Dr. Jennifer Albee has been my dentist for over 10 years. We had a not so great experienceat another child dentist in the area and our good friends recommended Dr. Albees office. They were so awesome with my little guy that he left saying I love that dentist Mom (hes 3). I want to go to the dentist every day. I recently became a new patient at Albee Family Dental, after 40 YEARS at another dental office. I cannot sayenough about the wonderful care I have gotten!! I just wanted to let you know how satisfied I am with my teeth. They are comfortable and look great. I used to have teeth that were discolored and didnt look attractive. I drink coffee and wine which really made my teeth look bad. Now with my new teeth, they dont discolor and people have noticed and told me that I am fortunate to have such healthy white teeth. Thanks to you, this was possible without much pain and very easy to accomplish.

Remember when they say "they partner, it means u go as a NEW patient "... that also means when u need an extraction, real root canal, any peridotal work or more, they send u to their "friend" who just happens to be In be in that business. How convenient It ends up being o3x what a normal full service dentist would ultimately charge. Just sayin.

The staff is wonderful! Had the worst tooth pain and not only did they work to get me in the next day the even helped me get an appointment for the specialist! The hygienists are so kind and gentle. Wendy was so nice to call me with appointment updates as well!

I have not been to the dentist in close to 20 years. I was so very nervous to go, but this practice is amazing! From the check in girls to the hygienist to the doctor herself are all absolutely amazing! They calm you, explain everything in detail as to what they are doing, and are warm and welcoming! I highly recommend going to Albee family dental they are truly amazing. Thank you!

Had my teeth cleaned by Laurel and she did a really good job. Cleaned my teeth well but also gave me some tips / demonstration on how I can improve my brushing technique. She was very nice and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Later, I had a 5 cavities filled by Dr. Albee. Unfortunately, my last dentist had messed up 4 of my fillings by not removing all of the decay, only some, and filling it in. I was very lucky that Dr. Albee took the time to check how my fillings were when I was in for a routine cleaning. If she hadn't, I would be looking at a bunch of root canals thanks to the schamm that did them in the first place. She made me feel super comfortable, and did all 5 in one sitting (I am not from Rochester and travel 4 hours for her service) so I didn't have to drive back. She did a super job, no pain, I could barely tell I was getting 5 teeth drilled. Customer for life!

Dr. Albee has been my dentist for about 10 years and every visit has been exceptional. I have had problematic teeth related to my age and dental practices of the 1960's. Dr. Albee has always been able to address my issues, skillfully, professionally and in a timely manner. Recently I had a cleaning shortly before leaving the country for three months and it was discovered that a filling had broken off leading to trapped food which had been annoying and required flossing after eating. Dr. Albee got me right in and repaired the filling and I am now happily enjoying my time away. Dr. Albee does not do this amazing work alone, everyone of the employees I have encountered has been welcoming, competent in their role and a joy to work with. This practice is the best dental practice I have ever experienced in my 64 years of having teeth! Thank you!
