Very sweet staff !! Helpful kind and patient ! Dr was very knowledgeable and thorough with explaining the surgery! He was very nice and seems to genuinely care about his patients !!

I had the worst experience with this office. I needed to get 6 teeth removed because I was getting dentures. I was told I would be getting anesthesia, which I never got and was awake and aware of everything that was going on. Then told they use twilight which had no affect on me. I tried telling Dr Cho that I could feel everything. I tried talking and he just kept working on me. I even raised my hands to tell him but he was leaning over me and ignored me. After he was done I told him I was awake and he told me I wasn't. I believe I know my body and whether or not I received twilight. Dr Cho is a very rude, uncaring, and nasty Dentist. He doesn't listen to his patients. Dr Cho charged me over $3000 to remove 6 teeth. If I knew his prices I would have had my dentist pull my teeth out. All I can say is run fast and far from this dentist! He needs to learn how to properly talk and LISTEN to his patients. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER....

Phenomenal experience. Dr. Cho and his staff were the definition of professional. Needed impacted wisdom tooth extracted and didn't feel any pain and had zero anxiety as Dr. Cho was very clear what he needed to do. Extraction went smooth and I highly recommend this office for oral surgery.

Horrible experience. Broke a tooth due to a tree limb hitting me in the face. Waited a week to be seen in this condition. Once their the status of coverage was depated to the point I was sick. Finally told I was coved and allowed to have treatment. Sat in a back room for 20 minutes by self, doctor removed my tooth in 2mins. I was told it was then time to go. As i sat in the parking lot in excruciating pain i couldnt drive myself home for hours, as they informed me this would not be the case. Charged 50$ for an assessment fee Which consisted of the doc asking if id like my week old broken tooth removed, like no was an option Btw their bathroom is Run dont walk away from this place.

3 stars is about billing not the Dentist they submitted my claim to the wrong Delta Dental office when my card clearly shows who to mail claims to.I got back the bill saying I'm not a subscriber to Dental dental when 100% I am but because the claim was sent to the wrong place I now have to go tell someone how to do their billing job correctly!

I am very sad to be writing this review as I have had 2 good experiences with this office prior to an AWFUL one. I was going back for a 2nd appointment after having a tooth extraction just to make sure everything was healing properly. My appointment was at 10 am and was there 10 minutes early. I called into the office to let them know I was there and waiting in the parking lot (COVID regulations). At 11:15, after hearing nothing from the office, I left. I had been waiting for an hour and 25 minutes in my car with my 3 year old for a quick check up. I drove to a near by restaurant, sat down, ordered food and had it brought to our table before I got a phone call that the Dr was ready to see me... at 11:46. Almost 2 hours after my scheduled appointment. At any point during those almost 2 hours, someone from the desk could have called to let me know they didn't forget about me. During those almost 2 hours, someone could have called to reschedule. When I told them I had left after waiting over an hour and that the call was almost 2 hours after my appointment the woman asked if I would like to reschedule. Not even a sorry. I will not be going back to this office. Really is a shame because I really did like the Dr and his assistants

Bait and switch tactics. I called this practice to make an appointment for my daughter. I asked them if they took my insurance and they said yes. They sounded very assuring that they took my insurance. I made the appointment and filled out the online registration form, which asks for insurance information. Wife took my daughter to the appointment and was seen right away. On the way at check out, my wife was hit with a payment due for the examination and xrays they took. Mind you they did not tell my wife that they didn't take the my insurance when she first arrived. By the time, I got a whiff of what they were pulling, they already charged my wife $260 for x-ray, and told her to submit a claim through the insurance. When I got on the phone with them to explain that I only made the appointment because they told me they took my insurance, and that it was their mistake and to not charge me. They responded with their passive aggressive boiler plate statement, "we are really sorry but we don't take your insurance" when I kept telling them they told me they did when I made the appointment they keep repeating their same statement. I don't understand why they ask people to fill out their registration form online, which asks for insurance information, and then don't tell you right away, before they render service.

I got there, faster 6 hours, then they tell me I am not having the surgery today. Already took a sick day and my dad was coming from manhattan. Dr was rude and condescending. No one cared about the misunderstanding, no apology. Later they tell me they don't take my insurance after I already asked prior apt. Very unprofessional and rude. Look elsewhere to give your business
