Very professional staff and helpful with my dental insurance. My experience was excellent considering I have a bit of a dental phobia. Dr. Ruiz gives you a play by play during procedure and you know what's going on and why at all times. His assistant hygienist Rebecca is highly professional and experienced and matched the Dr. In technique. Modern equipment and as an aside, Dr. Ruiz has a great personality. He reminds me of an Hispanic version of actor Allen Arkin. Can't recommend any higher! Go here!

Let me Start off by saying Dr. Albert Ruiz is one of the Best Dentistry I have ever been to. He is very nice and understanding what's best for each individual. He reconstruct my whole mouth, at first I was a lil Shaky do to my insecurity. Let me tell you I can't stop smiling!! I'm so happy I can smile again it's been years!! I didn't have any insurance so I had to pay out of pocket, but his prices are very reasonable and fair. He help me out and gave me a free whitening to top it off. Thanks Again

I've been seeing Dr Ruiz since moving to the area last year. He and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The hygienists are very thorough and kind. Dr Ruiz has great bedside manner, gets the job done and doesn't waste any time.

Not really sure how I feel about this place. I thought they did great, but now I'm not so sure. I have insurance but the dentist I was seeing that took my insurance was causing pain in my mouth all over, so I tried this dentist out instead and pain out of pocket and we went over my teeth to see what was going on. Dr. Ruiz was doing great going over my teeth on the screen so I could see them and know what was going on, I paid the bill, they said they would get my dental records from my old dentist and call me back. A few weeks roles around- well I never heard back and then I called them few weeks later and they said they would call the old office to get my records on file and then call me back. Well, I never got a call back or nothing. So I feel like I wasted money here and I'm kinda bummed because I thought they did a great job. I need about $15,000 of work done, so I guess I'll have to try another dentist.

What an amazing dental experience I had today in meeting my new dentist Dr. Ruiz. I have never had such a through dental examination and cleaning in my whole life. He explains and shows you everything. The staff is so friendly and kind. My hygienist Rebecca was great, gentle, and through. They also have taken every possible precaution for the health of both the patient and the staff in this time of Covid 19. Wonderful is all I can say. I feel like I am in very good hands. Today 4 months after my first review I had Dr. Ruiz work on my teeth and I have to say this man is an amazing dentist. He can give a totally painless needle. If you are afraid of dentists....as I am....he can make that experience totally go away. I cannot say enough good things about his practice an professionalism. I am totally WOWED!!!!!

He told me half of my teeth had cavities and also said since I have the insurance, that I might as well use it. Went to another dentist and x rays show I have no cavities whatsoever. This man tried to rip me off.

14,000 was estimated work on my fiance. We got a second opinion for 2,700 from someone else. This man is out for your money SCAM!

Dr Ruiz is a very professional, talented and awesome person. He explained patiently your situation and all the choices without any pressure. He has an amazing staff, friendly and cooperative ( front desk and dental assistants) together they offer an outstanding and excellent service. The office is so clean, everything is in the right place and the music is so relaxing. I'm definitely feeling the love and I highly recommend this dentist service in our town.
