremely honest. So many dental practices have become profit driven, high pressure sales offices. You know the type, the dental techs all have headsets, taking appointments while you lay there open mouthed, they fill you full of BS and in the end try and up sell you on treatments that you really do not need. Not so with Alderman Dental. This is a simple practice, Patty at the Front desk and Dr. Williams and his assistant. You are not treated like a money making commodity. Dr. Williams is super gentle and shows genuine concern for your oral health. I appreciate that he is all business and no nonsense, he doesn't sugar coat and tells you how it is. Please continue to tell patients they are not putting in the effort and need to do better, even if some get their feelings hurt. I will continue to come here for quality dental work from caring staff and not to be coddled or up sold.

Williams missed Class when they taught ethics in Dentist Medical School. He doesn't discuss with you your treatment options, he tells you what he demands and if you don't want to do the procedure he talks to you either through his staff or himself with no consideration for the patient. He recommended for me to get a second opinion, I got two, whom both disagreed with his Diagnosis. Thank goodness he did that because I found a much better dentist then he will ever be! I do not recommend this dentist!

Dr. Williams has been my families dentist for over 20 years. He has treated myself, my wife and both of my kids (now 25, & 30). He is a very "no nonsense", "lets take care of what needs to be done", kind of dentist. My wife NEVER misses a cleaning. Me on the other hand......... I have gone 5 years between cleanings! Naturally, Dr. Williams gives me a hard time when I have done this. I personally had some bad dental experiences when I was a kid, so I have been VERY nervous about sitting in that dentist chair. One thing that I really like and appreciate about Dr. Williams is that when a filling, or other painful work is needed he gives the most pain-free "shots" of Novocaine that I have ever had. I had a filling done 2 months ago and I honestly did not feel ANY pain when he gave me the injection. I honestly do not understand the low reviews that have been given to Dr. Williams. My family and I are very happy with his treatment and service.

Severely disappointed with the way this place has handled not only my family and friend's, but also my own personal dentistry. This dentist has serviced my family for fifteen years, and I have never enjoyed going here. As a kid under my parent's insurance however, I did not have a choice. This dentist made me terrified of going to the dentist even for cleanings. He's abrupt, rude, scolds you for poor dental hygiene habits instead of educating, and has zero personal bedside manner. After seeking a new dentist I come to find that I need all four wisdom teeth removed and all four are also impacted. This is the first I've heard of needing this surgery from any dentist because I trusted Alderman Dental. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this place. I am beyond disappointed with Dr. Williams level of care and he should be ashamed at the quality of his work and the way he treats his patients.

I was a new patient and was referred by a family who has been with them for 20 years so, to me, that tells me something about this dentist. The staff up front was nice; could she of greeted me a bit better, sure...maybe with "hi" and "welcome"? Never the less, she was nice. When I did go back, I received an x-ray (standard) then was told to wait. I may have waited for 5 min. I was laying back in the chair so I didn't see anyone walk in, but heard gloves being put on. Next thing I know, a man walks around and grabs the light and says let me see. I was like OK he must be the dentist? I mean you would think he would introduce himself and find out whats going on with me right? NOPE, just dove right in and to tell me he couldn't help me. Then this man proceeded to scold me and said "you should stop doing what your doing before the rest of your teeth end up like this one"! What does that mean?? Stop what I am doing? I don't smoke, don't drink soda, no candy so what did he mean? RUDE MAN!!!!!! Definitely not the place to go...the office is cold and dingy just like the staff. There are far better dentists in the area...do yourself a favor and stay away from this one!!!! The one star is for the satisfactory receptionist.
