The office seems very run down and not inviting in the least. One of the receptionists has the strangest attitude I've ever experienced and seems to be on some kind of weird power trip. My cleaning seemed rushed, and when I asked for goggles because things were flying in my face (as they have them at every dentist I've been to in my whole life), they said "we don't do that here". They also could not help me with the issue I came in with which is a very common one. I was referred to a place down the street with extremely bad reviews which I will not be going to. Definitely not coming back.

My family and I are very happy with Albee Dental. Everyone is very professional and dedicated and make going to the dentist a pleasant experience.

Front desk person and x-ray technician are unprofessional. Dentist is very good though, that's the only reason I returned for a second time.

I love going to Albee Dental! The secretary Melissa is always so accommodating and pleasant. The hygienist Fatem is warm, welcoming, and gives you a quick yet thorough cleaning. The dentist Dr. George Kollaros is excellent at what he does. He has the gentlest hands while he works on your teeth. My whole family goes to Albee Dental, and I highly recommend the office and staff to everyone!

Listen to the other reviews on horrible staff. Made an appointment 2 weeks ago and was given the wrong date. Showed up and was told the doctor is on vacation and the appointment was for the following week. Arrived next week and waited 30 minutes before I inquired again, and was told they had just fired their receptionist and I was supposed to receive a notice that the appointment was cancelled because the dentist had COVID. Appointment was rescheduled again for today; called to confirm at which point I was told they did not have me on the record for an appointment today at all. When I communicated all the other runarounds, the receptionist I spoke to revealed that no receptionist had been fired and that the dentist never even had COVID, so someone in their office was clearly trying to cover up their own errors. When I asked when my appointment was actually scheduled for then if not today, she miraculously found the appointment on "paper" and it was for an hour ago. AFTER I was told there was no appointment record for me. Christ, if you're going to lie this consistently, at least be good at it. I did ask if this is the same type of record as the receptionist being fired and dentist having COVID, which apparently angered the woman, and I was told to find another dentist. Great business model guys. Not sure how this place is functioning at all, it would be a miracle if they didn't go bankrupt. If someone hadn't gotten fired, they certainly should be. The lack of professionalism is truly staggering.

I've been coming to Albee Sq Dental for 27 years. I always get impeccable service. I usually don't complain about waiting 2hrs after my appt time, but today took the cake. I was 18 min late for my appt, the lobby was empty chick told me I have to reschedule. FOR WHAT! The place was EMPTY! Mind you, chick didn't tell me I had to reschedule until after I waited about 10 min. Your receptionists don't care about patient care. I'm one of your oldest patients and I'm considering ending our relationship. The staff take EXCELLENT care of my teeth, but the ppl in the front seem like they hate to see me come thru the front door!

bad people ; every step takes ages to complete ; submitting an approval request ( which is not required by the insurance ) tales weeks if it's done at all. If you call them they rush to end the call or just hang up on you ; they did this to me few times already and I got used to it. Their doctor sees a dollar amount ; not as a patient He would force you to do any procedure he wants.

As usual my visit 2day 4 my 6month cleaning was excellent. My appt was 4 1030 n I arrived a few minutes,b4 10, was called 4 xrays,in 5, from there right 2 cleaning n then 2 c Dr. Raskind. I have been a patient 22 years n I always have had outstanding visits. I would highly recommend then
