This dental office has truly become a disappointment in all aspects!! from calling to schedule an appointment with long holds to the attitudes given by the staff both on the phone an in person. I have been going to this office for over 10 years now starting off with my son to then I myself becoming a patient because my dentist retired. I even moved hours away and would still come to the office because of the care. As I write this review Im on hold now for 10 minutes, I waited almost 3 months since my appointment to hear back from the office regarding approval from my insurance provider. I will have to start from scratch and find something closer to home

The dental assistant have a serious attitude like she hate her job. I don't ever get wee on time and the Asian doctor act like he has no voice. The Hygienist is the best person at that office

Very rude and nasty. People at the front desk are miserable. They get upset with you like your the reason they make 15$ hr. They act nice to get good reviews and then treat you like nothing once your in. Very poor customer service BEWARE ONCE YOUR IN

They have two many different dentist there! Went to get a filling they broke my tooth now I have to get it removed!

I've been coming here for years even after I moved further away. This is the second time this year I had an issue with the front desk and today my appointment was already me coming back for an error they made and on top of that they make an error with scheduling and told me my appointment was for 11am when clearly it was for 12pm which also is a problem because my last appointment I waited an hour to be seen why are you scheduling 3 ppl for the same time slot? So I told them there was a problem on the train I was going to be 15 to 20min late and she kept saying my appointment was 11am and tried to reschedule me which this appointment was already an inconvenience. Why give a hard time no apology for the mixup or a hello when I said good afternoon. I have confirmation for 12pm I was never late previously and I'm still waiting so all of that for absolutely no reason.

I had an 11:00 am appointment, didn't wait for too long but I hadn't been there in a while so I had to update paperwork. The hygienist was friendly and professional, so was the dentist. I was done with everything in about 90 minutes.

There are 3 ladies in the front who answer the phones and to be honest the short Indian lady isBY FAR THE RUDEST AND DOESNT LISTEN TO ANYONE WHEN SPEAKING . She hung up on me after i had many questions . They jusT Schedule you whatever appointment and day with out your approvals . So when i do call back i usually say i don't want to speak to you (because i can recognize her voice) and ask for the African American lady or Spanish because they seem to listen closely and they have a lot of patience. Overall it's okay BUT THEY NEED TO CHANGE OR TRAIN THE FRONT DESK WHEN INTERACTING WITH PATIENCE WHO MAY NEED HELP INDERSTAND

I'm giving three stars because the Office Manager and the rest of the staff are very good. HOWEVER, the dental hygienist VIOLA needs to be fired!!!! This lady has the nastiest attitude, horrible customer service and poor work ethic I have ever experienced. Not only did VIOLA soak me with water, she absolutely refused to give me a paper towel to dry off. I asked twice for a paper towel and she proceeded to take paper towels and "attempted" to dry the floor. There was so much water on the floor, I nearly slipped and the office manager had to mop it up. She left her dirty gloves on the counter. Forget covid, you might contract something else because this lady is so nasty. If you ever visit this dental office, please request someone else other that Viola to service you. Clearly VIOLA is unhappy with her job and doesn't need it. Why else act so unprofessional and unsanitary?

First time coming to this dental office was amazing. The ladies in the front were friendly and delivered wonderful customer service. The Hygienist Nadia (I hope I spelled her name right), was wonderful I have to say that was the best teeth cleaning, I've ever had. She was very gentle and I felt no pain. The Dentist that came in after was wonderful he explained everything to me and answered all of my questions.

Just completed all my dental work with Dr. Sarah Park. I absolutely love how gentle Dr. Park is throughout all of my dental procedures. If you are looking for an amazing dentist please go to Dr. Park for all of your dental work! I had such bad experiences with my previous dentist but coming to this office made all of my fears go away. The office is very clean and the staff is kind and professional.

I went here about two years ago and it was the worse experience in my life I forgot to write a review then. The way the staff made me feel from the moment I got my teeth clean they all made me feel insecure about having crooked teeth even the doctor made me feel worse she didn't even took the time to make me feel comfortable it was the worse experience ever I never wanted to go to a dental office again.. but I got over it and went to this most amazing place where the staff actually took the time to make you feel comfortable and I got Invisalign now my teeth is perfect. They should do a better job at making their patients feel comfortable and not judge them.. the way the staff made me feel about my smile I hope no one else go through that.

the front desk lady was very rude and unprofessional with bad attitude, kept speaking over me. as im trying to explain something she puts me on hold and also hangs up on me . and now when I call she doesn't pick up. I asked for her name and she said " you know who I am" . HORRIBLE
