She was a Dental Assistant before she became a Hygienist She is the youngest of her 12 siblings and learned early on that saving our teeth is so critical to our overall health. Noi loves being part of seeing patients get healthy through regular teeth cleanings and periodontal care visits with her. When Noi is not cleaning patients teeth, she loves cooking and used to have a local cooking show on TV. She loves mushroom hunting and fishing and makes medicines from Alaska nature to help with sicknesses.

For over 20 years, Mary has been in the dental field. Mary graduated from UAA in the early 90s from the Dental assisting program and has been in the industry ever since. Today, Dr. Laudon calls Mary DQ which is short for denture queen. She loves doing lab work and working alongside team members to give her patients the best care possible.
Mary is from Bermuda and spent time living in New York City before coming to Alaska. At the age of 13, she qualified for the Olympics in the 800-meter event in track. In her free time, she enjoys styling hair and nails as well as cooking and crafting.
Danielle has worn many hats throughout life as an Aerospace Machinist, worked on the F-22 Raptor Prototype project, NASA, Boeing Space & Defense. She later decided to get into sheet metal fabrication and powder coating. After leaving Boeing she knew she wanted to be in the dental field.
Angelica has been in the dental field for over 17 years, having completed a variety of trainings in implant, scheduling and billing seminars. Angelicas goal is to help patients from the moment they walk into the office. With her clinical and administrative knowledge, she can help patients with all of their dental needs.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her two sons, two daughters and dog, Hannah. She also enjoys working out at the gym, cooking and getting her nails done at the salon. Kristy started at Alcan back in 2016, she has advanced training in medical/dental and medicaid billing and when you come into ALCAN Family Dental you cant help but see her smiling face and hear her welcome you! A smile is so critical in patients feeling confident and shes happy when patients leave smiling.When shes not at work Kristy loves to fish, and teach her little boy how to ride a bike and play outside.
A native of Louisiana and baccalaureate graduate of Loyola University in New Orleans, Dr. Gagliano graduated from LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans. After graduation, she moved to the Navajo Indian Reservation and worked at Sage Memorial Hospital.
While there, she traveled to the remote dental clinics on the reservation, taking care of Native Americans in the rural communities who were unable to come to the hospital. She also took care of pediatric patients in and outside of the Operating Room.
In 1997, she relocated to Anchorage, Alaska and has had the privilege and honor to serve in many different arenas within the dental profession including, private practice, Forensic Dentistry, Clinical Instructor at the UAA, and in Public Health. Serving as the Dental Director in Fort Yukon, as an Associate Dentist in Kodiak, Sand Point and King Cove, My profession has allowed me to provide dental care to those who would otherwise not have been able to receive it.
