Very kind staff. My kids have been going since they were 3 years old. (13 years now) I have been going for over 20 years. They treat you like family and not a number. You won't be told you need a procedure unless you actually need it. Great Place!!

The staff is always friendly and the vibe when you walk in is so peaceful and calm. They are the first people in the dentist field that I actually do trust and feel comfortable with to do what they need to do and not do anything to harm my teeth. I appreciate everything they do.

Jim has been my dentist for many, many years. Jim, Jodi and Amber are so personable you almost forget you're at the dentist. Excellent care and always do accommodating.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Albrecht , he is kind, gentle & caring. I've been a patient for about 7 yrs, my previous dentist retired, I'm very happy I found Dr. Albrecht. His staff is also wonderful, Jody at the front desk is great to work w/ and Amber is Awesome, we laugh a lot!! I actually do not dread coming in for my appointments. Thank you for making every visit enjoyable :) :) I appreciate the entire staff. My husband is now a Dr. Albrecht fan as well !!

The BEST place in West Bend to have dental work done. Professional staff you can count on when you need it most. I have been coming to this establishment for 25 years and counting. The Albrecht team goes above and behind my expiations.

If only you could rate a business beyond the typical 5 star metric! I found myself a patient of Dr. Albrecht's seven years ago when I was having difficulty finding a dentist that would treat a problematic tooth while I was pregnant. Seven years later myself, and that child are loyal patients of his. There are not enough words to describe how amazing this whole office is. They're honest, fun, welcoming and professional. I refer anyone who asks for a Dentist to this office because they are the best at what they do.

Staff was super friendly, and very professional. I hate going to the dentist, but the staff made it a very enjoyable and i was even laughing by the end of my cleaning.
