Avoid at all cost. I had dental insurance in full effect at the time of service. Their office (Dr. Granger) submittd the claim only once then waited nearly a year before sending me a threating letter demanding full payment. I did my due diligence...I called the office and the insurce company (and later both at the same time on a conference call). The insurance carrier confirmed that the office only billed them once and then asked/instructed them to rebill due to a minor technicality that was immedietly addressed when brought to light. I begged Dr. Granger's office to follow the detailed instructions provid by the insurance company as they provided a path toward payment. Instead of doing so, Dr. Granger and his office sent me to COLLECTIONS! Dr. Granger and his office are totally inept in terms of billing. My advice, avoid the nightmare they are putting me through and find another DDS.

Met and treated by Dr Albert Granger at his office in Babylon. No wait, very courteous staff met me as I entered the office. Dr Granger is highly skilled, personable, and efficient in resolving the pain I was experiencing. I highly recommend him without any reservation.

I've been to see Dr. Sleilati over the past few years. Unlike root canals that have failed in the past, I've had successful endodontics performed and great results. Wouldn't use anyone else!

Omg, I can't believe I had a root canal today at the Stewart Avenue office! Dr. Joe Sleilati and his nurse Candace were so genuinely nice and caring along with being very informative and professional. He told and showed me step by step what the procedure entailed, what was happening, everything. I was laying there thinking the whole time this place and these people are fantastic! Couldn't wait to give my review. I was kinda sorry it was over. Wonderful reception staff out front the whole experience was just awesome sauce!!! A-1 Service from beginning to end. From D. Coston like Boston with a C.

The staff is very welcoming. I had a root canal done by Dr. Carter. He explained everything thoroughly. For once, I was actually comfortable and had no pain throughout the procedure and during my recovery. I wish they offered general dental care but I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.

On Saturday, January 21, 2017 I was given your organization as a place to get a root canal since the place I was going to go to burnt down. Dr. Chaio started the conversation by telling me that due to the fact that I was late because my car broke down she was only going to do half of it . When I got there she was still working on a patient and when I finished my paperwork she was conversing with a patient. So even though I was late she was not ready for me. The root canal was done by Dr. Chaio who had no compassion even though she kept apologizing for all the pain she was causing me. Which apparently the apologies were not sincere. She gave me novocain but not enough since I kept telling her that I felt everything she was doing. I told her I had a temporary bridge and she didn't bother to look into my mouth to assess the situation, because she drilled right through my temporary bridge. She then went on to say that it was too bad that my dentist would have to fix it. Halfway she said she was going to finish the job. I explained to her that I had asthma and sometimes could not breathe and she was like you have to tough it out. This is very unprofessional and this will be the last time I will enter this office. I will not recommend this office to anyone especially if they get Dr. Chaio. On a positive note, Sandra was very nice and understanding.

I work in patient safety at a major hospital and happened to need a root canal. I had a wonderful experience at premier endo. It is on the first floor and easily accessible by highway even.I was treated by Dr. Chiao, who was patient, kind, friendly, careful and gentle. I heard about it through neighbors on long island. The staff was very friendly. I was painfree the whole time. Thank you everyone for helping me!

What a truly amazing experience this was! When my general dentist first told me I needed a root canal, I was a bit nervous to say the least. I had never had one and had no idea what to expect. He gave me a referral to an endodontist, but one of my girlfriends who just had a root canal told me to throw that referral away and that there is only one doctor to see, and that would be Dr. Joseph Sleilati. She said he did her root canal and that he is the best there is...and boy was she right! I went to see him, and at this point my tooth was bothering me so I was even more nervous. But as soon as Dr. Sleilati walked in I could tell I was in good hands. I have never had anyone explain a procedure like he did. He walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. He kept me informed as to what he was doing the entire way, and it was completely painless. He was so good that I didn't even feel the injection when he gave it to me! But not only that, Dr. Sleilati's personality was absolutely lovely. I'm not one to write reviews but this doctor has to be acknowledged because there really aren't many people like him, especially when it comes to doctors. In this day and age doctors just look to get you in and out as fast as possible and never really explain a thing to you. But Dr. Sleilati is in a league of his own...absolutely wonderful doctor and human being. Even his assistant who unfortunately I cannot remember her name was amazing. I can honestly say you will never find a team like them. The only hard part about this was that I actually had to admit to my friend that she was right which I hate doing lol. But once again thank you to Dr. Sleilati as he really is the best there is!

I explained a recent situation where I received TERRIBLE customer service from the lady at the front desk. Who, according to her is the only recioptinist who works there. After a misunderstanding over an appointment time I was told my insurance dropped me. Which is completely false because I contacted them after to make sure. Then I was told that i was wrong for a scheduled time that I wrote down in my appointment book. This woman is so lazy she didn't even want to run my updated insurance information through the system. I explained to her I have double insurances and that I use them all the time.. She said "no, you'll have to submit yourself then" I scheduled an appointment for 11 but she had told me it was for 10. When I explained that I had to get my son to school at a certain time and I never make appointments that early so it was impossible she told me that she doesn't make mistakes. As a person who works in customer service I have never experienced this, nor have I ever talked to someone with such a degrading tone. I am shocked by the way I was talked to. I asked for a manager but instead was transferred to someone with half a brain who felt it was more important to record my conversation than to actually accomodate me. I waited 2 weeks for the "first appointment available". Turns out one of my coworkers also went there and was billed over 600$ for 4 months because she failed to submit the correct information to insurance and was sending the invoices to the wrong address. If this is who they hire to make a first impression on their customers, I could only imagine what dentists they let work there. No thanks, I'll take my chances and my teeth somewhere WAY more professional!
