Thank you so much! Had an emergency and these angels are open on the weekend. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental work, and the doc and nurses were all very gentle, non judgemental, and encouraging. I really appreciate your willingness to get me in same day. I called a few minutes after 7 ( would have been 8, but today was the time change) to leave a message, and the doctor himself answered and made the appointment. Once again, thank you so much, you guys are great!

This morning I had a routine wisdom tooth removal and when I say it was the most quick and painless procedure, it truly was! By the time Dr. Albert and Kim were completed, I thought we were just getting started! Extremely happy with today and will absolutely recommend their services!

I went here 2 weeks ago and it was the worst experience I've had at the dentist. I had thought that the other reviews were one offs, but that was not the case. I came in for a simple cleaning and my teeth were basically only flossed and polished (they also chose to do x-rays even though I told them I had some recently done). After putting some of the polish on I was left in my chair for over 30 mins (with the grit still left on my teeth) while waiting for the doctor to come over. I literally had to request staff to come over letting them know I needed to leave before someone came. I honestly thought about telling them that I should not be charged due to the poor quality of service as I felt that I needed to go somewhere else to actually have my cleaning done correctly. After nearly 40 mins the doctor finally came over and similar to other reviews he checked if I had insurance and tried to get me to do more unnecessary work because my insurance would cover it. One of the dental hygienist was even recommending that I also have my wisdom teeth removed even though my mouth has the space (per 4 previous dentist) and I have never had any issues with them. I turned down all their pushes for additional unneeded services and will not be going back. I did not even receive the proper care and services I came in for and would recommend that others trust the similar reviews on here.

Do yourself a favor and avoid! He might know what he is doing as a dentist...big maybe but the other reviewers are right, he's a slimy salesperson. He will constantly check your insurance benefits and try to nickel and dime you. The first time I was there I thought it was him doing a thorough job...but I just got a cleaning there, tech polished my teeth and he sprayed water in my mouth. That's it! No floss, no scraping, nothing. Took an hour waiting for him and he was trying to sell me fluoride treatment and when I said no he said what about replacing a filling. Is it needed? No but your insurance will cover it. The office staff is less than friendly and the staff turns over constantly. Just avoid.

i usually hate going to the dentist. but when i had to have every tooth i need to be extracted, he was super helpful to my anxiety. and always helped calm me down even his staff was amazing. i don't usually trust any dentist. i do genuinely trust him to do anything with my mouth. and even help my pain. he continuously asked to be 100% sure of which tooth was being pulled everytime

Waiting here for over 30-40 minutes to be checked on my tooth and dental assistant lady or whatever was rude and went back to the back to chat with her other coworker about dating problems while I'm sitting here. There's no communication. The service is absolutely absurd. Need to hire better people that are more customer friendly and attend to them than escaping to the back about personal life problems. Leave your personal stuff at home!!!

Tawkul and Dr. Natanov have been amazing! I'm probably the most anxious patient and they've answered all my questions, seen me twice since the visit for free.

They were able to extract all my teeth at once without any pain. They are going to do my dentures in two weeks. I would recommend them to everyone. They accepted my insurance united health care. The were amazing they were my third dental office and they did great.

Omg I don't think they understand how thankful I am I found them when I did I felt so scared but TawKul (T) made me feel so comfortable getting me ready she literally held my hand because she seen I was so tensed & I kinda scared but totally worth it & Dr. Albert & His Assistant I'm mad I didn't get her name but they awesome they helped me so much

I recently had a tooth extracted from Albert Dental. On a Saturday, they were still fully staffed. Very clean facility. Tawkul and Dr Natanov were absolutely amazing. T (Tawkul) made me feel very comfortable as I was in extreme pain at the time. She gave me a banana to snack on while we prepped for the extraction. I will be back for my next appointment with Dr. Natanov on the 13th!

My mother, who is not a regular patient here, was having horrible tooth pain. The professional staff and Albert were able to fit her in quickly and take care of her. Great people and extremely pleasant. Thanks so much.

Have been twice-with daughter and husband for "emergency" dental work. He's accommodating, got the work done, and did both procedures very well. And did great with my high strung 7 year old in the chair. Thank you!
